Pam was a gem to work with. She recommended a few floors that I wasn’t sure about for my florals and did an amazing job on bringing my inspiration to life. She was able to make a few changes from some of our wedding party dropping out last minute into a beautiful center for our sweetheart table!
The flower factory exceeded my expectations for our flowers! I showed them a picture at our consultation, and they created a bouquet even more beautiful then I imagined!
they were also cost conscious, giving us plenty of options to save on cost.
day of, the flowers showed up early in protective holders, and looked amazing all day long!
Pam is absolutely amazing! My flowers turned out even more stunning than I could have imagined! She was helpful and easy to work with and answered any questions along the way! We had a wonderful experience with them!
The flower factory does amazing work and the DIY option was such a help for my budget. If I had one complaint it would be that Pam seemed a little overwhelmed (my wedding was right around prom graduation and Mother’s Day so that does make sense) and we had to review things a lot (which is actually great because than I know I was getting exactly what I wanted but some brides might find that annoying)
Pam is amazing. I’ll be honest I’m not a huge flower person so I have no clue how to even go about figuring out what I wanted for a bouquet. Pam was so nice and patient with me. I showed her a few pictures and she knew right away what I wanted that I couldn’t explain. Out of all my vendors she just got my vision right away and I didn’t have to worry about a thing and sure enough all the flowers were gorgeous. I didn’t think I’d be the girl preserving her bouquet but here I am now.
I had the hardest time deciding what I wanted my bouquet to look like. I told Pam the colors and the main flowers I wanted and she incorporated them beautifully. I was so happy when I saw them!
Pam is fantastic! She made me feel comfortable from the first second I walked into her shop to my wedding day. I wasn't completely sure what I wanted, but she made my vision come to life with about an hour long discussion and viewing pictures in her catalogs. She helped create a unique, bright, happy, pink arrangement with lots of greens as I desired as well.
She also has a unique DIY Bride program in which brides can come in and create the centerpiece arrangements themselves. This was a cost-effective, fun, and memorable experience! The ability to save by borrowing Pam's vases was also truly a blessing. I highly recommend Pam to any Wichita-area brides!
Flower Factory created the perfect wedding flower experience! We worked with Pam and she was absolutely amazing. I didn't have exact thoughts for my wedding flowers, just colors- and Pam was able to help me choose the perfect flowers to go with my theme and price range. Everyone there was great with staying in my budget for my wedding and making my day stress free and perfect. Thanks so much Flower Factory!
We were impressed with The Flower Factory from our first consultation with them. Pam took one look at a photo I brought in and instantly knew my vision for wedding flowers. She created beautiful bouquets and centerpieces for under my budget. The only issue we had is that whoever delivered the flowers to our wedding just dropped them off and left without finding our coordinator or anyone in the building. Because no one was able to look at the flowers before the staff left, we didn't realize we were missing some petals until right before the ceremony. We made it work and the flowers were still amazing so I would still definitely use them again for my event!

The whole team at the Flower Factory were absolutely great to work with!! Pam helped guide me through all the different ideas I had and turned them into the most beautiful flower arrangements I have ever seen!! Flower Factory made my bouquet, all the bridal attendants flowers, parents and flowers for our wedding cake. Everything was absolutely beautiful and I got so many compliments on all of them!! I will always use Pam and the team at Flower Factory for all my floral needs!
The ladies at Flower Factory were great at making my dream bouquet come to life! They had great ideas and their flowers were even more beautiful than I thought!
The Flower Factory is the best! Not only are they super easy to work with, but they also take a personal interest in their work. I felt like I was the only bride that they were working with and that every detail was especially for me. My bouquet looked amazing on my wedding day and after preserving them, they look just as amazing 2 years later!
Really easy to work with and a great bang for your buck. Flowers came in looking great!
Love The Flower Factory!! I have been going to them forever for all my occasions including prom to now my wedding flowers! I met with pam and she is so friendly and has so much experience! She walked me through the whole thing and made it super easy and fun! I booked right on the spot! Super friendly staff and they are a great price for beautiful work. I have friends who also used the Flower Factory for wedding flowers and they all were amazing so I didn't hesitate at all about knowing this was definitely my florist!! Love you Flower Factory, you guys are the bomb!!!
The Flower Factory is great! All of our flowers were beautiful. They worked with me to complete my vision and were very knowledgeable about what I would need. They did a fantastic job, I would recommend to anyone!
Pam and her ladies did a wonderful job on our flowers. We did the DIY reception flowers and they made it easy, fun and still produced some beautiful flowers while saving us a little money. She is very good about getting you what you want without costing a ton of money. Absolutely fabulous work!
LOVE the Flower Factory!! The owner Pam was awesome to work with. We were on a tight budget, and she helped me with lots of ideas of how to save money, and yet still have my dream wedding flowers. If you want to have beautiful fresh flowers, and not break the bank, then you MUST go see Pam!! We saved a ton of money. The other 2 shops I visited were double the price of what The Flower Factory did my wedding flowers for. Thank you Flower Factory!!!!
The Flower Factory did my wedding last December, and all i have to say is ....wonderful!!!! Everything was beautiful, plus everyone was so sweet and easy to work with. Also the prices were great! I definitely will be going back for more special events in the future!
Loved the Flower Factory!!! I went in not sure what I wanted, and Pam helped me plan all my flowers, and stayed within my budget. They were beautiful, and I was so happy that we could also buy some of our flowers in bulk - to put in mason jars for your tables - which saved us alot of money. My toss bokay was free, and so were my flowergirl petals - thanks Pam!
I loved how fresh my flowers were too - they were still beautiful a week after my wedding! AAA+++ to you all at the Flower Factory!!! I will send my friends and family your way!!
I cannot say that the Flower Factory lived up to my expectations. My piece of advice to any future brides that want to use them, make sure you get everything written out in detail and insist on seeing an "example" of her vision before ever agreeing to pay for it. And don't let her talk you into something you don't want, unless you really just have no idea what you want. She came up with something that was not at all like I envisioned, or like I felt she described. My bouquet was insanely huge and very painful to hold because there were so many stems. My hands were hurting so bad by the end of the ceremony. The toss bouquet was a joke, 3 roses tied together. I do not feel that we got what we paid for at all. She rushes through meetings and what is funny is I overheard her give the same price to someone else and tell them "I think we really saved you money" which is what she told me as well. Shop around and get multiple bids before ever settling.
Using the Flower Factory was great! She helped me choose better priced flowers that were absolutely beautiful! We kept adding things to the order such as a grooms bout and two mothers corsages and they continued to be positive and polite each time. The flowers were all gorgeous the day of and they even tied my something old and borrowed ring to the bouquet when I picked it up. Thanks!
Flowers were beautiful and Pam was so warm and wonderful to work with. She and her team did an amazing job!
The flowers we absolutely stunning! The only negative would be lack of communication regarding price. The price I was quoted at my initial consultation was $400 less that the actually cost at my final consultation a month before my wedding. Unfortunately I had to make some very unwanted cuts to stay within the budget I had set aside for my flowers, including grandparents, centerpieces and delivery.
Pam was so helpful and friendly. I didn't know exactly what I wanted, so she made suggestions based on my colors and it turned out perfect!
As soon as you meet Pam, the owner and wedding florist specialist of Flower Factory, you know that your wedding flowers are no longer a worry. She is extremely energetic and experienced, which means she knows her stuff and doesn't waste your time getting to what you want. She is very accomodating to budgeting concerns, and has things in place such as a DIY option to help curb the high costs of wedding flowers. I was able to walk in with a general idea of what I wanted and walked out knowing that everything was going to be perfect. I saw my flowers the day before my wedding and was all smiles. Thanks Pam for such a wonderful contribution to my dream wedding!
Flower factory was GREAT to work with! They were very professional and easy going. They went above and beyond to help me and the flowers were amazing! I would recommend them to everyone I know for any occasion. Thank you Flower Factory!!!
I wanted peonies which were out of season, so we picked a rose that would open and look similiar: the roses were completely closed. The billy balls were supposed to be mustard colored, they were green. And the hydrangeas turned brown before the wedding even started. I was so excited when I thought the designer knew what I wanted. In the end it was lots of money for a big disappointment.
The flowers were great and beautiful. I loved the DIY option-- I didn't shop around and feel I could've gotten a better deal, but the florist was great about directing my vision so I stuck with her.
I really appreciated what these guys went through to get me the colors that I wanted. For my bouquet I wanted calla lilies, but I wanted the color to be a K-State purple and not eggplant. She went through tons of flowers to get the right color. This was so great because she didn't give me and everyone commented on how beautiful all of the flowers were.
They did a phenominal job in planning and helping me decide what I wanted! Everything turned out gorgeous! It was a little stressful though as a few things didn't turn out as expected. The borrowing program they have was great...except the bride before me didn't return vases and we had to come up with a different idea the day before the wedding. I had asked for roses for the cake and they gave gladiolus blooms--which turned out to be gorgeous, but I was a little stressed bc it wasn't what we had agreed on. Also my toss bouquet was free which was great but it didn't turn out to be what we had discussed, it was supposed to be flowers from my bouquet but it was carnations...which I think looked cheap. They did a phenominal job with everything else and for the price it was excellent. The day of the wedding we found out a grandparent was coming and they made another bout. for him!
I would never consider going to anyone else for wedding flowers. Pam, the owner, is the most brilliant and amazing florist I could have dreamt of!! I described to her what I invisioned and she created it through her outstanding passion for the art of floral arranging. My bouquet was breath taking and at the end of the night, when I was sweaty, my hair extensions began to fall out, my make up had ran off, and my white ballgown was covered in stains from the event, the bouquet remained beautifuly delicate, fresh, and the hit of the night and made all of my pictures turn out beyond beautiful!! Thank you Pam & The Flower Factory!! You made my my day.
Pam was fantastic. She had lots of great ideas about what could work with the vision I had for my wedding. The flowers were at the wedding venue before I was and everything looked great. They also included a tossing bouquet and vase for me to keep my bouquet in at no extra cost.
I did the DIY option through the Flower Factory and found it a great option. They were helpful and gave great directions, repeating and slowing down as we needed. The anemones they got for my boutonnieres and MOH bouquet were very poor quality in my opinion, but they weren't even supposed to be in season so I was lucky to have them at all. They were delivered on time, and she even stayed to help set them up.
Everything with the Flower Factory was awesome from start to finish. I went in without having a clue what I wanted and within minutes Pam worked up the most beautiful ideas for flowers. I was able to view them the day before the wedding and they were gorgeous! EVERYONE loved the GIANT casablanca lilly in my bouquet. HIGHLY RECCOMEND THIS PLACE!
I thought the owner is a little aggressive.... Or maybe I'm just really laid back. I saved some money by making my own centerpieces at her shop which was kind of nice. I still thought it was a little pricey for the quality. My centerpiece flowers were wilted I thought. I ended up putting the flowers in tall vases and filling it with water so people wouldn't notice. The willow branches were beautiful that I bought. She didn't listen very well about my bouquet but it was very pretty, just not exactly what I wanted. Either way, it all turned out ok in the end. I wasn't picky so it was fine by me, but if you are going to be picky in how everything turns out you may want to go elsewhere.
For my June 2011 wedding in Derby/Wichita, I used the Flower Factory and had a great experience. The price was good. The service was great. Pam is wonderful! She is fun and helpful and so good at watch she does. She is also really good as listening to your vision and making it fit within your price range while also making the most beautiful possible flower arrangements. The final outcome of the flowers was better than I had imagined! So pleased!
Also, the DIY option for the centerpieces is a great way to still get beautiful flowers while saving money and having fun with your friends and bridal party at the same time.
I highly recommend the Flower Factory for flower services for a wedding!
The bouquets that they made us were beautiful!! They also had a great program where you could pay the bulk rate of the flowers, and come in and arrange your table arrangements yourself to save some money! Great way to be economical! We were so happy with everything!
Pam was very helpful in planning my wedding flower arrangments. The color flowers I wanted weren't really available but Pam matched them the best she could. I wanted hot pink and hot orange gerber daisys but the flowers ended up being feushia and more yellow looking.
In the end I got the look I wanted. Luckily they let you review the flowers the day before or I would have been upset the day of the wedding. They did replace flowers in my bouquet to make it what I wanted. They sprayed the attendants flowers so they could be the actual color I wanted. In the end my flowers and the attendants looked lovely. The flowers were not as opened wide as they had promised and the colors were off, and we were short a few peoples flowers. But my bouquet smelled wonderful and was beautiful. Just make sure to double check your numbers before approving your flowers.
First of all, The Flower Factory did a good job, and they really did their very best to help me despite all my silly indecisiveness, and I thank them very much for their patience! In the end, though, I just don't think I had enough tangible reference to pick out the right flowers.
I was little pressured on my first consultation and I just couldn't communicate the look I was wanting. The changes I made later were a bit slapdash and without much professional guidance, so when we got to the final result the day before the wedding, the bouquet looked a lot different than I expected and there wasn't much time to fix it. (The red and green roses we chose first looked good together, but when I switched the red roses for something paler, I didn't take into consideration the loss of contrast and color difference. What looks green next to red might not look so green next to ivory!) There also seemed to be some miscommunication about pricing after the changes, but I never was sure what really happened with that.
No matter, the bridesmaids bouquets were beautiful and the boutonnieres were great, and I was extremely pleased with those. They also did a good job working with WOW Cakes to get the flowers for the cake. Everything was very fresh, and according to the wedding party, lived on for quite some time afterward, which is nice. But for some reason, I just couldn't nail exactly what I wanted for the bouquet, and I was a little disappointed it never quite fell together. However, looking at the photos, I'd say the bouquet is very respectable and lovely, and that is good enough for me.
The girl I worked with was actually the one who suggested my daughter (flower girls) floral wreath on her head. That turned out well. I also think that the arrangement was very well executed. I loved that she brought the arrangements to me at ceremony site.;The color of the roses was not what I asked for! It was my fault for not going to check ahead of time but I wanted a lighter pink like my theme and ended up with closer to a fuschia. They were still beautiful and in excellent quality but it was not what I asked for.
