Kari and her team are absolutely amazing! She helped to work with my budget and got it done! I ended up changing a few things at the end and Kari made it work without any hesitation! I am not a flower person, but holy smokes Kari and her team made our floral fit perfectly to our needs and colors for our wedding! We had so many positive comments on our bouquets and flowers! Even one of my friends wants to copy my bridal bouquet for her wedding in Michigan! Great job Kari, you and your team are truly artists! Thank you!

Kari and her team did an amazing job on the flower creations for my daughter's wedding in Dripping Springs in March of 2022. The bouquets and centerpiece creations were gorgeous and looked romantic . . . exactly the way we wanted them to look. - When my daughter and I attended our initial consultation appointment with Kari, she listened and looked at our photo ideas. She was enthusiastic, professional, personable, and really connected by taking the time to talk about styles, types of flowers, and also made a Pinterest board so we could visually imagine how it would pull together, and also update our ideas as time went along. She responded to our emails and phone calls and was willing to talk through any changes as our wedding day approached. - On the day of the wedding, the arbor's arch was full of blush-pink, white, to peach garden roses and other lush white anemones, floral, and greenery. During the ceremony, I made a point to really 'live in the moment' and enjoy the romantic floral arch and I truly felt a calming effect from the sweet aroma of the flowers. Matching were the colorful centerpieces on the guests' tables, and the tall flower tree located on the escort card table. At the reception, the crowning beauty was the rose topper and swag of flowers placed across the tall wedding cake, and the tall centerpieces on the King's Table. How beautiful everything looked and we received so many compliments from our guests. It was truly gorgeous and magical, and Kari and her team made it that way.

Kari created beautiful arrangements for our micro-wedding that incorporated our requested flower types and created a lovely effect for the event. She offered affordable rates for the small amount of florals we needed and provided delivery to our venue. We are preserving many of our flowers so that we can keep enjoying them for years to come.

This review has been a long time coming; I was married January of 2020 (Kari, if you're reading this, I'm so sorry for the late post!) and I just went through my wedding pictures again today, remembering how BLOWN AWAY I was with my flowers. I'm non-traditional in my tastes, and Kari was so genuinely excited to do something a little different for me. Another vendor I had checked out didn't care for my taste, and was a little rude about it; Kari was excited from the minute I walked into her shop and told her what I liked. She also worked within my budget to make my floral dreams come true, which was no easy feat - I didn't have a lot of extra in the budget, and she was completely understanding and accommodating. She even worked with my mother in law to arrange a small floral piece for my rehearsal dinner, and then re-used it in our reception area. I don't know how she did it, but DING DANG, y'all, this woman is a flower goddess. Stop looking. Do yourself a favor and hire her now.

We had our wedding in a totally different city than where we live- Kari was able to figure out exactly what I wanted just from a few pictures and emails and created the most amazing bouquet ever. She made everything so easy- thank you!

I had never envisioned what my wedding colors or big day was going to look like. I showed Kari one inspiration picture that I liked for my bouquet and when I saw it in person I was absolutely blown away! She took my one picture and turned the entire ceremony and reception space into a dream. She was very patient with me and my lack of vision and always very helpful with many different ideas as we had conversations about what we wanted. After every conversation I had with Kari, I left feeling confident about my florals on my wedding day. She was such a joy to work with!

We booked the flower girl after our venue recommended them. Kari and her team were really easy to communicate with. We are beyond happy with how beautiful the flowers for the Arch turned out. I absolutely loved my Bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets and Groomsmen Boutonnière. The only downside a few weeks prior to my wedding, I asked to include peddles for the flower girl and an extra boutonnière and paid for it and it was not delivered. It's not the end of the world mistakes happen but was a bit disappointing. However everything else turned out beautifully and was well done.

To say I am obsessed with how my florals turned out would be an understatement. Kari & her team brought my vision to life and absolutely crush it. I am still not over how gorgeous everything looked. Kari was such a pleasure to work with and I would HIGHLY recommend working with her for your next event!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Kari literally rescued our wedding! During COVID, our florist went out of business and we were at a lost of what to do. As a bride, the floral was one of, if not the most important part of our wedding. I love flowers! Kari not only delivered everything I could dream of but she did it within our budget and was beyond friendly and comforting in the process. If you don't have a florist yet, choose Kari. We had tall and short center pieces (the tall ones were used during the ceremony), a floral arch, a floral chandelier, a sweetheart table arrangement, cocktail table arrangements, a welcome sign arrangement as well as all the bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages. They were all gorgeous and we received sooo many compliments. We couldn't be more thankful for Kari and The Flower Girl team.

Kari and her team did a fantastic job on the floral for my wedding! I did a trial bouquet for my bridal portraits and i'm so glad I did so I could see the floral put together. I ended up asking for a small change to the floral and Kari blew me away with the floral I received on the day of my wedding! The only thing I realized after my wedding day is I wanted long ribbons to hang down on my bouquets and I didn't receive them but I didn't notice until the next day. I loved all my arrangements and my guests kept saying how beautiful everything looked! My floral definitely helped contribute to the romantic and whimsical feel I was going for. The Flower Girl was referred to me by another florist that was already booked for the date I needed. I had interviewed at least 5 other florist before I found Kari! I knew immediately when I met her that she was the perfect match for my daughters wedding. She was super nice, talented, easy going and extremely helpful! Everything turned out gorgeous despite the weather! I would highly recommend The Flower Girl for any event you are thinking of!

I don't even know where to start! Where can I give 10 stars? I'm still picking my jaw up off the floor after seeing what Kari and her team created for my wedding this weekend. Being an interior designer, floral was at the top of my list and the thing I was THE MOST particular about. We planned this wedding in 3 months and I didn't have time to get to Austin after hiring Kari to see a sample in person so we did everything virtually. She was so accommodating, completely understood my vision from the very beginning and executed it flawlessly... even better than what I imagined. She went absolutely above and beyond. I have not stopped receiving compliments and I'm just in awe over her talent and the magic she created for me!

We had a vision for how we wanted our wedding floral décor to look and to say Kari delivered would be an understatement. One of the biggest stresses leading up to our wedding was how everything would look on the big day. Whatever our expectations were, they were exceeded (and then some!). Kari turned the indoor part of our venue into a beautiful enchanted forest with lush greenery hanging from the rafters. Our ceremony site and other locations also looked amazing! You cannot go wrong by hiring Kari for your wedding floral needs!

As an event manager, I have had the pleasure of working with Kari and The Flower Girl team on many occasions. She is our go to for all our flower needs! To say Kari is amazing is an understatement; she puts her heart and knowledge into every floral arrangement. She has the unique ability to see the couples’ vision and turn it in to reality. I highly recommend her for any floral need! If you want the best, she is it!

I will start by saying that this florist is good at her craft and can make beautiful arrangements. That being said, this was the vendor I was most disappointed in at my wedding and caused me the most anxiety. Our initial consult started off poorly because the lead designer had actually forgotten she scheduled it and the shop was locked. I had to drive to a different location to meet her haphazardly after calling her for 20 minutes. We stuck with her though because we felt she understood my vision for florals..... The process seemed fine until the weeks leading up to the wedding where the owner was difficult to get in touch with and sometimes seemed annoyed by me contacting her. The week before the wedding we had a lot to cover since she hadn't been very reachable. We got her on the phone and when she started the conversation it was clear she didn't realize what wedding I was when she talked about only have 2 bridesmaids and groomsmen... when I had 8 of each. The worst part was the actual wedding florals. To begin, we were short one bridesmaid bouquet, which had to be thrown together. Additionally, I was very specific about what I wanted and unfortunately she didn't seem to listen (my entire wedding was dusk purple and for some reason that translated to adding blue hydrangeas for her.....). When it was explained that the flowers she was using were not what we has explicitly discussed she said "I am a designer and you need to trust the process. I have a vision." Personally, when you pay over $10,000 dollars for flowers, I think the vision should be the one you ask for, not the florist's. I had sent her pinterest pictures as examples for everything and with welcome signs with florals, and I am not joking when I say she placed a dead vine over my welcome sign. I wish I could post the photos of "expectation VS reality" because it was sad and embarrassing that a florist would even put that type of work on display. Overall, the centerpeice flowers were pretty, but they were NOT what we discussed, planned or what I had dreamed about and it was beyond disappointing. If you have a specific vision, I don't recommend this florist.

It was a pleasure to work with Kari! We had to make changes to our wedding due to COVID and she was flexible and easy to work with as we changed everything. We even had a dinner venue change the night before and she still managed to make the new venue, a literal tent in a parking lot, look magical. Our ceremony site flowers were stunning- truly a remarkable fall creation. I highly recommend you book Kari!

Book Kari!!! She's a visionary. Some florists told me my budget was too small for my vision or tried to talk me into going over my limit, but Kari never did. I told her my budget and described my vision and SHE DELIVERED. My bouquet was perfect, exactly what I wanted, and the decor and florals were breathtaking. Kari also has a ton of decor pieces you can rent from her and that was incredibly helpful. She and her team set everything up and came back after midnight to tear it down after we left. Incredible service, fair pricing, and excellent delivery.

Kari is amazing. She was so willing to work with my personal taste and vibe for the wedding and really listens. She responded quickly and was willing to talk through any changes as our big day approached. On the morning of the wedding she had a great team for setup and was so upbeat and happy. Our flowers could not have turned out any better! She is my new go to florist. I live in Austin but I will be driving out to Dripping Springs for any future arrangements. Kari did such an amazing job! We had to change our plans pretty last minute due to COVID and Kari still went above and beyond. The greenery and white flowers all throughout our venue were perfect. She made our day feel that much more special!

Kari with The Flower Girl is AMAZING!! She did both of my daughter's weddings and her floral arrangements were AWESOME!! We gave her our budget and she stayed within it and everything was beautiful. She also had items we could rent so I did not have to purchase table arrangements. She made my life easy and out weddings beautiful.

Kari knocked it out of the park! When wedding planning I heard not to spend as much money on florals because people won't remember those, but I can honestly say that is not the case with The Flower Girl. Kari and her team have the vision and talent to transform the space into a work of art. I had know idea what I wanted and our tables were too tight for a center piece so Kari came up with the idea to hang the center pieces above the table and I fell in love! I received more compliments about the flowers then seriously anything else because they were so gorgeous and unique.

We had one month to change our entire plan and design due to Covid guidelines and moving my daughter's wedding outdoors. There was a lot of stress and disappointment involved in the postponements and uncertainty. But the one thing we never doubted was Kari's commitment to making everything beautiful. We asked her to make it look like a garden. She made it look like and enchanted garden. Literally. We let her surprise us by designing the area with the sweetheart table. She added floral not just to the table but to the tree behind it and hung little glass orbs with candles above them. The guests used the same descriptions over and over - enchanted, magical, fairytale. She listens, she's visionary and she is just a sweetheart to work with. If the florals matter, get a proposal from her. I can't recommend her strongly enough.

I can not say enough great things about Kari! I initially met Kari through my wedding planner and hired her for our wedding. At our initial meeting I admitted to Kari that I knew nothing about flowers, and that I wholeheartedly trusted her to be creative and do what she wanted. It is amazing what can happen when you let professionals do what they do best! From the ceremony space, cocktail hour, and lounges, to the lush head table and one of a kind displays and show pieces, she created the most beautiful arrangements I have ever seen. Our wedding was in November and was outside, so Kari was able to enhance the natural beauty of the venue and bring the “Fall” to Texas by combining fresh floral with dried elements. It was the perfect blend of moody and whimsical. Kari is truly a creative visionary, and I will continue to use her for years to come!

As soon as we saw some of Kari's work, we knew that we had to have her creativity displayed at our wedding! We left many of the details up to her, knowing that she would make everything perfect. We loved the unique elements that she incorporated in the bouquets, as well as the bud vases that were scattered throughout our venue! The quality of the flowers was also exceptional. You will not be disappointed in Kari's creativity and quality!

Kari was wonderful!! We met with her and gave her general direction with favorite flowers, colors, and thoughts for tables - she did the rest. The bouquets were amazing, the wedding florals beautiful, and the tables were so pretty. She also did the rehearsal dinner, and worked those flowers in the reception. As a bonus, she had extra flower pedals, and lined the aisle with them. Would definitely use this great team again!!

Kari was amazing! She worked with us on price and was super transparent. She was responsive and easy to coordinate with through the whole process, even accommodating a surprise my husband requested! The flowers were stunning! Everything was exactly as I wanted!

Kari is so amazing! When I was looking to create a minimal, greenery focused package for my wedding, she understood just what I was asking for right from the beginning. Even though my wedding was the same weekend as her son's birthday, she went above and beyond for my big day! Kari was even very accommodating when I needed to make a couple last minute changes for extra guests a few weeks before the wedding. And--my favorite part-- my bouquet was so stunning and looked just like all my Pinterest dreams!

When planning one of the most special days of your life, you never truly expect it to be as perfect as you imagine. Or to find and surround yourself with people who truly understand your vision and design aesthetic. Throwing ideas around, walking through Kari’s shop, it was evident she truly got us. She took what I thought was inspiration and something to play off of, and turned it into a reality with pure enthusiasm. She knew how against a “traditional” wedding I was, and how much I wanted this wedding to be anything but ordinary. I am not one for standard centerpieces and traditional flowers, and she proved that there was nothing I needed to do, except for sit back and trust her creative genius. She somehow in the middle of the Texas hill country, gave me my Austrian forest. Even after I walked into Prospect House on my wedding day, I could have never imagined or began to fathom how exquisite the final show would end up. The essences of our ideas were carefully considered in crafting and constructing each individual idea throughout the space. My husband and I could not have asked for a better visionary to bring our dreams to life. We both want to thank you for creating a lifetime of memories and a most beautiful event that will never be forgotten. To recommend is merely not enough … if you have a vision, you CANNOT get a better, more creative and kind person.

Can you give more stars because Kari, her team and our planner, Kimberley (Silver Thistle Weddings) knocked it out of the park! My daughter and her husband wanted to bring in elements of Austria (where they lived several years) along with nature and candles, (and there were so many candles), and they created magic! It really was breathtaking! I highly recommend Kari to anyone. She was so fun to work with and has such wonderful creative ideas. You will love her!

Kari was the best! We interviewed a few florists, and she was the only one who left us feeling confident she could handle our many events. I didn't have a concrete idea of what I wanted, but she helped guide me to a decision, and the end result looked beautiful. Her team did a great job with the complicated set up (wrapping the pillars at The Driskill with greenery and flowers). Guests who had seen the same space hours before for the ceremony were blown away by how different it looked. Would 100% recommend The Flower Girl!

Kari is nothing short of amazing! We met her and immediately loved her fun personality (and the fact she was an Aggie Fan)! The more we talked about my vision I knew she was my florist! She understood what I was hoping for and when I walked out on the day of ceremony, I was truly blown away! It's one thing to coordinate on pinterest but it's amazing to see what she brings to life! She and her team nailed it! It was all I could have ever imagined and more! Even when my lanterns wouldn't fit down the aisle, I just sent word to have Kari use them wherever she felt they would look best! She had them at the alter and it was beautiful! The reception hall and head table were unbelievable and we LOVE our greenery R that hung above the fireplace. The Flower Girl will make your dream come to life!

Kari and her team did an amazing job on the florals for our wedding! I wanted something very minimal in terms of centerpieces, and she managed to create something that still looked good without being an over-the-top arrangement. Bouquets were gorgeous, and overall Kari was prompt in communication and easily handled (several) back and forth changes to our order. Loved having someone who is responsive but also not afraid to tell you what will really look and work the best for your vision!

Kari is the sweetest!! She blew my mind with the beautiful blooms at our wedding!! One thing I really wanted in my bouquet were peonies. However, November is not prime season for peonies. I was worried I wouldn't be able to have them, but Kari came through for me! Everything Kari did was just gorgeous! Thank you Kari!!!

If you want flowers for your wedding you HAVE to use The Flower Girl for your big day, trust me she will exceed your expectations. Kari is such a wonderful designer and her and my wedding Planner (Kimberley from Silver Thistle) designed my dream wedding that was far more beautiful than I would have ever expected. I was blown away when I saw my ceremony site and reception area, there were flowers everywhere and it took my breath away. When I first met with her I did not have a very clear picture on what I wanted so I gave her some ideas and Pintrest posts and gave her full design freedom and on the day of it all of the flowers and centerpieces were so gorgeous and they were my favorite part of my wedding.

Kari is the most genuine florist I had talked to, and I had contacted over 20 florists in the Austin area. I had a veryyy specific floral vision for my venue and had made a powerpoint and everything describing exactly what I wanted. Kari was the ONLY florist that told me what would work, but also what wouldn't work. She wanted to have a conversation, not just say she can do whatever I wanted if I just pay her the money! Her knowledge of how my venue was laid out and how the flowers I wanted would work in the space really helped me create the best arrangement for my venue. She was also super conscious of my budget and did everything she could to save me money, and was great about last minute changes or requests. My venue looked gorgeous and it was all because of her. Kari is one of the most talented women in the wedding industry in the Austin area!

Kari is truly the best! She was so fun to work with, and she is absolutely amazing at what she does. From the aisle decor, to the center pieces and table runners, to the perfect flower crowns - everything was so beautiful because of Kari's hard work and unparalleled talent. Kari and her team were absolutely amazing! We chose them to do the florals for our wedding at The Alexander at Creek Road, and everything I had envisioned, Kari and her team brought to life! The florals were even more beautiful than I had imagined - everything was absolutely stunning! I think the most impressive showstopper though was what welcomed our guests at the ceremony site - a giant oak tree adorned and draped with greenery and fresh cut flowers.
