We rented a Free Enterprise Trolley for us and our wedding party on our wedding day. They were on time, they took us where we needed but they told us there would be a music player on board. I specifically asked before the day if there would be some type of music player or connection for iPhones and having music was very important to us. I was told by our agent that there would be a CD player on the trolley. All in all, we made a CD and the driver had no clue where to find the CD player and on top if it, there ended up not even being one. Due to the fact that it was important to us and we specifically asked and prepared for it and we were mislead, it's disappointing.
My husband and I used Free Enterprise for transportation for our wedding. Our wedding party was too large for a limo, so we had to get a party bus. We rented the bus all day. The driver picked up the bridesmaids took us to the church, then picked up the groomsmen and took them to the church. He then went to the hotel many guests where staying at and picked up some guests and brought them to the church for the ceremony. After the ceremony he took some guests to the reception and made it back to pick up the wedding party just as we were finishing up pictures. He took us to the reception and stayed there as we offered him as a service to our guests. I'm not sure if anyone used him throughout the course of the night. I know at the end of the night we packed the bus full of the bridal party and guests and he took us back to the hotel.
The driver was friendly, and we were able to control the music. The bus was old. It had yellow, orange, and brown seats. The air conditioner did not work (June wedding). The driver told me he was going to try to take the bus back during the ceremony and pick up a different one. Unfortunately, there were no more shuttles available. It was a little upsetting that we paid $800 for an old bus with no air conditioner, but the driver was cool and we understood that it was not his fault.
