ut once the contracts were signed and the payments were made, the attitude completely changed.
Just before the event started, we were suddenly pressured into paying thousands of extra dollars in unexpected charges that were never clearly explained beforehand. The owner added fees for things that made absolutely no sense, including alcohol-related charges for children. It felt manipulative and intentionally misleading during a moment when we had no real choice but to pay.
The contract is written in a way that heavily protects the venue while leaving customers vulnerable. I strongly encourage anyone considering this place to carefully review every detail and not rely on verbal promises.
What should have been one of the happiest days of our lives became stressful and frustrating because of the owner’s behavior. Even after the event, getting back the remaining deposit became another battle filled with excuses and contradictions.
In my opinion, this business operates in a very dishonest and unprofessional manner. There are too many hidden costs, too many last-minute surprises, and too much pressure placed on clients. I would never recommend this venue to anyone looking for an honest and transparent experience.

Right before the event, we were suddenly hit with thousands of dollars in extra charges that were never properly explained ahead of time. We were charged for things that made no sense, including bar fees connected to children who were obviously not drinking alcohol. At that point, with guests arriving and the event about to begin, we were pressured into paying with no real option to argue.
The owner is dishonest, manipulative, and constantly changes his story. In my opinion, he scams people by promising one thing and then demanding more money later through hidden fees and technicalities in the contract. Everything feels designed to trap customers after they are already financially committed.
Even after the wedding, instead of handling things fairly, he kept part of our deposit and came up with excuse after excuse to justify it. Dealing with him was stressful, frustrating, and exhausting.
Please be extremely careful before booking this venue. Read every single line of the contract and do not trust verbal promises. What looks beautiful on the outside can quickly become a financial nightmare. I strongly recommend staying away from this place if you value honesty, transparency, and peace of mind on your special day.

The venue is run by a family that believes in doing good business and making people happy, and they are genuinely the sweetest people. Shoutout to Katherine the venue manager and Felipe the owner! They are honest, reliable, helpful, attentive and have been extremely professional throughout the entire process.
Communication leading up to the event was smooth and responsive, and everything ran on schedule the day of. They worked seamlessly with our vendors and made sure all details were handled with care. And everything we needed to know was clearly laid out for us far in advance so as to have no missing information as the day approached.
We’re so grateful to have celebrated one of the most important days of our lives here. I highly recommend it to any couple looking for a venue that combines luxury, functionality, and unforgettable ambiance.
