GO WITH GALLERY PASTRY SHOP!! The Gallery Pastry shop was amazing to work with! They let me design a somewhat complicated cake pertaining to design and flavor. They also took my Pinterest page of cakes and created something beautiful and individualized to my special day! Punctual and extremely professional!

Working with Ariel and the Gallery Pastry Shop team was a DREAM! We were planning our wedding long distance from San Francisco, and stopped by to try their desserts at the recommendation of our venue coordinator. Their pastry boards were incredible - from taste to design - and we knew we had to have these dessert boards at our wedding. Ariel and the team put together mini versions of the dessert board for each of our guests' tables. We also ordered two sweetheart cakes that the GPS team designed to each of our styles - one my favorite cake and the other my husbands favorite. The execution of the boards and cakes was immaculate. We had vegans and several nut allergies - Ariel went the extra mile to put little flags on the items that had allergens to keep our guests safe. Anyone doing a wedding - and any related events - in Indianapolis should work with GPS!

Chef Ben made it easy to select The Gallery Pastry Shop for my daughter's wedding. My first experience with GPS was to cater a private cocktail party at our home. Although drastically different from a wedding, their attention to detail, creativity, and professionalism laid the foundation for a lasting relationship. GPS is about relationships...with food, customers, partners, suppliers, etc. It is what makes them supremely special! Specific to the wedding, my daughter was married in December, leaving us no choice but to be very creative outside of the usual holiday red and green. The use of blues, greens, and mixed metals provided a template of artistic freedom for the wedding cake. My daughter, an artist scholar, trusted GPS to reflect her personality with their design, giving them only the number of persons to feed and a preferred number of layers. The wedding cake was as gorgeous as it was delicious; the first layer in marbled hues of greys, the middle layer in creamy bride white topped by a third layer of silver foil. But, The Gallery Pastry Shop did more than that...they brought along a large grooms cake in the shape of a mustache. No one knew that the bride and groom, individually, were referencing a mustache (for the groom's elder years) in their handwritten vows to each other. But, conversations with Chef Ben had captured this endearment. GPS also provided adornment for every guest place setting with their delicious macarons in navy and white with a brushstroke of gold or a splatter of silver for the crown. Later in the evening, for those who worked off a few calories on the dance floor, GPS arranged additional, and equally beautiful, pastries and nibbles. The Gallery Pastry Shop is the wedding vendor one can have full confidence; trusting they will not only be on time, but on top of EVERYthing! One can trust Chef Ben and Allison; one can trust their staff. They understand food and people, pastry and comfort, confidence and commitment. They are all about relationships. I remain thrilled with the service and commitment they provided to the most important relationship day of my daughter's life, thus far.

My wife and I wanted to have the best cake we could find, so we contacted Gallery Pastry Shop because we knew they’d exceed our expectations. Ben, Casey, and Ariel were excited to be part of our special event. Thanks to them, this was the easiest part of our wedding planning and such a highlight! Our service couldn’t have been better from beginning to end. The management and staff at Gallery created exactly what we had in mind, both in the form of the best cake any of our party had ever tasted and in the perfect setting for our intimate celebration. Not only did we use the Gallery for our wedding cake, we also got engaged at the Gallery Pastry Shop so this place has a special spot in our hearts. For our wedding, we ordered a small tiered cake and had sheet cakes for the guests to enjoy- and we got to have two different flavors doing it that way! The tiered cake was gorgeous, and our guests couldn't stop complimenting how delicious the cake was. Thank you Gallery for a stunning and affordable cake!

I ordered my wedding cake from Gallery and it turned out better than I could have imagined. Matt was a dream to work with. He created a beautiful platter of a variety of cakes, icings, and fillings for the cake tasting. I mentioned that I liked carrot cake and he ran into the back and brought some out for us. The cake was delivered on time to the reception venue and they decorated it with the greenery we left there. Overall, it was fantastic service and a beautiful product. I plan to order an anniversary cake from them next year.

We had an initial meeting with Gallery to let them know what we wanted, but some details were missed so we had to make a second trip in to get them corrected. Our cake was pretty, but it was much more understated than the inspiration picture that we gave them, and you could barely see any of the design. All in all, affordable wedding cake, if I had to do it again I would probably choose somewhere else.

Our cake was incredible, and looked exactly like the picture we showed them for inspiration. They even worked with us to have custom flavors that weren't on the flavor list. The cake was delicious as well. We are from San Francisco and were worried about using a small midwest cake shop but they over delivered in every way. The cake and the band were the best vendors we had. Highly, highly recommend!!

Gallery Pastry Shop is by far the best! The team there has made birthday cakes, engagement cakes, my wedding cake, and all my wedding desserts. Not only does each pastry item look amazing, but the quality of the ingredients and flavors are out of bounds. They made a 600 pieces pastry table for our wedding alongside our cake. Their team was true professionals from the consultation meeting all the way up to the delivery of the items. When choosing a bakery for your wedding you want quality and professionalism, with Gallery, you have both and more. Craving their vanilla cake, as I write this!

The Gallery Pastry Shop is already amazing, but having them create our wedding cake just made our day even more perfect! We got the chance to sit down with Chef Matt for our cake tasting and explained to him our vision for the cake, and what he came up with was spot on! And of course, it was absolutely delicious!! We would highly recommend The Gallery Pastry Shop for any event you might want a tasty dessert for (and for their brunch!); the team there is super nice and helpful, and will make your special day perfect!

So good. Chef Matt and everyone else I talked to (Sorry, I forgot names) were absolutely fantastic and so helpful. We ordered about 4 servings of cake per person and still ran out soooo fast. Even though we only had 3 gluten free people at the wedding, the gluten free cake was a massive hit! We got other kinds as well, and they all went over amazingly. I highly recommend using Gallery Pastry Shop for your wedding desserts! We received so many compliments from our guests on how delicious and beautiful everything was. We had an almond and vanilla cake with a sweet cream filling (that we got to custom design), macaroons with our hashtag printed on them, mini-cloud pastries, and pear tarts. The Gallery team was extremely professional, creative and laid back on when we selected our wedding desserts. We absolutely loved our cake and desserts; truly, they were perfect. We could not be happier with our decision to go with them.

This is one of my favorite cafes in the Indy area and the macarons they made for my wedding favors were absolutely beautiful and delicious. My guests loved them!
