The Gallery at the Gillioz

The Gallery at Gillioz is a banquet hall wedding venue located in downtown Springfield, MO. Situated on the second floor of the historic Gillioz Theatre, this hidden gem combines vintage opulence with modern sophistication. Built in 1926, The Gillioz Theatre is an icon of Park Central East that originally hosted movie premiers and vaudeville shows in its spacious interior. After undergoing a full renovation in 2006, the theatre has been restored to its original Roaring Twenties grandeur. Featuring architectural details such as ornate gryphons, cherubs, and columns, this venue provides a stunning backdrop that you and your guests won’t soon forget. Upstairs at The Gallery at Gillioz, the Spanish Moroccan architecture that characterizes the rest of the building subtly shifts to modern elegance. Here, the textured Centiva tiles meld into 90-year-old oak floors and the space opens up into an airy and light-filled hall. This ballroom has ten-foot windows that overlook Park Central and are draped with flowing sheer curtains. The white walls give the room a chic and minimalist feel, while unique chandeliers add a flourish of luxury. This banquet hall can be configured for ceremonies, cocktail hours, or receptions depending on your day-of needs and preferences. The Gallery at Gillioz is available for wedding rentals every day of the week. Weekend bookings come with exclusive access to the space for the entire day, giving you plenty of time to throw a memorable party. The staff provides excellent customer service and will work with you throughout the process to ensure a flawless experience. Packages include tables and chairs, linens, glassware and dishware, china, and help with setup and cleanup. A get-ready suite is also available for you and your wedding party to prepare in ahead of the big walk down the aisle. Centrally located just steps from the History Museum and Missouri State University, this venue is both conveniently accessible and breathtakingly beautiful.
