The Get Down is a 6-piece group (2 guitars, bass, keys, drums, lead singer) from Bowling Green that performs variety dance music (Funk/Soul/R&B/Blues/Classic Rock/Reggae) from all eras with three piece harmonies, synthesized horn and strings parts and incredible soloing from both guitarists and keyboards. We are all about connecting with our audience and bringing an undeniable energy to each and every performance we give, always encouraging dancing and crowd interaction. Our songlist includes well over 100 tunes from the 1960's to present day chart toppers. We would be happy to learn any requests you have also! We provide our own soundman, lights and equipment.
