Working with The Gathering Trailer was truly one of the highlights of our event. We booked The Perfect Gathering package, which was, well… perfect. From the very beginning, Caitlin brought such thoughtfulness, creativity, and care to every detail. It felt like she completely understood our vision and then elevated it in ways we hadn’t even imagined.
The trailer itself is absolutely stunning and became an instant focal point. Guests naturally gathered around it all night, creating this effortless, beautiful energy that made everything feel more connected and special. The drinks were incredible (the cocktails and mocktails were such a hit), but what stood out most was how intentional and seamless the entire experience felt.
Caitlin has this rare ability to combine high-level execution with a warm, personal touch. Everything felt polished yet relaxed, elevated yet inviting, and we didn’t have to worry about a single thing.

The themes she created felt truly customized just for us. She kept things calm, advocated for us, and made a stressful situation feel manageable.

My family owns a high-end wedding venue, where I developed a deep appreciation for thoughtful design, elevated experiences, and the details that make people feel truly cared for. I then spent nearly two decades as a high-level manager and partner in the music industry, managing every detail of an artist’s life and producing large-scale experiences. That chapter shaped my ability to anticipate needs, execute seamlessly, and create environments where people feel both celebrated and at ease.
The Gathering Trailer was born from a desire to bring those worlds together, design, hospitality, and meaningful connection, into something more personal. It’s not just about serving drinks; it’s about creating a space where people naturally gather, slow down, and fully enjoy the moment.

Hi, I’m Caitlin, the heart behind The Gathering Trailer! Bringing people together has always been at the center of my life. Hosting, cooking, styling spaces, and creating environments where people feel both cared for and inspired has been part of my world for as long as I can remember. I was raised by creative entrepreneurs, and my family owns a high-end wedding venue, so thoughtful design, hospitality, and beautiful details were simply part of everyday life. I also have a deep love for gardening, cooking (I’m a chef at heart), and horses, so it only felt fitting that I would one day find myself restoring a 1960s trailer and hosting gatherings out of it.
For nearly two decades, I built a career in Nashville working at the highest levels of the music industry, touring the world and helping produce experiences for artists and audiences across many cultures. That work required managing every detail while bringing creative visions to life. I bring that same mindset to The Gathering Trailer, where every event is a blend of creativity and thoughtful logistics so everything feels seamless and effortless for you and your guests.
After years of life on the road, I felt called to something more intentional, a slower, more grounded way of creating meaningful experiences. That’s where The Gathering Trailer was born.
What I love most is that no two gatherings are the same. Each setup is thoughtfully styled to reflect your event, your space, and the atmosphere you want to create. The trailer doesn’t just arrive, it becomes part of the experience. Because if you’ve ever been to a great event, you know one thing is always true: everyone gathers at the bar!
My goal is to make that space not just functional, but beautiful, inviting, and memorable—a natural centerpiece for connection and community. I would truly love to work with you to make your special day feel even more special.
