As a facility-only venue, we offer couples the creative freedom to tailor every aspect of their day through our award winning selection of caterers and equipment vendors. Whether you're envisioning a classic black-tie affair or a whimsical garden celebration, our versatile property allows you to design a wedding that is both distinctive and deeply personal.
Clients are required to select catering, equipment, and bartending services from our authorized partners.

r, Gina, was so helpful in dealing with our high-maintenance parents, haha! The Frick set up comfortable chairs for our guests and provided champagne for everyone. The foliage around the Greenhouse made for some beautiful natural decoration, and we were allowed to take pictures on the grounds before and after the ceremony. We didn't plan too much as we wanted something low key, but Gina helped anticipate all of the details we needed. The Frick has always meant so much to us, and we're so thankful now to have such a special memory there. The ceremony couldn't have been more beautiful, perfect and romantic, and I highly recommend this as a great option for large weddings and small elopements, alike! 10/10 experience - thank you so much for making our wedding so memorable and beautiful.

Gina, the event coordinator was very helpful and responsive. She was easy to get ahold of and always willing to answer any questions we had. She even put together and rain plan for our ceremony.
The Frick was a great place for pictures, and had places for guests to hang out prior to the start of our ceremony. Our guests enjoyed the experience, especially with the fall leaves in the gardens. The entire property is meticulously maintained.
Every Frick wedding is beautiful and our's was no exception. Our wedding (180 guest) took place in the orchard, museum patio, and great lawn.

, the new venue coordinator (June '25). After she joined the team, our planning process got much easier as there was a lot of turn over since choosing the venue spring '24. She was helpful, responsive, and even even connected me with a past Frick bride to ask planning questions. (Thank you, Gina!)
A note to couples: You will have to bring in everything down to the trash can to this venue. You are just renting the space. Be prepared to rent a tent, full catering kitchen, chairs, glassware/dishes, lights, dance floor, etc. on top of your standard vendors and event insurance. It's possible to plan with only a day-of coordinator (personal experience), but would recommend spending extra on a planner who can provide logistical expertise. It was a lot to manage!
