Beautiful venue, AMAZING food and great service. We worked with Karina and she was so important in making our special day! They were especially helpful with rescheduling our original wedding date with the pandemic and helped making our dreams come true a year later!

Truly unforgettable, and for all the right reasons! We got married at the Gasparilla Beach Club in October of 2018 on the most magical night. We had 100+ guests that all raves about the location the amenities and above all else the hospitality. We couldn’t agree more. They took care of us and our guests with such open arms and joy. And in a few instances really went above and beyond with upgrades, personal touches and advice. The golf course is perfect for anyone who loves a challenge and doesn’t mind views of the ocean. The beach club is the ideal hangout for everyone during the day with pool, beach, grub and drinks. I can’t rave enough about how special it was to have our wedding at Gasparilla and not only will we be back, but our guests are planning trips back as well! Thank you thank you for the being the best!

We had our dream wedding thanks to the Gasparilla Inn. Ali is amazing at what she does, and her guidance and assistance from start to finish made the whole process a joy. Our reception and various other events were impeccable; I can't tell you how many times my guests told me how wow'ed they were! I wish I could do it all over again!

I have really mixed feelings about our choice of the Gasparilla Inn & Club for our wedding. Our wedding ceremony and reception were at the Beach Club in May 2017. We have been staying at the Inn for over 10 years, and thought having our wedding there would be a dream come true. Overall, the location is beautiful and we were so excited to have all of our friends and extended family visit our favorite vacation spot and experience the charm. However, the service element was so off and it really put a damper on things. The night of our wedding we had bad weather. Not the Inn's fault of course but it was very windy during our outdoor ceremony and we had to move the reception into the Gulf room because it started storming! Weather radar had been predicting under a 20% chance of rain for the weeks, days and hours leading up to the ceremony, so keep in mind that Florida weather is only predicted by chance. In reaction to the rain, the Gasparilla Inn staff and my decorators were able to transform the Gulf room space in a very short period of time which was awesome and it looked absolutely beautiful! However, we chose a plated meal and the food service took much longer than the 15 minutes per course that they had told us it would take. I honestly thought dinner would never end! We had many guest comments that the food was delicious, but over SIX guests got FOOD POISONING and were throwing up all night and the next day! So horrible! We told the Inn but they didn't offer any kind of reparation or condolence. Additionally, we had such a hard time finding a waiter when we needed one it wasn't fun to feel like you had to send someone to track one down when you needed one during your own wedding. After our wedding reception we stayed in a junior suite at the Inn. The Inn lost our luggage and we spent over an hour trying to track it down! The front desk was so rude about it too, acting like it was our fault or our parents' faults (who dropped them off). Turns out they put our bags in the wrong room! Are you kidding me?! On our wedding night, the ONE night out of all the nights to not mess that up!! Talk about unromantic! Once they tracked down the luggage it took a really long time to be brought to our room and the Inn made NO reparations or apologies. They ruined that moment for us that we will never get back. All we wanted to do after our wedding was relax and the Inn caused us so much stress because our bags were not in room and were missing! These service elements we experienced during our wedding weekend were so ridiculously bad that it doesn’t feel like we were at Gasparilla Inn because it is so unlike the good service we have experienced there during our stays there in the past 10 years. Please do better!
