Highly recommend having your wedding here! Jessie was great to work with planning everything and giving us our tour and so were the other coordinators/staff that helped us on our wedding day. Most beautiful venue and absolutely loving how our pictures turned out! Our guests kept saying how beautiful they thought the venue was! Loved being able to get ready and spend the morning in the bridal suite too! Thank you!

Hands down, the best place to get married in Flagstaff. The staff, especially Jessie and Lily were fantastic and efficient. The whole day ran smooth and their support throughout the planning process was so appreciated. Plus you can’t beat the nursery views. 10/10 everyone should get married here :)

There aren't enough words to express how grateful and thankful my husband and I are to have such an amazing coordinator like Jessie throughout our entire wedding experience. She is honestly the best! From the very beginning, she was thorough, informative, and answered all of our questions quickly. She literally made our vision come to life, and took all the stress off of us by making sure the timeline went as smooth as possible, and set up everything for us (i.e. decorations). She stayed on top of our other vendors to make sure they were all on the same page on our big day, so no stress was ever felt the day of. The venue itself is a dream, and we received so many compliments on how beautiful everything looked and was from start to finish. Thank you so much to Jessie, and the Gardens at Viola's, for making our day a dream come true!

We were set to have our wedding in 2020 but due to COVID our date had to be moved. Jesse and the entire venue did such a wonderful job moving everything for our wedding and helping us through all our questions. The venue was so important to us and this one was a real crowd pleasure for a reasonable price. You can use items from the garden for décor which saved us money and kept with the theme. I could not have asked for a better wedding!

10/10 would recommend booking your wedding here. There aren’t very many options to choose a place in flagstaff to host your wedding but this is one of the great ones! Jessi Bangle was our wedding coordinator and she made everything a breeze for my husband and I. We had everything taken care of with our vendors thru her coordination. We got married July 23rd during monsoon season and we had been anticipating rain all day. She did such a good job keeping an eye on the weather, and making good calls on what to do to navigate through those stressful decisions. She was reassuring and confident in helping make the best of our rainy wedding day! As well as her staff that we had. My husband and I were in good hands. The nice thing about this venue is that it can be indoor and out door so it worked out for us to have that flexibility to work with, weather wise. The garden is gorgeous and you can get AMAZING pictures here. From the smallest package you can get here, you have a lot that is included with coordinating your wedding. Needless to say, this is a great place to have a ceremony and reception.

Jesse was amazing! She made sure everything was running smooth. Multiple phone calls to make sure I was okay and if any help was needed. She is very creative, patient and very very friendly! She made our day come together perfectly!

My wife and I had our wedding here in December of 2020 and we could not be happier! From the beautiful views to the wonderful wedding coordinator Jessie! From day one she helped us make our dream wedding come to life and answered every question along the way! Even with the pandemic going on, Jessie kept our vision as we had first imagined it and brought it to life the day of our wedding. I would HIGHLY recommend The Gardens at Violas if your dream is to have a beautiful wedding location, a wonderful and responsive coordinator, and most importantly a team that will do anything you need to make sure your vision is brought to life!

Our experience working with Viola's staff was AMAZING! Jessie is responsive, helpful and she really knows her stuff! The venue is gorgeous - all year round - and the staff really takes it over the top.

This venue is not only gorgeous, but also run by the incredible Jessie. I literally don't think I could have done this without her! Our day was everything I could've hoped for and more thanks to her and her staff.

I'll get to all the reasons why this venue is the perfect place to celebrate your love, but first I have to tell you all about Jessie (the venue coordinator), who is by far the best part of Viola's and who will make your vision come to life. Summed up in three words, Jessie is brilliant, kind, and a miracle-worker. She was the best thing to ever happen to our wedding! She helped us choose our vendors, create our "day of" timeline, and coordinate all the little details on the day of our wedding so we could just focus on getting ready and celebrating. She is so sweet and truly is the best at what she does! My husband and I are eternally grateful to Jessie, because our wedding day went by perfectly without a single issue (and if there was a problem, Jessie is taking it to the grave because we never heard about it). Viola's is such a wonderful and magical venue! The layout of the property makes for the perfect indoor-outdoor wedding. Plus you have the perks of being able to decorate with some of their decorations and plants! Initially, my husband and I had planned for a fun, relaxed brunch wedding in May. But due to an emergency, we were forced to push our wedding date back and celebrated in December instead. This ended up being the best decision ever! Since Viola's is a year-round venue which hosts multiple events, the venue is already decorated during the month of December for holiday parties. This was fine by us because it saved us so much stress, time, and energy worrying about those details on the wedding day. We were able to discuss our new holiday vision with Jessie, who was then able to relay what we wanted to Jana (the decorator). The day I saw the venue decorated for the first time, my jaw literally dropped! My Christmas wedding had come to life as I walked through the venue which was decorated like a Hallmark holiday movie set! While it didn't snow the day of our wedding, as we had hoped, the venue still felt like the perfect winter wedding. The outside ceremony area has such a beautiful view of trees and a pond, and the inside has such a warm and cozy air to it. The flow of the inside is very organic and makes it easy for guests to get to the different areas of the reception. If you still have any doubts about booking with The Gardens at Viola's - don't! I can promise that you will be taken care of by Jessie! Your wedding day will go without a hitch! And believe me when I say that having your wedding at Viola's will be the best decision you've ever made!

We absolutely loved our wedding venue! It was a really great price compared to other venues in Flagstaff, AZ! Has a huge inside area including a bar, bathrooms, and a bridal suite! The outside is just as big with beautiful views of the mountains and their flower garden! Jesse the planner was so great to work with, super helpful, friendly, and really great at communication! 100% i would have another event at this venue!

Vioala’s Flower Garden makes for some stunning photos. I still can’t believe the amazing way everything came together with this place. If you have any hesitations about the venue then Jessie should sway you. She’s so thorough so informative and such a hard worker. She made this experience bearable and was with us every step of the way making sure to answer questions or assist in any way she could. Definitely an affordable venue as well. So worth it. They let you use all your out vendors as well. I cannot get over how perfect our day was and I never want to.

Viola's exceeded our expectations! It was the absolute perfect day! Jessie and her staff worked so very hard to make it special and our own. My husband and I will always be grateful and cherish our day there. Thank you again, from the bottom of our hearts!
