there to bury my 20 year old niece who was killed earlier this week. The carpet was grossly stained and the peeling bathtub was so unacceptable that I refused to bathe my children in it. The fire alarm went off multiple times throughout the night, requiring the entire hotel to evacuate EACH time yet there was no fire or emergency. When I tried to speak to Susan Curto regarding these situations, she was so unbelievably rude, I don’t even know where to begin. She wouldn’t listen to what I was saying, continuously spoke over me and when I finally started speaking louder than her so she would listen, she threatened to call the police. Jay Pant, who is the manager, stayed in the background, hiding like a coward and refused to provide even a basic level of acceptable customer service, ignoring me as I spoke to him directly. When I finally had had enough and decided to check out, Susan Curto had the audacity to hold my bill, arguing with me as to why I was so unhappy. First, I attempted to correct the issues and you felt that I was not worth the effort so why would you argue with me at check out? Second, give me my bill so I can leave this horrid, horrid place as fast as I can. I will NEVER return and I highly suggest no one else does either.
