This is the most disgusting, unprofessional hotel I have ever had the displeasure of staying at. This turned a completely devastating experience into a full on nightmare, as I was there to bury my 20 year old niece who was killed earlier this week. The carpet was grossly stained and the peeling bathtub was so unacceptable that I refused to bathe my children in it. The fire alarm went off multiple times throughout the night, requiring the entire hotel to evacuate EACH time yet there was no fire or emergency. When I tried to speak to Susan Curto regarding these situations, she was so unbelievably rude, I don’t even know where to begin. She wouldn’t listen to what I was saying, continuously spoke over me and when I finally started speaking louder than her so she would listen, she threatened to call the police. Jay Pant, who is the manager, stayed in the background, hiding like a coward and refused to provide even a basic level of acceptable customer service, ignoring me as I spoke to him directly. When I finally had had enough and decided to check out, Susan Curto had the audacity to hold my bill, arguing with me as to why I was so unhappy. First, I attempted to correct the issues and you felt that I was not worth the effort so why would you argue with me at check out? Second, give me my bill so I can leave this horrid, horrid place as fast as I can. I will NEVER return and I highly suggest no one else does either.
Beautiful ballroom, helpful staff, high quality food and service for less money than other area reception sites.
I had many problems during my wedding reception and am continuing to have problems with getting these issues resolved. The manager has not contacted me and I have made many efforts to get in touch with him.
The food was amazing. They did an incredible job with the decorating. I gave them everything that was needed and they did exactly what I had in my mind. The bartender remembered my drink and even bought me one when I was sitting down. The room was beautiful. More modern looking than some of the ones with old wall paper and floorin.
