Place is trash. Ownership is horrible. Threw away my product. Claims she couldn't hold the cupcakes due to Board of Health violations. Then she says she could have "set them outside on the ground" had I called and said I would be late. Not sure the Board would approve of this either. (Will have the Board of Health investigate this as well) Claims I was a male and "hated women" and when I told her I would just give her an honest review she said "what to my 25 followers". She then claims she called the Carmel police department because I was threatening her. Very rude. Very unprofessional and unpleasant. She said please write the review and she would respond so this could be good. Looking forward to reading it! I wish I had a way to post her call online. Stay away from this horrible place. Will file a complaint with the BBB as well. Shame on you Flying Cup cake. PLEASE BRING BACK Gigi's

Flying cupcake made us a delicious cake and cupcakes for our wedding. One out of town guest said that was the best cupcake they ever had!

After exploring a variety of different cake companies, and still not finding flavors we loved or where we felt prioritized, we found The Flying Cupcake and never looked back. From the very beginning they were incredibly responsive, so helpful, and made the whole process so easy from booking to delivery. They not only delivered on what we wanted but completely exceeded our expectations. The cake and cupcakes were decorated to perfection, tasted delicious, and kept people coming back for more. Dessert is the last thing people eat at the wedding and it should be something people remember, and TFC does just that! People kept coming up to us asking where we got them from and even weeks after, people are still talking about how delicious every flavor was. Many people said it was the best wedding cake/cupcakes they have had in a LONG time. Don't hesitate to book TFC for all your wedding dessert needs!

I chose Flying Cupcake as a last resort. All of the previous companies I had reached out to we either didn’t like the flavor, or they didn’t get back with us. However, the ladies at the Flying Cupcake were highly communicative, a pleasure to work with, and extremely flexible. A week before my wedding, we found out that we didn’t have access to the room until 3. I called TFC to tell them we could just pick them up, but she offered to do a late delivery and set-up for a very small fee. I don’t know if she just felt bad for how stressed I was, or if she would have done that for all of her customers, but it was amazing. The day of, my family was asking her what she needed for set-up. She told them to just give her the decorations we had, and she took care of the whole cake/cupcake table. It was amazing. Thank you guys for helping me be as stress free as possible on my day. Oh, and don’t let me forget to mention that the cupcakes and cake tasted amazing. Our favorite was ET!

We came to TFC with a vague idea of what we wanted and they not only delivered, they exceeded every dream I'd had! We've been huge fans and will continue to be so for any special occasion. People couldn't decide what their favorite mini cupcake was and our cutting cake was perfection. Truly, thank you!

WE LOVED the flying cupcake! Our wedding cake and mini cupcakes were absolutely perfect and the flying cupcake made the entire process so easy! They even let us try multiple cupcakes flavors when we would come to town from Chicago. The butterscotch cake for our 2 tier wedding cake was absolutely delicious and everyone loved the mini cupcakes!

We used The Flying Cupcake for our wedding cupcakes and cutting cake and they were phenomenal! Not only were they super affordable but also very delicious (and as an avid baker myself, I am very picky)! Our guests were raving about the cupcakes - the mini ones were a hit because then they could easily try all 3 flavors that we chose. Emily was very easy to work with and the cupcakes were delivered nice and early on our wedding day (much appreciated). I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Amazing! The cupcakes were such a hit that my husband and I didn't even get a chance to see them on display before all of our guests scooped them up! Emily and her crew at TFC were so amazingly easy to work with throughout the entire process. We never had to wait long for an answer and they were so accommodating with all the flavors we wanted.

The Flying Cupcake is a pleasure to work with and their cupcakes are seriously delicious! We worked with Emily at the Carmel location for the taste testing, and she was very informative, polite, and helpful in choosing the right sizes and flavors for our wedding. She confirmed our order via email and all payments went perfectly. The day of the wedding, the pickup went great by my brother and sister in law. The cupcakes were gorgeous, the right flavors, and the guests LOVED them! The only small thing that went wrong was that the groom received the wrong flavor of cupcake for his "Mr." labeled cupcake.

We had quite an order for our wedding cupcakes and The Flying Cupcake NAILED IT. They were amazing to work with from start to finish and were very flexible. We were able to try about 15 different flavors from the time we decided to go with Flying Cupcake to the time we decided our flavors (about 3 weeks out), all complimentary. They were very flexible about last minute changes or out-of-season flavors. The cutting cake was beautiful and I couldn't have imagined a prettier cake. The cupcakes were moist, flavorful and beautiful. So much attention to detail. The delivery was easy as pie and I was so glad to see we didn't have too many leftovers. The cupcakes were a hit! We knew we wanted cupcakes for our reception, rather than the traditional cake. I researched other cupcake companies in the area, but in the end going with The Flying Cupcake was a no brainer! Their cupcakes are so delicious, their prices are totally fair, and their customer service is wonderful! At your tasting, you'll get to taste as many cupcakes as you want and get some to take home (yum). We got a small 4" cake to place atop our cupcake tier, and they decorated that without any extra charge. They were also super easy to work with for day-of pick up (you can pick-up from any of the bakeries). You won't be disappointed in going with them!

We had the cupcake truck "Petunia" come to serve our cupcakes to our guests, as well as bring a small cutting cake for the Groom and I. There was an assortment of cupcakes to choose from (and they were all delicious), and about the same price as a nice cake for 250 people. The truck was also a hit with guests. :)

I worked with Emily at the Carmel location and she was wonderful! The entire process was very easy, the taste testing was fun and the end result of all 170 cupcakes we ordered was great. We had many people very excited to hear we'd be serving cupcakes from The Flying Cupcake!

They made gluten free/ vegan cupcakes for my wedding. The cupcakes turned out amazing! They even rent out cupcake tiers to display them. Would definitely buy cupcakes from them again and again :)

I wanted at least 10 different flavors for my wedding because I'm quirky and wanted my guests to have options so I went to the Flying Cupcake. The tasting was easy to set up and Emily was very helpful and sweet about getting us many flavors to try! I ordered enough cupcakes for 75 guests and a mini cake for my husband and I to cute and it was only $415! That's with 10 different flavors ranging from full sized to mini cupcakes and a mini cake for us to cut! I picked up my order to save a hundred bucks but it might be worth your while to pay for them to deliver and set up if you don't have an army to help you set up everything! I was lucky enough to have tons of family and friends help so for me it wasn't a problem. You can also rent or buy cupcake stands from them that are beautiful! The cupcakes were delicious and the guests loved the variety! I definitely recommend this vendor!!!

We were so happy we decided to choose The Flying Cupcake. Value and quality were unbeatable. They worked with us to customize the cake decorations to match our theme and the end result looked great. We worked with a few different employees there which did cause some confusion occasionally but they were pretty quick to reply to questions and were very generous giving us plenty of sample cupcakes. I'd highly recommend The Flying Cupcake for excellent value and quality.

These cupcakes were worth every penny, especially since we decided to just have them and not a wedding cake. They were sinfully good, especially the Wedding Cake cupcakes and the lemon ones. Everyone raved about them.

This is a bakery that we have loved for a long time and knew we wanted to do our cupcakes. We went in for an initial meeting which was not great. We had to drive to their main store which was pretty far away for us. They had no information to give us and we didn't get to taste anything. It seemed as though they thought we should know exactly what we wanted when we got there. We really could have done what we did over the phone and saved us a lot of time. We put down our deposit and decided to get cupcakes for ourselves since we didn't get to try anything and we were charged full price for them after we had just cut them a pretty large check for our event. We would not have used them if we didn't love the shop close to our home. The cupcakes were amazing the day of. I would recommend them to people but hope that your meeting goes better. We have friends who also used them for their wedding and had a much better experience.

I can't not say enough how many guests loved these little cupcakes!! They all did and wanted more! We ran out (at the right time at least) and everyone asked where they came from. I got the mini cupcakes and they were great! Only there was a scruple about the key lime cupcakes. I was told they could be filled or have the filling on top and picked them up to find they were not. Just try and get as many specifics out of the way so there is no confusion! The taste and customer service was great (after they helped me out with the cupcakes)

We ordered cupcakes instead of a wedding cake, and we were really happy with the result. The cupcakes are delicious, and so pretty. They even offered to decorate them however we wanted, but we just went with the same design they normally use for the flavors we bought. The only complaint I have is that, because our order was smaller, they didn't do a complimentary tasting for us, and we just had to go in and buy a bunch of cupcakes in different flavors to decide what we wanted, so that added a bit to the cost. However, we were really happy with the cupcakes and everything was delivered exactly as promised.

We had the flying cupcake make 3 different flavors of mini's for the guests & then my husband and I cut a smaller cake. They were all delicious, and we hardly had any cupcakes left over. They were very cooperative with us, as we changed the number need multiple times!

My husband and I love this bakery, as their cupcakes are truly the best we have ever tasted. We were excited to use them for our wedding, and thankfully we started the planning process WELL in advance of the wedding. While we liked the wedding coordinator's personality and enthusiasm, she was so slow to turn around communication about our order. It literally took months just to get a price quote and then a contract for our wedding. Everything worked out just fine, and the cupcakes were beautiful and delicious on our wedding day, but anyone looking to use this vendor will need to plan for a slow turnaround on the details planning.
