ons and was difficult to reach. This went on for a few months and I was beginning to get frustrated, as my continued request for a food & drink quote had gone unanswered. At some point, she must have been replaced and a new person (Martin) came on the scene. After that, things started coming together. He was very quick to pick up where the other person had dropped the ball and was a lifesaver. The night was a great success and the space looked beautiful. It was also great to have the rental space until midnight. I hate when you're having a great time and you have to leave at 9PM or 10PM. Our guests danced the night away!

e. We had to sweep and mop the floors and scrub the fireplace to get rid of the scuff marks. They will not keep in touch with you on how things are going and even will double book the day of your wedding. I had a bride come in on the day of my wedding and was trying out her decorations while mine was already set up. If I could have gotten my money back I would have but I was too far gone before I realized how badly I was being treated. Beautiful beautiful place but the coordinator wasn't worth a dime and made my wedding experience stressful to say the least. Don't have a wedding here. Terrible terrible customer service I can't stress that enough. Maybe if they get a new coordinator it would be a whole new experience but she was terrible.
