The Gilded Gown

They were very helpful in finding my wedding dress during the pandemic! I tried on several dresses and then I found The One! The only thing that I did not care for was that I tried on a few different head pieces and was able to pick out the one I wanted. I kept everything in the bag until closer to the wedding, so I wouldn’t loose anything, and when I went to get my head piece out it was the wrong one.

I didn't have the best experience here. I first came for an appointment in September 2019, and back for a second a few weeks later. I was having trouble finding my perfect dress and had been to four places by my second appointment. At my second appointment, the sales associate helping me told me that all the bridal boutiques "have basically the same thing," and that since I'd been to four places, I probably wouldn't ever find my dream dress. Not really what a bride wants to hear...and I did find my dream dress elsewhere. Wasn't too impressed with this interaction, and personally, I didn't like many of the dresses they carried. My first experience here was good, but the second visit really tarnished the whole thing for me.

Wow, Gilded Gown was wonderful! I drove by the store and saw that it looked beautiful, but didn't have an appointment, so I called to see about getting an appointment and they let me come in right then and there! My consultant, T, was amazing! She was so kind and sweet and really understood my vision and what I was looking for. She pulled so many beautiful dresses for me to try on and even went back to check a few times to make sure she had pulled everything she thought I would like. When I narrowed it down to two favorites she completed the look for me with veils and even flowers! She definitely went above and beyond! She was very patient with me and I never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything. We had so much fun at Gilded Gown and it was an excellent experience, I highly recommend them to everyone!

I came into The Gilded Gown just to browse. I was with only my mom, didn't even bring my bridal party along because this was my first dress shopping experience and I assumed I wouldn't be finding THE dress on my first stop. Much to my surprise, I was very wrong. The first dress I tried on was the one. I cried and my mom cried. I tried on 12 more dresses, but came back to the first dress two more times and ended up deciding to purchase the dress that same day. I still have absolutely no regrets. I felt beautiful on my wedding day. The prices are also amazing on all their dresses. They can work with any budget. The staff is also incredibly helpful and encouraging.

My appointment with this salon was on a busy Saturday. The atmosphere here is a little dated and decor is tired. The difference from other stores is that you are trying on the actual dress to buy as opposed to ordering. I had a consultant who stayed with me through out the appointment and pulled dresses based on my description. I loved the true fit sizing. The dress styles were different than I had seen in other places.

The ladies in there were absolutely fantastic. My personal helper (Icant remember her name) was so wonderful. She never once rushed me or acted like we were wasting her time, even when I tried on every dress in my size it seemed like. If I could give them more stars I would.

I absolutely loved the ladies at The Gilded Gown. They had a ton of inventory, but only a handful of the style I was looking for. However, I found my dream dress and it really helped to put in layaway until we could pay it off! I would definitely recommend them!

After trying on dresses at 3 different places we walked in to the Gilded Gown without an appointment. Someone was available and showed us a few racks where we could find my size. I pulled a good amount and she helped me try them on. I was really tired from a full day of trying on dresses but she really turned my day around and made it a really enjoyable experience. We had it down to two and she helped me get in and out of them repeatedly until we found the one. We purchased the dress and the veil from them and it was a really great experience!

Stay away. My Fiance and her mother purchased very expensive dresses here. When they tried them on after receiving them back from their free steam clean. They SHRUNK about a foot on top. Both dresses. My fiancé actually has lost weight and her mother is the same weight. The seamstress we sppke too said no one should ever steam a corset top. The owner Jackie was very rude. Basically calling my Fiance a liar and they would d nothing to help. Our wedding is in a week. I sure hope she can get it fixed bc we can't afford another dress. STAY AWAY!!!

I bought my gown here about a year ago for wedding in May 2017. I walked in not intending to even try on a dress, but ended up finding the one! The ladies were amazing with listening to what I liked and wanted but also bringing dresses they thought would look great. They were not pushy at all and let me take my time (I sat in my dress for 45 minutes before I made my decision haha). They also gave me recommendations for other vendors! I had not planned on wearing a veil, but changed my mind a few months before my wedding. They were so great about me coming back in and trying on veils with my dress and once again listening to what I wanted. I highly recommend this store!

I loved working with these ladies to find my perfect gown for my wedding day. They were so nice, let me try on whatever I wanted, and never made me feel like they were at "work" ... I am so thankful for this experience, because I hate being in the spotlight and they made me feel comfortable 110%!

the staff was amazin to work with! they weren't pushy like david's bridal at all! and there dresses were beyond beautiful!

This place sucks. They have teenagers working as their "fashion cunsultants" and the boy that helped me was 16!! He had no idea what he was talking about. Theres really tacky, distracting decor in the place, and they carry really slutty gowns. They dont have the proper undergarments for the dresses, so if you go to try something on, be sure to bring a corset and slip yourself. I will NEVER shop here again.

I purchansed my dress in january last year. There was an awesome associate there named Mattie. He was great! he really listened to what you wanted and stayed in your price range.Mattie is no longer there, the staff that are there no seem a little stand offish and less willing to help. The alterations department was great. the pricing is very reasonable.

What an incredible experience it was to shop at The Gilded Gown. The staff was very friendly, the selection was very large and the perfect wedding dress was purchased that day. I highly recommend this vendor.

The Gilded Gown was excellent when helping my select my wedding gown and my bridesmaids dresses. They had the largest selection of dresses than any other store I shopped. The prices were excellent. I would highly recommend them. They have beautiful gowns. I can't thank them enough.

I bought my dress here at The Gilded Gown and was very pleased with my whole shopping experience. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with the best service and a great selection of dresses that were very unique. I really appreciated the way I was treated and it was nice that the owner was just as excited about my wedding day and dress as I was! She and her employees were really great! I also bought my jewelry here. At the wedding, everyone commented on how beautiful and unique my dress was! I felt like a queen! My dress was also very affordable.
