Wow! What a wonderful experience it was to work with Barbara H at the Flower Shop of Pennington Market. She was extremely helpful in identifying flowers that were exactly what our daughter wanted for her wedding. After only one meeting, Barbara immediately zeroed in on exactly the colors and “feel” that we were hoping for. She made excellent suggestions and provided samples of the flowers and even a sample arrangement. Not only were arrangements, bouquets and other decor exquisite, but the cost was incredibly reasonable and significantly less than other quotes we had received. The flowers were delivered promptly and placed exactly as we hoped. Fabulous service from a lovely person, incredibly fresh, beautiful flowers and at a modest cost. Who could ask for more!

Barbara at Pennington Market brought our floral dreams to life for our wedding! She was so great to meet with. After explaining to her a little and showing her a few pictures she completely understood the vibe we were going for and brought it to life. Our bouquets, centerpieces, and displays were lush with eucalyptus and greenery and the floral assortment was to die for. Everything looked amazing!

We have worked with Barbara and her team at PQM flower shop for my wedding as well as for my two sisters. Barbara was fabulous to work with. She is such a lovely person and is willing to go above and beyond to make everything look beautiful. I wanted something different than the average bride for my wedding flowers and Barbara designed several options for our big day. She created beautiful table scapes with freshly cut flowers and greens on each table with varying candle centerpieces. Barbara and her team spent hours perfecting each table to ensure it was perfect. We had so many compliments on our bouquets and table scape designs and it is all to Barbara’s credit that it turned out so fabulous. We highly recommend working with Barbara and her team at for any occasions.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Barbara for the flowers for my wedding. She is very knowledgeable and helpful when choosing my flowers. She knew what flowers would work well together and hold up throughout the entire day. She has lots of experience with all types of weddings and knows how to put together a beautiful display. I am still getting compliments on how beautiful the flowers were. They all looked fresh and absolutely stunning days after the wedding. I know little to nothing about flowers and Barbara took the time to show different flowers to me and explain what flowers would work best with my wedding. I couldn't have been happier with the experience. Thank you Barbara!!

My Mom and I had met with several florists before meeting with Barbara at Pennington Market. We decided that it would be the last florist we'd meet and then decide from there. I am SOO happy we ended up meeting with Barb because she is INCREDIBLE!! We had 3 meetings to go over details as the wedding grew closer, and she met with us at the venue to review where the ceremony would take place, the cocktail hour, and the reception. She took measurements of anything we wanted decorated, had samples of several flower type when we would meet in colors EXACTLY the color of the swatch I gave her, and she took any and all pictures of ideas I found! She was organized, soo great to work with, and had ideas to make the flowers look 100 times better than I could have dreamed of! When I arrived at the venue, I couldn't believe the work that her and her employees did. It was beyond PERFECT! The centerpieces looked amazing, the outside ceremony was gorgeous, and to top it off, she helped us save money! They carried huge arrangements in big white urns that we used for the front alter area, and carried them into the reception for the sides of the sweetheart table. She ordered extra candles for all the tables to give a romantic feel, decorated the front door, and staircase, decorated the cake, even remembered to add flowers in the bathrooms! I absolutely LOVED every single thing they did. HIGHLY recommended!!!!

Working with the Pennington Market Floral Team was very nice. Barbara is extremely knowledgable. I knew what colors I wanted, but I don't know much about flowers. Working with her and providing our ideas, she came up with beautiful arrangements for the tables - better than we could have imagined. Her team did beautifully. They also provided a few flowers for the church, the bridal party's flowers, and the parents/grandparents. All of the arrangements were great. They were so pretty, that the ones left at the reception (we had a lot of out-of-town guests, so they couldn't take them home), we took home and displayed for days afterwards! I saved all the vases to use in our new home and remember the wonderful day. We had 11 tables with a mix of single arrangements flowing over cake stands on 1/2 the tables and a trio of vases with various flowers on the remaining tables. It all came together so well. I cannot praise Barbara enough for the wonderful job she and her team did. My only suggestion is that her team is in high demand in the Community, so she seems pulled a little thin. We didn't receive a final quote until less than a week before the wedding because things kept popping up. We knew we were going with them and the deposit was made, but it was just nice to know the final confirmed amount. In the end, it was the perfect decision for our wedding. We know the guests thought the same, as someone posted a picture of their table and commented on how beautiful the floral pieces were on facebook!
