I love this shop, they make the best tarts and cakes. And I'm not even really a fan of cake!
So naturally I had to go to them for my wedding cake. Freida was awesome and really helpful. She got as close to our budget as possible, which was really close.
We did simple cakes, and got to choose fillings for each one.
And they were delicious, and held up in our 2 hour drive to Sterling, AK.
I highly recommend them!

She did a wonderful job we brought her a picture of what we wanted for our main cake and it was exactly what we wanted. She then made us a half sheet cake to match. Wonderful experience!

I've been ordering cakes from the Flying Dutchman forever. I knew that I did not want a fondant cake: I wanted my cake to be delicious, not ornate. When I went in to place the order they were very helpful and kind and accommodating.
