time to discuss options for a bridal bouquet, 8 bridesmaid bouquets, and cake flowers. I later emailed him inspiration pictures and one picture of a bouquet for bridesmaids and I titled the file name "don't like" to ensure that we were all on the same page (be creative, but don't make the flowers look like that). The morning of the wedding my mom went to pick up the flowers (Ron indicated when I booked floral services that they were too booked that day to deliver which was not a problem) and brought them to the hotel downtown where the hair and make-up girls were getting all of us ready. The second my mom walked in the door and I saw the flowers was devastated. The bridesmaids bouquets were a replica of the picture I had emailed Ron that I indicated I didn't like. After seeing how upset I was, my mom called and spoke to Ron who indicated that due to the big wedding that they were doing that day, they were unable to remake the bouquets to how I had asked/paid for them to be made. What a way to start the morning of your wedding day! While the flowers were still "quality flowers", they ended up being a very expensive detail that took away from what was otherwise a perfect day! The Flower Lady acted as if it "wasn't their problem". I'm not sure if it was the chaos of having other weddings that day that confused them, but brides beware if you flowers aren't made how you agreed, the Flower Lady could be too busy that day to care.

ute! I was excited to talk to someone about my wedding flowers. The man that sat down with us could not have been less interested or enthusiastic about our wedding and only asked questions to fill out his form. He didn't bring any additional ideas to the table or had me look through any pictures of their previous work. After having a couple of meetings with other flower vendors earlier in the day, this appointment was laughable. On top of everything, we never even received our quote through email (like he promised). It actually surprises me that this shop still gets business for weddings and events after what we experienced.

The bridesmaids had gerbs with greens and my bouquet was a full, beautiful arrangement of the three flowers. Deb was creative with my groom's boutonniere using stephanotis and even offered to create something with flowers for my mom, since she didn't want a corsage. They were on time (I wasn't!) and were happy to work with my bridesmaid who handled things in my absence. I'm sure I could have found another florist who may have been a little less expensive but my peace of mind and trust in Deb was worth it!
We wanted simple arrangements with vibrant color and Ron delivered. Everything with the arrangements was just as we asked for it, and it was perfect.
