Our wedding reception was held here over Labor Day weekend 2018. Greg was great to work with, very flexible, especially regarding set up and take down. He was also very receptive t...
o my ideas and desires to make it the wedding reception of my dreams. His caterer did an amazing job! All the guests kept raving about the food and in general how cool the space was. Parking was convenient and the surrounding downtown area was great for taking photos. We loved every minute of our reception and are so thankful for the glass house for hosting us!
Our daughter and son in law were married here in the garden and then had the reception inside (May 6 2018). Greg was quick to respond to all my “urgent mom questions” and Jason did...
a great job with the food. It was clean - it was SO beautiful and served as the perfect place for a stunning wedding and reception. Thank you Glass House for keeping this “out of state” mother of the bride up to date - for the ebills which were convenient to pay - and for answering each and every question with kindness and respect. Sincerely, Dr. Cangialosi
I just got married here this past weekend. My wedding was beautiful and could not have asked for a more perfect day! I would TAKE CAUTION if trying to book this place and would not...
really recommend it to my friends. This place has great potential but is not run like a business should be. There is only one contact number for the building so you are relying on Francis, the face of the business. His dad owns it and he runs it...first red flag right there. Francis is great when you are face to face but trying to get a hold of him is infuriating. I had already booked the place when I started having communication problems. I tried to get in touch with him for 3 WEEKS (a month before the wedding) before finally getting an email back. I called every other day and sent emails with no response. When he did respond he told me to meet him at the venue the next day. When I got there, I had to wait for him because he was answering emails!! Seriously! I was mad. Whatever. After i had to go off on him and blow his phone up, he answered in a more reasonable time frame. He also misquoted drink prices and kept changing prices but that's because he didn't really k ow the price of things until he went to buy them..3 days before the wedding. I thought I could forget the bad communication because my wedding went off without a problem. But NOPE! We returned the day after the wedding to retrieve the rest of decorations and items..NO ONE SHOWED UP! He hax YET to call me back after I left numerous messages. My family was upset to say the least. They waited over an hour for someone to show up. No one came. I had to track down his Dad on Facebook and send him a personal message. Went down there the next day, again, and a cleaning guy let me in to get in. Francis' dad finally showed up and NEVER SAID A WORD TO ME! I went back to his office after a minute to talk to him and he had disappeared. They knew they had done wrong and completely ignored us. He did not even acknowledge we were there, say sorry, nothing. Francis has YET to call or text even apologizing. The father and son duo really need to get their act together if they want to remain successful . He is young and probably learning with every wedding but being one of the more important days of your life, they should treat you with more urgency and respect.
Don't waste your time on this venue. I was in communication with this venue and set a date to visit the location. No one was there, to this day I never received another email. Also...
no apology. They obviously don't care about business and weddings.
