Such a classy space with posh details. The food was absolutely amazing here. We had attended food tasting prior to choosing our menu and the options were phenomenal! We had so many...
choices for our package (Silver Package) and lots of our guests commented on how delicious everything was. I loved the freedom we got at this venue to decorate as we wanted (Halloween wedding) and the coordinator (Kristy Grant) was very receptive to communication and setting up times to chat about future details. The only thing that occurred that could have been better was the set up guy getting frustrated with us because he didn't realize there was a seating chart - he thought all tables were to have the same number of chairs, but we had a different number at most tables. The step-in coordinator that morning immediately redirected the situation though and cheerfully told us, "No problem! We'll fix it," which was super nice of her. The wedding went flawlessly. Would definitely recommend this venue for your event.

This building may not look like much from the outside, but i urge you to take a minute and step inside. It is absolutely beautiful and spacious with the most amazing people running...
it! Kristy and Chef Jen are an amazing dream team together! They are both very accommodating, personable, kind, easy to work with and eager to make your day. I Loooooove these people and their establishment!

ingling to eat. We got in the venue early to decorate. It was so beautiful. Loved having the ceremony and reception in the same place. Very convenient. The midnight pizza looked great! Again..I didn't get any, too busy mingling...everyone loved it. The bar service was wonderful. I had a couple of late comers to my reception and the staff were very accommodating to fix them a dinner plate. I highly recommend this venue. It's very affordable and well worth it! Thank you so much!!!

knocked 1 star off because there were a few things I thought they'd handle that they didn't. For example, I wanted lights on the head table. I was told I'd have to buy them myself and bring them a few days early which I was fine with but, when I bought them and tried to drop them off, they said they couldn't do it. You are also told that you will have a coordinator and a hostess. This is true, just know that they aren't helping with coordinating in the way a traditional coordinator might. If you need someone to cue the wedding party for when to walk or direct guests to food or restrooms or anything,, make sure you assign someone to those tasks as they do not do this. Overall, I would definitely still recommend The Fountains, those are just the things I wish I'd been more clear on from the beginning.

elicious! Rhonda and the staff were very willing to work with us on changes we had to make to the seating chart just days before, and were open to some new ideas for dismissing tables. Overall, a great experience.

was wonderful, I have heard nothing but compliments on how great the good was! Service was excellent, though I do wish they hadn't cleared the water glasses from the head table as soon as they did! I couldn't have asked for a better venue for my reception! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

The outside of the building isn't the prettiest, but you get a great deal on the bar and food. The inside is very nice. Food was amazing! Loved the pasta primavera. My only issue...
and reason for four stars for service was that sometimes I'd receive responses to requests that were later changed/denied after I'd made plans based on the initial response.

ing beforehand), the facility was very nicely decorated, and everything is offered at a great price. My only complaint is that they supposedly do not allow brides or anyone else to change at the hall or to arrive before the start time of the reception (with the exception of those setting up). Overall, I had a great experience with the Fountains and I would recommend it to others!

ur colors, you can choose napkin colors to match your colors... and the food was great. I have gotten so many compliments on it, and questions about "who catered". They have all-inclusive packages that make planning the reception way easy- the silver package was what we chose. For around $30 a person, it included a buffet dinner with two main entree choices and three side dishes... three appetizer choices... wine/beer/pop... And everybody was happy! Also, when I was missing a photo for one of my centerpieces, Christy had no qualms about helping me print one at the venue. Really great place with zero hassle!

never seemed to mind. The day of the wedding they had everything set up perfectly the food was amazing the wine and champagne was delicious and the reception was tons of fun! I would recommend the venue to anyone!
