I am so glad that we had the opportunity to work with Flower House. Ginger was professional and extremely helpful in creating the right color scheme and design without breaking the bank. I truly appreciate all of her honesty and constructive feedback when I was discussing my initial plans with her. She was also a great advocate on the day of the wedding, when she noticed some design discrepancies at our ceremony space and made sure that my venue staff fixed those errors. She looked out for us to make sure that we were happy with floral arrangements and that we were enjoying our day without stressing over the details.
Out of everyone that I worked with, The Flower House staff were among our favorite vendors.

otally nailed our "floral vision", had all of the bouquets and boutonnieres labeled with names, and even moved ceremony florals to the sweetheart table seamlessly. They were easy to work with, communicate with and responsive. Also, every bouquet and floral arrangement they made were beyond gorgeous with amazing flowers and exactly what we pictured! the big day. We had several zoom calls with Jinger where she answered all of my questions (even ones not related to florals/decor). Unlike a lot of brides, I did not initially have a super clear vision of what I wanted for florals so Jinger took the time to walk me through lots of different options. I'm so glad she did because I ended up doing things that I had never even heard of (e.g. I did a flower ring for my flower girl which was absolutely darling and perfect for a toddler that wouldn't know how to throw flower petals). On our actual wedding day, Jinger and the Flower House team took care of everything without needing anything from me like true professionals. When I walked down the aisle, it was the first time I saw the floral arch and that alone nearly brought me to tears (aside from seeing my husband to be lol). Seriously I cannot tell you how many people came up to me to tell me how much they loved the flowers - not to mention how many pictures I saw people post pictures under the arch. I would highly recommend the Flower House to any future brides or anyone in need of florals for a big event.

ate with florals, and I'm so glad I went that route. Our flowers were absolutely stunning and I couldn't be more happy with the way our whole venue was transformed with them. Florals are expensive yes, but I felt like we didn't waste any money on them and got a lot for the price. They were all so beautiful and added so much depth to our venue!
When I had first talked with Jinger I showed her a photo of our ceremony location and she suggested a floral floor arch rather than a more traditional standing arch. I'm so happy I went with her recommendation, it couldn't be more stunning (and apparently is a 2023 trend we jumped on early!!).
Flower house did all our bouquets, our cake flowers, installed flowers on the bridge for us, and did all our ceremony florals that got moved to our reception/dinner space.

I hired Jinger for my May 2020 wedding. Thanks to Covid my wedding was postponed three times. Jinger moved with me through all my date changes. Finally, on June 5, 2022, our fourth wedding date, we had our big wedding ceremony and reception....

perienced they are by their professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to details. At first, I was nervous about booking the right florist that'll capture my vision for my wedding. From the very first meeting with The Flower House, I immediately felt at ease knowing that they understood my vision, style, and answered any questions I had about different floral arrangements. I never felt intimidated or that I was asking silly questions as they made me feel like they truly cared about me having the wedding of my dreams. as so flexible through two postponements and incredibly timely and responsive to every email and concern that came up during our planning. When we finally had our third wedding date locked into place and wanted to switch up the floral vision, Jinger knew exactly how to implement what I wanted. She took the reigns and even helped with several other design aspects...she is just a natural! She also helped with our rehearsal dinner design and florals and knew exactly how to execute what my MIL and I were picturing.
Two weeks prior to the wedding day, we decided to move the wedding outdoors and Jinger instantly had the best vision for re-arranging and utilizing all of our florals to create a stunning sweetheart table backdrop. We were speechless when we saw all of the flowers on our day...it exceeded every expectation we had. During pre ceremony portraits, we saw their team working so hard to make every detail perfect. They spent so much time and energy on our day despite a very busy 2021 summer/fall wedding season. Their team is so talented, creative, detail oriented, and fun! They felt like friends throughout the whole process and genuinely made our dreams and visions their priority. My only regret is not planning ahead to preserve some of our bouquets...they were so beautiful and I wish they could last forever.

Unfortunately I wish I could be writing a beautiful review as so many others have. My initial phone meeting with Jinger was wonderful (never once had an in-person meeting). She listened to my vision and gave some great input. A few days before ...
the wedding my photographer requested I get the styling blooms from them. I reached out to Jinger through email to see if I could pick them up from their studio. The responses I received made me feel like I was putting them out of their way. The day of the wedding, when my photographer pulled my bouquet from the box, I was in shock. The flowers looked nothing like we discussed. For a second I thought I received someone else's flowers. The flowers at the altar didn't even match my color scheme. I wrote Jinger an email to find out what happened. Her response to me was that she told me in a meeting the shortage of flowers (she never did) and basically 'it is what it is'. She never personally explained to me that the flowers would change drastically. If so, I wouldn't have been so shocked on my wedding day. If I'm paying over $5k for flowers, I would expect better communication. Some sort of communication a week or so before the wedding explaining to me that the flowers would not look like what I ordered would have been nice. I understand that these times are tough on everyone, however, I am really disappointed in how drastically different my flowers turned out.

We have a shortage and price increases as the flower industry is currently experiencing an unprecedented shortage ...
of flowers and the greatest supply and demand in decades. Flower Prices have sky-rocked from 100%-250% and we are all scrambling to fill our orders.
The most affected colors are:
Whites
Blush
Mauve
Taupe
Burgundy
Why the shortage?
1. Covid-19 forced farmers to shut down their farms during lockdown and pull out crops as they did not have the staff to keep them going. They are now playing catch-up which takes time.
2. Growing regions are experiencing extreme weather- drought and storms - all slowing down the growing process or rendering many crops unusable.
3. Demand has Skyrocketed - During the pandemic, people turned to flowers to send to loved ones they could not see in person, as well as used them in their own homes to brighten up their quarantine spaces. In addition, as states opened back up, weddings and events have returned in full force, with two years worth of weddings happening in one. The supply has not yet been able to catch up to this sheer volume of events happening.
I ordered three weeks in advance blush, taupe’s and burgundy. I split my order with multiple sources and could only get a portion from some and none with others. This is us every week, our market day is what we call war day, going into battle for product we did not receive and looking for every option possible with 500 other wedding florist looking for the same solutions.
I was unable to get the perfect shade of blush and mauve and did everything I could to make the best color happen. This is found out the week of the wedding at 5 am when I arrive to pick up your flowers. I spent more money than you did on your wedding making sure everything was full and lush.
As to the comment that I was put out of my way? You wanted complimentary (free) styling blooms delivered to a different location and many hours before your venue delivery for free? You were able to pick them up at our studio and bring them to your photographer. I was not put out about that desire to get your blooms early.
I truly wish we had a better outcome of colors for. Due to our situation I will reach out to all my brides for the rest of the year to warning them of the massive and frustrating challenges we are experiencing.

a vague idea of what I wanted, I loved her approach of starting with my bouquet and matching it to my personality. She was very thorough as we discussed all of our floral needs, and she even helped us with dinnerware and linen rentals. red my vision, and I trusted her. I got so many compliments on my flowers and I just loved the succulents added to my bouquet. The color scheme was impeccable. She was also super diligent and responsive when handling my last minute requests. I really don't think the florals could have looked better. Jinger was also integral in the whole design of my wedding such as the table linens and the layout.
Some qualms I do have is that her team used my professional photos to promote her business, which is fine but she used photos that did not include her work (silk flowers done by my friend, photos of just me and my husband) and mislabeled photos. This made my wedding day feel more like a means to an end and diluted the relationship I thought I had formed with her. I think its important to maintain a relationship even after wedding day is over. Also there were small things that weren't included that was in the contract, such as succulents in my husband's boutonniere. She can correct me if I'm wrong.
Jinger definitely has an eye for beauty and I continue to follow her wonderful work. I definitely recommend her if you really want someone talented.

To address the photos, we have in our contract #7 of the photo release to use the wedding photos for sharing our work and telling the beautiful story about each and every wedding we do. I am sorry you felt I was promoting my business with your wedding. We love what we do and want to share it with everyone.
I have taken down the welcome sign and the funny photo of you with your husband on your back - we also have in our new contract after you signed it that all florals including silks must come from us so there is no confusion on who did what. My social media manager did not realize that we did not do it so I am so sorry and have removed it from all media.

Jinger stood out to us amongst floral vendors from the first zoom consultation. During that first call it was evident she could command the conversation to get the 'inspiration and vision' out of us, and...
take it to levels our tech-worker brains could not. During the consultation she had plenty of pictures of past work that made it easy to see the high-quality she delivers AND helped her get to know what styles and likes we had. Other reviews have mentioned this, but she has a total gift for calling out "what we think we want" vs "what's even better".
As we got closer to our May 2021 date, Jinger was always reachable by email if I wanted a second opinion on a decor item. She was on our side, wanting to make sure there was a cohesive look. Definitely not shy to tell us if something wouldn't work... but also ready to give alternative ideas. She's done so many weddings she truly is a great resource.
Our wedding slightly bucked trend from the typical soft romantic vibe of most California weddings, as I'm from an island in the Caribbean and wanted a bright, tropical but not tacky look. She totally delivered in a way that fit right in with our venue. On the day of, everything was absolutely perfect.

I mostly let my mother in law, handle more communication because my florals were something she wanted to cover for us so if I or her wanted to add anything I thought she should be the one to have communicated that. At my first meeting I knew I wanted the feeling of fall. She helped me work through what was realistically going to look best and took me through tons of photos to see what I liked and what I didn’t. We came up with a plan that I loved but being the indecisive person that I am, I changed everything so at my second meeting Jinger walked through the current plan and what I wanted to change. She helped me pick new tablecloths and even helped me decide on bridesmaids dresses via email. Not being a florist, this was hard for me because I couldn’t truly picture what she could, but I trusted her and I’m so glad I did.

Jinger is the kind of vendor every bride dreams of, she is so helpful in leading you in the right direction and gave so many great pointers. She is honest, compassionate, and I never felt like she was just trying to sell me on anything. In fact, she always tried to give me realistic advice on some things that just added extra cost and weren't really needed. This is a breath of fresh air when planning a wedding, to find a vendor who truly just wants to help! She even helped us choose linens and table settings and got us in touch with the rental company. We took all 16 arrangments home the night of our wedding and Jinger made sure that we had exactly what we needed to transport them. Also, they lasted beautifully for a good week after our wedding! I did an initial phone conversation with Jinger and from speaking with her, I could tell she understood (and even enhanced) my vision. I could tell I was in good hands. I had contacted multiple floral vendors for quotes and by far, Jinger was the most responsive and continued to be throughout the entire planning process. She came out to do a site visit with the moms and I met with her in person right before we secured in the floral order to go over the invoice throughly. She was able to pull up a ton of examples from her vast portfolio to gauge what I liked and didn't like and made notes on the invoice so that everything was in writing.
I already had a realistic idea of how much my flowers (with the look I wanted) would cost in the Bay Area with a wedding of ~225 people, and I was pleased that Jinger was able to stick to that budget -- even if it may be a little bit of sticker shock at first. Jinger DEFINITELY delivered, all the centerpieces were amazing and much larger than I had imagined, and the color palette and blooms were even more beautiful than the Pinterest vision board I had sent her! We even had a last minute modification with our circle altar about an hour before the ceremony was supposed to start, and Jinger and her team went out of their way to make sure it got done and didn't hold up the ceremony. The Flower House nailed it! Thank you so much for making my vision come to life!!

Jinger and her team worked directly with a few other vendors to help make the vision a reality which took a huge amount of stress and work off my plate. Throughout the process, The Flower House team was responsive and accommodating.
The first thing I did when I arrived at the reception, the day of my wedding, was a walkthrough of the dinner hall. Wow! It exceeded my expectations. The flower arrangements were exactly what I was looking for and all of Jinger's suggestions for the linens, chairs, drapery and chandeliers that other vendors provided made the vision come together exactly as I had envisioned it. I had a general color scheme and vibe in mind, and in a matter of minutes - Jinger was showing us photos and examples that were everything we wanted. (Bonus that she had down many weddings at our venue so we were able to see them in the space). I was also very excited when I learned the circle arch I had seen in photos was available for rent! Jinger took our vision and then made adjustments to fit our budget, but we never felt like we were sacrificing anything because we were able to repurpose flowers from the ceremony to the reception.

ne, I knew Flower House was the place for us. Within minutes of explaining my budget and vision, she sent me photos and walked through examples of what she recommended and it aligned with exactly what was in my head.
In addition to recommendations for our flowers, Jinger also made recommendations for linens that would allow the room and florals to feel warm in the space we chose. She even backed up the recommendation with photos of what we were going to go with vs. what she recommended so we could see exactly what she was talking about. It made a huge difference, and our family and friends didn’t stop talking about how beautiful our ceremony and reception were, specifically mentioning our florals and the mood they created.
Lastly, I never worried once that Jinger would deliver exactly what was promised. She was the one vendor I never thought twice about or felt the need to double/triple check plans with in the days leading up. She also made an update to her schedule to deliver my bouquet early so I could do a first look with them earlier than the time we had worked out. She is the best!

We decided to meet up with Jinger. I knew what I wanted my flowers to look like, but didn't know specific names of flowers.
