I discussed the particulars of my event with Esther Dorsey in April/May confirming the event, time of arrival and location; we confirmed FotoBar would arrive at 2 Pm at Gahanna Creekside for set up and be at the event from 5 Pm to 9 pm. The day of the wedding, my wedding coordinator reached out to ensure their arrival time of 2 Pm and they told her they were on their way to set up. After multiple phone calls they did not arrive until 7 pm. My wedding experience was already ruined at this point and messed up my entire mood. When I talked to Esther, she stated she would only give me a 50 percent refund and they would give me free service at a future event. I looked at her in disbelief, and did not want to engage in an argument because it was my wedding day. I told her she should give me full refund and stay at the event for free. She rebutted so I informed my wedding coordinator and a close family friend so they could resolve the situation. At the end she packed up, never took pictures, and sent me my full refund. This is the worst experience of someone’s wedding day, to think you paid over 800 dollars and the company totally forgot about your day like an oversight; I felt like they stole time and memories away from us on our wedding day. I will never do business with FotoBar Columbus and highly recommend and encourage others not to do business with this company.
