My wife and I got married earlier this year in April and Kim created the macaron pyramid for the center of our dessert table. The guests LOVED them!! Macarons can be hit or miss ...with people but these were Amazing! Guests who'd never tried them went back for more. Guests who were eyeing them were upset that others had eaten so many we had run out early. They were beautiful and had well balanced flavors. And when people heard they were vegan, they went gaga.
My 7 yr old nephew never finishes a while macaron but he downed a bunch of these.
We went to another wedding of a guest who was at ours, some of the common guests were still talking about those macarons 6 months later!
I can say that even after the wedding, we'd tried a number of her other flavors, and there is not a flavor that we haven't liked as yet.
Kim knows what she's doing from color, too flavor, to texture, to presentation, and professional through and through. Would absolutely recommend The Food Kimist whether for large occasions or a treat for yourself!
