The Frock provided the BEST overall wedding shopping experience. The entire appointment is catered to the bride (the store is closed for just you!), Madison is so helpful and kind, the dresses range from unique to classic and are customizable (Madison is great about knowing her designers well), and the list of positives could go on. Communication with Madison is easy and prompt and her knowledge of the wedding industry is very helpful- I would recommend The Frock to anyone and everyone! The best!!!
Visited The Frock shopping for a wedding gown. Went by myself because my family is in another state.
I felt nothing less than important and safe with the owner, Madison!
While I ultimately chose a dress at another salon, I would highly recommend everyone check The Frock! I'll be returning for accessories!

This is a great small place to shop for unique gowns. She has an absolutely beautiful collection and I loved trying them on. The appointment was private and so comfortable. I absolutely recommend stopping in to shop for your dress here!

Shopping at The Frock was wonderful! It was a really nice low-key atmosphere while still feeling special. The privacy of having the shop to myself and my group was awesome, and there was no pressure to buy. It made me much more confident that purchasing from The Frock was the correct choice! Plus it feels so much more special knowing that my dress is made by a small designer, and is supporting local business.

My stylist was Madison who is also the owner of The Frock. I chose The Frock because, unlike other salons in the area, Madison's appointment form asked key inclusive questions that made me feel comfortable and confident shopping with her as a queer bride. For the appointment, she created a relaxing and cozy environment for both myself and my guests. It must've been fate as her softly playing music included some of the songs I've been listening to on repeat! She was also a pro at handling my grandmother who's hard to please and *thinks* she knows best. Overall I highly recommend The Frock for a wonderful low hassle, inclusive, and sustainable experience!

A fantastic boutique. If you want to try on dresses that are both unique and feel really comfortable, all in an intimate environment where you won’t feel rushed or pressured to make a decision, this is the place for you. All the designers are great and independent, many of them who are accommodating with any customizations you might want for your perfect look. I felt really taken care of here and so, so magical. While I haven’t personally chosen a dress yet, this has been the best boutique I’ve been to.

My wedding photographer told me about Frock in Bloomington and I am so glad she did! Madison was wonderful and the dresses she has in the store are all beautiful and unique. Being my first time trying on wedding dresses I especially appreciated Madison's patience and guidance as well as allowing me and my guest time to explore a bit on our own. It was an amazing experience and I FOUND MY DRESS (one that Madison had actually pulled) and cannot wait to wear it on my wedding day!

Though I ended up not purchasing my wedding dress from The Frock Bridal, this was the best experience I had at a bridal boutique. Madison was extremely knowledgeable, hospitable, and friendly. The whole experience was great, and of course, the dresses were so beautiful and special.

Maddison was so amazing during my appointment! She was helpful and kind and kept encouraging me to try on different dresses until I found a style I liked. She had a positive attitude and was just wonderful all around.
The dress shop was also incredible! It was such a unique and beautiful style. I adored all of the photos of tv show/movie brides along the walls. I would recommend this shop to anyone searching for their wedding dress!

Highly recommend the Frock! I just bought my wedding dress there. It was my first time shopping and it was a wonderful experience! Each appointment is private so you have the whole place to yourself. You are able to browse the rack but Madison also pulls some suggestions and I highly recommend trying those on! The selection is very unique and all the designers are independent designers.

Madison was so helpful! I had so much fun looking at the dresses, picking them out and then trying them on! I ended up picking a dress that she picked out for me and I love it so much. The Frock has some really special wedding dresses to choose from. While you can find your classic, elegant wedding dress, there are also a ton of wedding dresses that have various personalities (like polka dots, cool sleeves, FRINGE). By making an appointment with Madison, you get one-on-one attention for her that makes you feel exactly how a bride should feel - special. She does a great job at curating looks you think you would like. Definitely recommend checking out The Frock.

The Frock does private appointments so you get the whole shop to yourself. I went to my appointment solo and was able to look through the dresses at my own pace (your first appointment is 2 hours so you don't have to feel rushed). The shop is gorgeously decorated and you feel comfortable, like you're at a friend's house, instantly. Y'all the dresses in there are absolutely BEAUTIFUL. She has an amazing selection from independent designers that give you excellent options for a unique dress without having to dive head-first into bold, trendy styles. One of my runner-up choices was an A-line spaghetti strap dress but the fabric the designer used was simply magical.
Honestly, I'm sad that I will only get to pick one dress from this shop. If you're getting married, I highly recommend starting your dress shopping here!

I had an accessories appointment at The Frock in early April and had an amazing experience! Highly recommend making an appointment here. Even though I already had a dress purchased, Madison still shut down the store and gave us her full attention for the duration of the appointment. It really felt like a VIP experience! Great vibes, awesome owner and beautiful, unique dresses and accessories.
