We recently celebrated our daughter’s wedding at The French Farmhouse, and we truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this venue and their team. From the very beginning, the...
staff was warm, responsive, and incredibly professional making the entire planning process smooth and stress-free.
The venue itself is absolutely stunning. The grounds were perfectly maintained, and every detail, from the ceremony space to the reception hall, was picture-perfect. Our guests were blown away by the beauty and ambiance, and we heard over and over how magical the setting felt.
What truly set this place apart, though, was the service. The team went above and beyond to ensure everything ran flawlessly. They were attentive without being intrusive, calm under pressure, and always one step ahead. We genuinely felt like we were in the best hands all day.
Thank you to everyone at The French Farmhouse for giving our daughter and son-in-law the most beautiful start to their marriage. It was everything we hoped for and more!
This venue is an absolute dream—I couldn’t have imagined a more beautiful day. From the newly constructed chapel to the stunning reception hall, the backdrop was so breathtaking th...
at only minimal decor was needed to create a magical experience. Working with Kelsey and the team was exceptional from start to finish. From our very first venue tour, Kelsey was prompt, kind, and thoughtful. She took the time to understand our vision and made us feel welcomed and at ease—just like countless other couples have experienced.
On our wedding day, the attention to detail continued seamlessly. Whether directing guests, decorating the chapel, or coordinating our getaway, every team member was attentive, graceful, and fully dedicated. I felt completely supported and never had to rely on family or bridal party to manage logistics.
I couldn’t have found a better venue to work with. The thoughtfully designed property—with its French-inspired antiques, oak-lined drive, covered bridge, and serene lake—provides natural beauty that makes any wedding feel elegant and upgraded.
If you’re searching for a venue that offers both stunning aesthetics and a truly caring, professional staff, look no further than The French Farmhouse Venue & Inn. Our day was flawless, stress-free, and unforgettable thanks to them.
I don’t even know where to begin! Choosing a venue is obviously one of the most important decisions you make when planning a wedding. We booked about a year in advance, and from th...
e second we did, we never regretted it for a second!! We toured a few other beautiful venues, but TFF felt the most like “us”. Most other venues we toured had very strict vendor policies. Not only did that make me nervous budget-wise, but it also felt a little like every wedding at those places were repetitive and looked the same. The French Farmhouse has an open vendor policy, so we were able to choose vendors within our budget that would also make our wedding unique to us. Kelsey, Madi, and everyone else we worked with through the process was so kind and down to earth. We truly felt so good about our decision and didn’t encounter any problems from start to finish. I don’t even have to describe how beautiful the venue is because the pictures speak for themselves. The natural light in the chapel was my absolute favorite! We received so many compliments on the venue from our friends and family. The French Farmhouse will always hold such a special place in our hearts!!
The French farmhouse made my wedding day absolutely perfect! From the moment I first saw it on social media to actually viewing it in person, I knew I had to get married there. It’...
s family owned and everyone who works there is SO SWEET. The venue is stunning, it doesn’t really need much decor because it has so much character already. The chapel really brings the whole venue together, the lighting is beautiful for the ceremony. We had many guests compliment the venue and ask how we even found it. The venue was more than perfect and the staff was lovely to work with!
They also host many open houses so there was a ton of opportunity to meet vendors and see the space. They were very responsive to any questions we had.
I just can’t speak highly enough about how perfect this venue is 🥹
Perfect venue all on its own, you don't even have to add much decor or floral, but if you do... it makes it even more beautiful.
I had the best experience with my wedding at the French farmhouse. Not only was the staff and family who ran it super helpful, they were also so excited to celebrate us! From the v...
ery first meeting there I felt that our wedding was important to them and they were always prompt with responses. When looking back on my wedding day, I am so thankful to of gotten married at such a beautiful and loving venue.
Wonderful!
This venue is a dream come true for us. I knew this would be the place we got married upon discovering it, but what solidified our decision was when we came for our tour and met Ke...
lsey and her family. They were the absolute sweetest people. The day we toured we had to bring our daughter with us and Kelseys mother was able to help us entertain her, so that we could ask questions. They made us feel like family from that day until our wedding day. Kelsey was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I had, and our wedding day turned out so perfect. I am beyond thankful for everything that was done for us, and everything that this venue has to offer.
We loved our venue!! It is a beautiful place with a gorgeous white chapel and a separate reception hall so that you do not have to "flip" your ceremony/reception. It's even prettie...
r in person than in pictures. You are allowed to choose your own vendors, which is great. They are very professional, and will help you have the day of your dreams. Kelsey is a huge help; she is a wealth of information and will answer all of your questions and help you in any way she can. They have guidelines in place as a protection for you on your big day, so trust the process they have set up. We definitely recommend this venue!
Where do I even begin? This venue is a DREAM. I couldn't recommend it more! Ever since I came across the French Farmhouse shortly after it's opening, I knew without a doubt I would...
get married here someday! Two years later we had the most stunning wedding. The venue itself is one of the prettiest I have ever seen. There are so many gorgeous spots for pictures! I loved the flexible vendor policy, long rental period, and so many other wonderful amenities that are included in the cost. You really do get such a great value for the price. The fact that the venue is family owned is just the cherry on top - Kelsey and the rest of the Scribner family are the best! Everyone was always so friendly, happy to help, and so easy to communicate with. I always felt so cared for! I am so sad our time at the French Farmhouse is over, but I hope to be back again soon! Thank you for everything Scribner family!
Kelsey & everyone at the French Farmhouse are amazing to work with! As I inquired with vendors throughout the planning process, many of them remarked that they were excited about ...
the French Farmhouse because of how wonderful the team is to work with. I did not actually do a private tour of the venue and only attended an open house and a wedding there, but the process of booking the venue was very smooth! They were very communicative throughout the planning process and scheduling for my bridal session. The space itself is even more beautiful in person than it is in the photos, and it is evident the FFH team loves it and cares for it well! Our wedding was in January so I knew I wanted a venue that was beautiful all on its own without a ton of decoration and even with bare trees, and the FFH was perfect!
The French Farmhouse Venue & Team made our whole wedding day run! Kelsey & her team were on top of answering questions and concerns throughout my whole engagement! On the day of th...
eir staff was so helpful! I loved getting to work with this team!
The venue is BEAUTIFUL and there is absolutely nothing I would change! I am so lucky to have gotten to use this venue on my special day!

Stop looking and book this venue!! From the moment my future husband and I drove up to The French Farmhouse, we knew we had arrived at a special place. The drive up to the venue is...
lined with a white picket fence and beautiful trees on each side. But the venue itself is what is most breathtaking. It’s dreamy, romantic, and beautifully decorated with curated pieces from around the world.
Michelle and Kelsey greeted us with an abundance of kindness from the moment we first met them. Michelle took us around the venue, showing us every detail, including the new chapel that was in the works to be built. When we first saw the chapel, it was only a vision yet to be created—the foundation was up, but that was it. After spending such a wonderful time with Michelle and seeing the incredible venue, we decided to book that night. We couldn’t wait.
We attended open houses and had the chance to visit the venue a couple other times during the planning process. I was making excuses to visit the venue, see the construction of the chapel, and dream about our upcoming wedding day.
Kelsey and Michelle truly make you feel like friends and are always welcoming! I so appreciate that I didn’t have to pay extra for bridals or to visit the venue for planning (which I know other venues do).
When we finally got to see the chapel fully built, I was blown away. You could put no additional decorations and it would still be stunning. I knew we had made the right choose. Even on our wedding day, the sun was shining perfectly through all of the windows on our ceremony. It could not have been more perfect.
Our guests could not stop talking about how incredible the venue was. From the beautiful decor, to the light and airy setting with an abundance of windows, and even the bridal suite is just perfect. I really cannot recommend this venue enough. It is beyond the perfect place to say “I do!” Book them now!! 💕

BEST WEDDING VENUE EVER. When I say I fell in love with this venue, I mean I fell in LOVE!!!! After looking at many venues, in the Greater Houston and DFW areas, i was in awe when ...
I found The French Farmhouse Venue. It had everything a bride needed to have the most beautiful wedding. It checked off all my boxes - the location, the beauty of the reception hall and outside ceremony site, the amenities, and the reliable staff. The staff is fabulous and incredibly hard working. Kelsey (owner) and Team do an amazing job communicating and interacting with their brides/grooms via emails, social media, etc. Thank you French Farmhouse Venue for the most perfect day!
My husband and I got married at the French Farmhouse Venue on October 29, 2021. I seriously cannot say enough good things about this venue and the amazing family that owns it.
My ...
husband and I toured SEVERAL venues before getting the chance to tour the French Farmhouse. Once we stepped onto the property and met the Scribners, we knew we HAD to get married there. So, we booked our wedding date the same day we toured!
Throughout the ten months of wedding planning, Kelsey was incredibly supportive and answered any and all of my questions. She was super communicative with my planner and every single vendor I had booked. She basically was an angel during such a stressful time!
On the day of the wedding, everything went so well. Kelsey was essentially the biggest hype-woman the whole day and made me feel even more excited than I already was!
I received multiple compliments from guests about how beautiful the venue was, and how it was a perfect place for me and my husband to get married. We loved having a separate space for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Everything flowed so naturally!
We are so incredibly thankful for the Scribner family and the French Farmhouse Venue. Thank you so so much for being such a HUGE part in making our wedding so special. We love you guys and consider you friends for life!

mmodating, has prompt communication and all around was a pleasure to work with her and her team. The venue is breathtaking and doesn't need much added to make it a show stopper. Having an open vendor policy and the all day access the day of was also a major win. Thank you to The French Farmhouse for helping to make my day picture perfect!
BEST choice we made in the wedding planning process was choosing the French Farmhouse venue. We toured a couple other venues before visiting the French farmhouse, but as soon as we...
drove up the beautiful driveway, we knew nothing else could compare!! The craftsmanship and design of the venue is unlike any other and so gorgeous! And the family who owns and runs everything is seriously the best!! We had the best experience and were so glad to work with everyone there! They made us and our day feel so special and valued! Kelsey was so awesome and sweet! Even our guests kept complimenting how beautiful the estate was. I would get married here over and over again if I could!! We love The French Farmhouse! 💙💙
The French Farmhouse is the Best Wedding Venue! Not only is it beautiful, but it is absolutely Enchanting! We had so many comments from guests on what a wonderful venue it was. ...
From ceremony to reception it all flowed. There was nothing we could have asked for because every detail and everything we could want and more was there and handled. Kelsey is Amazing! This Venue is simply magical! The attention to detail is eye catching and inspiring. The possibilities are endless when you are on the grounds. Not only do you take in the details ...
of the wedding you are attending, but the possibilities of the space capture your imagination. Each nook in the venue has its own statement that collectively tell a beautiful story. None though overpower the beauty of the people and the celebration happening. They only enhance the experience. Highly would recommend considering the French Farmhouse for any event. I can’t wait to follow along and see how the space continues to enhance the special occasions hosted within its grounds!

t to begin our forever at their venue. My fiance and I are both religious and it was very important to us to have God incorporated into our wedding. From the moment I stepped foot on the property I was in awe and knew in my heart that God wanted us to get married here. I cannot wait to continue to work with Kelsey and Michelle and April 2nd 2021 could not come soon enough!!!!
It was hard for me to write this review because I couldn't figure out how to fit all of the positive things I have to say about this venue and family! Kelsey hopped out of the door...
to greet us with the biggest, sincerest smile on her face. She made you feel like you were best friends the moment you met her. Michelle's the visionary behind the venue, and just like her daughter, she gives off a warm, confident, 'you've been family friends with them for years' vibe. Although the venue is still under construction, their "Inn" gives a great preview of what the final product will look like - and it's absolutely stunning. Straight out of a magazine, not one detail spared. When you walk through the venue, Michelle explains it all with such passion and knowledge that I trust her completely. As if this family affair couldn't get any better, we also met Steve (the father) as he was working hard on building the fence for the property. The whole family is incredible, invested, and a joy to be around. I'm officially booked with The French Farmhouse and Kelsey answers all of my never-ending questions promptly and makes everything a breeze. Visit this place! You'll fall in love too.
My fiance and I looked at many different venues all around the DFW area but had yet to find our match. From the moment we met the Scribner family we knew that their venue was going...
to be a special place. They made us feel right at home and shared with us their vision for this beautiful property. We were hesitant on booking a venue that was still in the beginning phase of construction. Kelsey kept us updated with every new step taken and was always available to answer any question we had. After leaving the venue the first time, it was always on our minds. We found ourselves constantly checking their instagram and reaching back out to Kelsey. We knew this was the place for us. With owners who treat you like family, a venue nestled in a beautiful forest, and a vision for an unmatched future, the French Farmhouse Venue is going to be the most highly sought after place to get married!

w it would quickly become an "it" venue of DFW. When I contacted Kelsey and Michelle, I received a prompt response, filled with kind words and patience when answering all my questions, easing my concerns and setting up a tour. As we arrived for our tour we instantly felt the passion, joy and dedication behind this venue, we knew this was the one! Michelle and Kelsey have painted the perfect picture of their dream and they are so excited to share it with many couples to come, as it is so much more than a building. I feel honored to be apart of the journey and cannot wait to see how amazing the French Farmhouse turns out when it is complete. It is so fun to see it all come together, I have no doubt that the French Farmhouse will exceed all my expectations!
Wow, words can’t describe how amazing this mother and daughter duo are! We felt right at home on the two visits that we took to the farmhouse. They’re still under construction, but...
when you see the home and hear Michelle’s vision you’ll understand why people book even before it’s finished! This place will have such a unique feel compared to other venues and I love that they are making the grooms quarters just as amazing as the brides’ because it’s OUR day and not just mine! Can’t wait to get married here and see the final product!!
The French Farmhouse is awesome! It’s in such a beautiful location— I’m happy my guests will get to drive over the lake and through twisting country roads on the day of my wedding,...
instead of being stuck on the interstate in traffic. The grounds are gorgeous and special, I can’t name any other venues that come with a covered bridge or wooded prayer walk. My fiancé and I are planning to get married underneath one of the gorgeous trees near the French Farmhouse, and I’m sure it will be beautiful.
Kelsey and Michelle are fantastic and I have no doubt that the venue will be absolutely gorgeous once it’s built! I loved the plan so much, I booked when it was just a slab of concrete. We can’t wait to get married here! I definitely recommend it for anyone searching for a special place.
The French Farmhouse Venue is a one of a kind!!Although the Venue is still in the process of being built, the Inn on the property is a wonderful example of the style and feeling we...
imagine will be incorporated in the venue itself. In addition to the Inn, Michelle is one that has a way of painting a picture of the vision she has for the venue. The drive, property, prayer trail, Inn and soon to be Venue is only 1/3 of the reason Kyle and I chose The French Farmhouse to be the start of our forever. Michelle, Kelsey and Steve welcomed us with open arms making us feel like a part of their family, and that left a lasting impression on us. We have seen already the heart Michelle and Kelsey have to get to know each and every couple on a personal level. I highly encourage you to go see this amazing venue if you are still looking for that special place to start your marriage! I know we can’t wait!!
The venue, inn and property in general are all stunning. If you want something beautiful on its own without the necessity to put much into it this is the venue. I can tell how much...
detail Michelle puts into every choice of design of this venue and the pieces she has are very French and detailed. As soon as you turn onto county road 215 it’s a dream. It consists of an old dirt road and lots of trees. You know when you get to the venue because of the white fence and the rocked entrance. The inn and the views from the back of the inn are breathtaking. The back porch overlooks the beautiful pond. And honestly, what’s more more peaceful and dreamy then a beautiful property encompassed by tons of trees and land out in the middle of no where, that you can stand in and hear the birds, wind and other aspects of the outdoors. When choosing a venue this is what my dream wedding consisted of. While touring, Michelle and Kelsey ensured all of our questions were answered and made us feel like a part of their family. This venue, though new, will be the venue for 2020 and on no doubt!
The French Farmhouse is AMAZING! While the venue is still in the process of being built, Michelle and Kelsey did an outstanding job of painting a picture of the venue. Michelle tru...
ly has a vision of how the venue will look and a heart to get to know every and every couple. Kelsey is on top of all the communication and responds within minutes. They were very welcoming and invited us back to the property any time to see the progress of the venue.
We can’t wait to see the final product on this beautiful property and we have no doubt that our special day next year will be anything short of perfect!
So easy to work with and very welcoming. This is such a beautiful venue. Love everything about it!
If you are looking for different and unique The French Farmhouse is incredible! Most venues we looked at the grooms room was small and as a guy with a big bridal party I'm excited ...
