The Gilded Cauldron & Co. provides elevated, full-service bartending for weddings throughout Central Florida, combining handcrafted cocktails, polished service, thoughtful planning, and genuine Southern hospitality.
From our first conversation to the final cleanup, we work with you to bring your beverage vision to life. We help coordinate your bar setup, beverage needs, supplies, ice, service details, and event-day logistics while communicating with your planner, venue, caterer, and other vendors as needed.
Our standard service includes professional bartending tools, cups, napkins, ice, bar organization, setup and breakdown, and the preparedness to handle unexpected beverage or venue needs with professionalism and grace.
We also offer a variety of enhancements, including **champagne toast service, champagne wall rentals, non-alcoholic beverage service, additional event staff, alcohol ordering assistance with optional pickup and delivery, additional coolers and beverage tables, photo booth and backdrop options, and more.**
Our goal is simple: **make your bar one less thing to worry about.**

From a Side Hustle to a Passion—and a New Chapter
What started as a way to earn a little supplemental income in **Knoxville, Tennessee** quickly became something so much more.
As the owner and bartender behind **Classic Bartending of Knoxville**, I discovered a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences, connecting with people, and bringing a little extra magic to their celebrations. What began as a side venture grew into a business built on hospitality, creativity, and the belief that every event deserves exceptional service.
Then life—and love—had other plans.
Love brought me to **Florida**, and with a new chapter came the opportunity to take something I had built and loved with me. Rather than leave that passion behind, I decided to give it a fresh identity and a new home.
And so, **The Gilded Cauldron & Co.** was born.
While the name and location have changed, the heart behind the business hasn't. I still believe in treating every client like family, paying attention to the details others might overlook, and making sure every celebration feels special from the first pour to the final cleanup.
Today, I'm proud to bring the experience, Southern hospitality, and passion I cultivated in Knoxville to **Central Florida**, creating memorable bar experiences for weddings, private celebrations, and corporate events.
