Although our wedding was in rural Ohio during the pandemic, Felice took care of the complex details of procuring and transporting a harp, coordinating musical selections with us and the other musicians, learning special requests and making new arrangements. The Gilded Harps of Boston have the unique ability to perform classical, jazz, pop. . . if you name it, they will play it. Felice took the initiative in all relevant communications; we were never left waiting for a response or wondering about any details. At the wedding, Felice was responsible and proactive in maintaining and following safe protocols for herself, our guests, and her fellow musicians. Felice was a kind and calming presence for the entire event and proved to be an excellent collaborator, sharing the leading responsibilities with a group of seven total musicians, some of whom she had just met. When we had some minor delays before the service, Felice was quick to adapt in the moment so that no guests were aware of anything out of the ordinary. The music continued uninterrupted. In fact, several times, the seated guests spontaneously applauded because they enjoyed the music so much. Harp is an absolutely beautiful and exquisite addition to any wedding or special event. You will not find a better or more satisfactory group of harpists to make your wedding sparkle!

From initial outreach through day-of, they were an absolute pleasure to work with and boasted a wide range of music offerings that can be modified based on your own tastes. For any New England based couples considering a winter wedding, you can rely on these musicians to be there come hell or high water. Our wedding was scheduled for January 29th, but due to white-out blizzard conditions and a state of emergency, we had to postpone to the 30th. Even in the midst of the crisis (at the time), Felice's team made every accommodation to account for the last-minute change. All in all, we sincerely appreciated their contributions to our special day and we would gladly recommend them to anyone for any occasion.

We initially had a few questions regarding the differences between the ensembles and Karen reached out and thoroughly answered all of our questions and guided us in the right direction. We then had an in-depth conversation with Felice who told us all of our options and what they could perform for us and we were so very impressed and thrilled with her assistance. On the day of the wedding, the musicians showed up early and were ready to go when the time came. They did an amazing job and we were so happy with their performance. They are affordable, take pride in their craft, and are wonderful professionals. We highly recommend The Gilded Harps of Boston and are grateful to them and Felice for their contributions to our special day. Several members of my family are professional musicians themselves (my sister is a professional cellist, and she is the one who helped me find and hire Gilded Harps), and they all commented on what a beautiful performance she gave, as did so many of our guests! I cannot recommend Gilded Harps enough - if you are looking for a harpist for your ceremony in the New England area, they are professional, courteous, and extremely talented. Having them at my wedding elevated the mood of the event immeasurably. My endless thanks to Felice and Hyunjung!
