The magnificent spacious grounds at The Gathering Place offer numerous wonderful options for a ceremony and reception. The perfectly maintained lawn is ideal for the ceremony in particular, with plentiful space for chairs and an aisle. The aisle will lead to the custom pine wedding arch, which sits in a tranquil, romantic location with a greenery backdrop and a White Mountains view. You can customize the arch to suit your wedding style, color, and vibe. As for the reception, the historic barn is waiting for you. This warm, cozy, fully customizable setting can seat up to 150 of your nearest and dearest for a fantastic evening of drinking, eating, and dancing.
Several wedding packages are available at The Gathering Place to fit your needs and budget. The events team can talk you through each option before selecting the one best suited. The Gathering Place provides several different amenities for you and your loved ones, including linens, special lighting, chairs, bistro-style tables, and folding picnic tables, among others. You and your partner are welcome to check-in at the venue the day before your big day to decorate and enjoy a rehearsal dinner. We live in Phoenix and got married at The Gathering Place. Racheal was amazing to work with. The place is SUPER affordable. My wedding was everything I ever wanted.

Had our wedding here in 2018 and loved every moment of it! The atmosphere is perfect if you love the forest and the rustic nature of the venue!

I cannot say enough great things about this place and the people who work there. I never felt worried or like this place wasn’t perfect for my wedding. From the moment my then-fiancée and I stepped foot on the property to the day we got married...
every question we had was answered promptly and clearly. We were allowed to come in and walk the property on non-wedding days so we could set up and figure out how exactly we wanted everything. This was a HUGE plus for us, as it allowed set up to be SOOOO smooth the day before our wedding as we already knew exactly what we wanted. Rachel and Luci were both super responsive and helpful, and set up was a breeze with them checking in on us to ensure we had everything we needed. Another HUGE plus for us was the fact that we were not made to use any specific vendors and could being in whoever we wanted. We got to pick each of our vendors completely on our own terms without stress or pressure from the Gathering Place.
Future brides- I cannot tell you how much less stress I had knowing I had this venue and the amazing people who work there to help.

Beautiful venue for any special event. There is a beautiful grassy lawn surrounded by trees, with the larger trees remaining on this lawn. The surrounding forest does an incredible job of shading the area creating an absolutely beautiful gather...
ing area. Further the large open floor plan barn create a perfect extension for your event to have an indoor section. The particular even we attended was a wedding and it was absolutely beautiful, both the ceremony on the grass and the dinner inside the venue. Plenty of room to have a dance floor in-between the tables. Absolutely beautiful and can be decorated to your hearts desire, you will love this venue! And your in the middle of a beautiful forest!
