Vanessa is wonderful to work with--so friendly and welcoming. I really know nothing about flowers so it was tough for me to put into words what I wanted, but somehow with the little direction I gave, Vanessa put together a beautiful quote with photos of basically exactly what I wanted. She and her team were really flexible when I had to make changes in the process. They were super timely the day of and had our bouquets delivered right to our hotel suite. Everything turned out amazing! We even added rehearsal dinner arrangements very last minute and she made them lovely. If you want a professional, personal and friendly experience, hire Vanessa!

I booked Flower Kiosk in August 2020 for my wedding in June 2021 and could not have been happier with how the florals came out! I worked with Vanessa after my venue (The Red Barn at Outlook Farm) suggested Flower Kiosk as a preferred vendor. I knew from our first conversation I was in great hands. I walked into our meeting with a few inspiration photos and colors, but was flexible in terms of types of flowers and arrangements. Vanessa knew the venue so well and could tell me where I would likely want focal pieces or space fillers and what those might look like. She was incredibly professional, fun and creative. I requested some sentimental customizations on my bouquet just a couple weeks before my wedding and the end result brought me to tears (in a good way!). I also asked her to decorate our cake with flowers a few weeks before the wedding and with just a short description over the phone she managed to make the cake look exactly how I pictured it! I got so many compliments from our guests on the flowers and Flower Kiosk will definitely be my first call for any future flower needs.

Vanessa at the Flower Kiosk is incredible to work with!!! I wanted to be sure to write a review here even thought we never got the chance to have our big day due to Covid 19. Vanessa was incredibly understanding and went above and beyond to help make a challenging experience easier and less stressful. Looking forward to a day where I can work with her on beautiful arrangements on other events in the future!

The Flower Kiosk is maybe one of THE cutest boutique flower shops in the Portsmouth area! I was instantly drawn to its amazing window displays and was brought inside to a beautiful dream! They jumped right in to help us when I asked for 9 bridesmaids bouquets and 9 boutineers for our groomsmen (and some customizations to my wedding bouquet) in a last minute plan to have our microwedding in Portsmouth! There was no hesitation and they were so happy they could help! With little time getting to know us, it felt like they knew us forever! Our flowers were STUNNING! And everything we could’ve ever imagined (and more!) I highly recommend working with The Flower Kiosk team!

I had such a great experience with The Flower Kiosk. Both the owner and manager were great work with even during the pandemic when we had to change the wedding date. My bouquet was breathtaking and brought me to tears when I first laid eyes on it. My bouquet was exactly how I pictured it and more. I would definitely recommend for future events.

I had such a great experience working with Vanessa and The Flower Kiosk for my September 2019 wedding. I only wanted a bouquet for myself because we had a small wedding with no bridal party and my friends were doing the other flowers for the reception. I was doing all of my planning on short notice and two other florists turned me away when I inquired with them, but Vanessa was enthusiastic and genuinely happy to help. She was so lovely when we met in person and listened carefully to my preferences and helped me form my ideas for what I wanted. My bouquet was absolutely beautiful and exactly what I had pictured. Working with Vanessa at The Flower Kiosk was one of the easiest parts of planning my wedding. Meeting with her for the first time, i knew i was in good hands. She was so incredibly nice and easy to work with. Told her what flowers and look i was going for and she created these beautiful bouquets and center pieces for my wedding. I am so happy that I stumbled across The Flower Kiosk, an adorable little flower shop in the heart of downtown Portsmouth. I was so indecisive on who to choose to be my florist for my wedding and after reading other reviews and meeting with Vanessa, I knew I found the perfect person and the perfect place. Vanessa is probably the sweetest person there is. She is so understanding and patient and nice and she really knows her stuff. You can tell she loves her work which gave me confidence that she was going to do an amazing job. She's reassuring, professional, knows all of the latest trends, and very personable. She took the time to meet with me on more than one occasion and always answered my thousands of emails in a timely manner. I presented her with a huge mantel piece that I wanted as the backdrop of my ceremony at my venue and she delivered. It was so gorgeous and absolutely stunning. On my wedding day when I snuck into the ballroom before everyone was there I actually cried when I saw the setup of the centerpieces, the mantel piece, and the rose petals lining the aisle. It added so much to an already beautiful venue. I was at a loss for words when I saw my bridal bouquet. I love it so much that I had it preserved immediately after! Her work is so impressive, beautiful, and cohesive. She's amazing. If you're stuck on deciding on a florist then make it easy on yourself and call The Flower Kiosk now!

Vanessa was so easy to work with. She was super responsive to my emails and questions, and so nice when I met her in person. The flowers were absolutely beautiful, I got so many compliments on my bouquet! Definitely recommend!!

I absolutely loved working with Betsy at the Flower Kiosk. Flowers are one of my favorite parts of a wedding, and I had a specific vision of how I wanted them to look. She incorporated all of my ideas, suggested some other great ones, and produced a final look that was absolutely stunning. Throughout the whole wedding I found myself telling guests, “and look at how beautiful these flowers are!” because I was just so in love with them. I received comments all night about my bouquet and how well the centerpieces came together. My photographer even said, “I love doing weddings with Flower Kiosk because they nail it every time, and these are the perfect example of that.” Her creations were really one of the highlights of the day for me, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding flourist in this area.

Vanessa knew exactly what we wanted, was flexible, and worked with the venue to drop off flowers. Everything looked great, easy drop off of vases the next day.

Working with Betsy and Vanessa was delightful! Choosing flowers for our wedding was something I looked forward to so much and Betsy was so creative and thoughtful -she listened to my "vision" and seemed equally excited to brainstorm along with me. In the end she was able to accommodate our budget and help us create an absolutely beautiful wedding -the flowers were really the focal point of the decorations. In the beginning of our planning I asked if we could create a whimsical, garden feel, and the final product was beyond what I imagined. Our guests came up to us describing the wedding as a "whimsical, enchanted forest!": mission accomplished. The most special touch was the beautiful flower crown made of spray roses, thistle, and rosemary; it was exactly what I hoped it would be and I will always keep it to remember the day. Thank you Betsy and Vanessa for making our wedding day so magical!

The bouquet and centerpieces were better than anything I ever could have imagined. The flowers were beautifully arranged and put together and stunning. Vanessa worked with us to make sure we got what we wanted while adhering or our budgets.

We recently used The Flower Kiosk for our wedding flowers and I couldn't have been happier !! They are all SO wonderful to deal with, they even tracked down a specific flower I had really wanted but they were just going out of season. The bouquet was exactly what I was hoping for but far, far more beautiful than I could have imagined. I received more comments on my flowers than anything else the whole day. Their pricing is very reasonable, all of the people I dealt with were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I'm so glad I chose them as my vendor, the far exceeded my hopes on every level.

I am so glad we booked The Flower Kiosk for our wedding! Betsy and Vanessa really worked with me to understand my vision for wedding flowers and were very respectful of our budget for flowers. They put together bouquets, nosegays, boutonnieres, centerpieces, and about 20 smaller arrangements in bottles to place throughout the venue. All of the flowers were beautiful, and the bouquets and centerpieces completely exceeded my expectations. They were everything I hoped for, but didn't think I could afford for my wedding. The Flower Kiosk is as good as it gets. For some reason, choosing flowers was something I was dreading, I felt so overwhelmed by options, price, and my wedding "vision". Have no fear Vanessa is here! Vanessa made me feel comfortable the minute I walked in the door. She just "got me". She worked within my budget, told me what was cool and not cool in the flower world and helped form my vision without being pushy or upselling. Not only are Vanessa and her group talented and professional, they are kind and warm. I showed her pictures on pinterest and she created! The day before my wedding when the flowers came in there was an issue with the color of my bridesmaids bouquets. For some reason, the dahlias this year did not go with the color flow we had envisioned....due to this mishap Vanessa upgraded my flowers at no charge to fit the color scheme and feel of the day and they looked stunning!! I felt like it was meant to be all along. She hand delivered the flowers herself on my big day (a welcome smiling face) and when I saw my venue flowers and centerpieces my jaw dropped! Truly perfection. I expected Flower Kiosk to be the most expensive since they have such a wonderful reputation, but I price compared with another florist who did not make me feel nearly as comfortable and understood with less flowers to boot, at a higher price! I would choose the Flower Kiosk over and over again, and will be returning for future flower needs :)

Betsy was a joy to work with. She helped me create a beautiful, simple yet elegant floral display while helping me stay on track when I second guessed myself. She is flexible, creative, and most importantly - easy to work with. Located in the heart of Downtown Portsmouth we were able to pop in often for follow up meetings and quickly receive our flowers the day-of.

We met Betsy at a Portsmouth bridal event and fell in love with the displays (very ferny-woodsy-freshly gathered) which was exactly what we were looking for! The fact that the Flower Kiosk works with some local farms only sweetened the deal. We secured the Flower Kiosk as a vendor about 10months out from our date and met with them a couple of times to hash out our options and the exact plan for our day. Knowing how busy I would be in the days leading up to the wedding I had really hoped to have their eyes for design on-site....but our venue was so far north (in the White Mountains) that the extra delivery and setup cost was completely out of our budget. Betsy worked with us to come up with a d.i.y. plan for centerpieces that I could construct onsite after picking up the flowers on our way north. This was a HUGE help (kept us on-budget and with the vendor we loved). The flowers and filler which we purchased looked great and the bouquets and boutineers (prepared and arranged by the Flower Kiosk) were FABULOUS!!! Budget, floral design, nice and creative people, flexibility...it all leads to a happy wedding couple. Only minor mishap was that we noted at pickup that we were short a boutineer, but Vanessa whipped up a duplicate in a flash and had us on our way.

Betsy did an awesome job creating all the flower arrangements for the big day. She is very knowledgable and is willing to work with anyones vision. I especially like what Betsy came up with for our reception hall. There was sea glass, beautiful silver blows, and a lot of white flowers. I cannot wait to see pictures from the big day so I can enjoy the decor even more!

Working with Betsy at the Flower Kiosk for our wedding was a wonderful experience. I'm not someone who knows much about flowers, to say the least, so I was a little intimidated by the idea of meeting with a florist; however, Betsy was sweet and helpful. She listened to my ideas and color requests, and she was careful to stay within our budget while still providing the most stunningly-beautiful bouquets and decorated arbor! The flowers were beyond what I had ever imagined, simply gorgeous, and exactly the colors I had envisioned. Betsy was responsive and professional, not to mention talented - I highly recommend the Flower Kiosk!

Let me start off by saying Betsy is a sweet person; but, unfortunately, being a nice person doesn't take away the fact that she made the wedding flower process a somewhat stressful experience for me. I have no doubt that in the past she has been able to create beautiful arrangements for other brides, but I just can't say the same. For me, there were some painful moments during the process: 1) I drove up mid-week from Boston and sat 2 hours in traffic to see an arrangement that she had agreed to put together for me and I had offered to pay for it...furthermore, we had an appointment. I showed up and she had nothing made. I turned around and went right home. I could have cried, especially since I left work early that day. 2) She would send me incorrect proposals and repeatedly ask me where my wedding was and if I was part of The Rivermill Package. Um, no. I've told you this 5 times. Do you not take notes? It just made me feel like she was very disorganized and made me worried about the final product and if she would even remember what date I was getting married. It's all about the details, you know? 3) I BEGGED Betsy not to put white roses in my arrangements. Literally begged. I'm not sure how many times I reminded her of this, I even have it in writing. Of course, I show up on my wedding day and my arrangements are full of white roses. Great! The positives were that I loved my bridal bouquet. Also, we incorporated a lot of succulents and I was able to save a bunch and they are now growing in a planter I have at home. Maybe you will have better luck. Her shop's location is convenient and is pretty cute.

Betsy and her team at Flower Kiosk were an off-the-beaten path find for us, but what a find they were! They were a joy to work with--both fun and interactive, and they took any stress out of the entire process--and our flowers were stunning, everything arrived in perfect condition and on schedule, and they truly went above and beyond to make everything look and feel perfect. All of our guests (and our photographer and the venue itself!) were absolutely blown away.

I worked directly with Betsy for my wedding in the middle of July. She was efficient and helpful every step of the way. She helped with advice and referrals for other vendors as well! Even at the last minute she was able to help deliver a couple red roses for the moms - all while staying within my budget.

Betsy did an outstanding job with our flowers. She filled a number of mason jars and did the bouquets and men's flowers--she totally got the vision of our day. Everything looked exactly how I imagined it--natural, sweet--nothing was over the top or competed with other decoration in the space. It was incredibly tasteful and natural. People LOVED the flowers.
