nce with us. As we do rely on feedback from clients and are always striving to do better we believed this situation was resolved when we spoke last year. Unfortunately, it's a rare circumstance when requested photographers cannot make it to their assigned wedding dates. It was an even more rare situation for your wedding day that the requested photographers had serious, life threatening issues including hospitalization. One of which we had permission to provide you with proof of. However, since you hired a professional studio with multiple shooters, instead of a boutique company with only one or two shooters, we were able to shift around the photographers to provide you with one of our top recommended main photographers and highly adored second photographer. We also explain to every client as we confirm all the information that we will ask a lot of questions and provide all of what we ask to your photographer and if you feel like you still need to provide any additional information please do. We accept timelines and inso photos weekly from clients. A couple weeks before your wedding, we had two separate appointments where we discussed both the timeline and details the photographers should be aware of for your day. We confirmed with you on both October 3rd and October 12th that your main photographer would be starting pictures at 1:00pm and your second photographer would be starting pictures at 1:30pm. According to the timestamp on both cameras, your main photographer started photographing at 12:45pm upon arriving outside and 1:07pm after seeing you, getting your dress and moving it to a cleaner, less cluttered location. Your second photographer started photographing at 12:39pm and started with details such as your welcome sign, wedding rings and other decorations before heading in to your groom and starting his photos at exactly 1:30pm. Your claim that they arrived 45 minute late is just simply not true. Not only were they both early, you also received an extra hour of complementary photos from your second photographer. From looking through your images, it looks as if Manai moved you to a less cluttered room for your getting ready pictures that were free of food, water bottles, makeup equipment and dress racks in the background and the gap between one room to the next was 10 minutes according to the camera timestamp. That is a normal amount of time when moving with a group of people. Although you did not want some of those images, we are trained as professionals to take them anyway because we know how incredibly important they can be in the future when some people are no longer with us. It took about 25 minutes for you to get in your dress and allow Manai back in the room to start taking the pictures of you alone before your first look where he took an additional 10 minutes to do. We had a written request from you to do a first look with your father and brother as well before we could do a first look with your husband. We had estimated doing your first look with your husband at 2:30pm which was requested to be alone with just you and your husband which happened immediately after the first look with your father and brother and a quick set of family pictures with your mother as well. Since your first look was requested to be alone, we would typically continue to do portraits of you and your husband before working with the rest of the family and bridal party. It is also easier to move around the property with just the two of you to get the optimal amount of pictures for your wedding day. We are unable to control your guests arriving 40 minutes earlier than your ceremony start time. Pictures with your bridal party started at 4:17pm, which was just over 40 minutes prior to your ceremony followed by the family. When the bridal party and families are on the smaller side, we do not need as much time to get through all the combinations of pictures. As professionals we have a mental list in our head that we work through but if we are continuously interrupted with requests, it's possible for some pictures to get missed. Luckily we are able to photoshop during the rare occasion of that happening and only one picture was missed during that time. We are unsure what you are referring to in regards to your ceremony pictures. There are a variety of both wide and close up shots of your ceremony. The space the photographers were able to move was very limited since there were no side aisles and no fully empty rows as you claim. Even still, they managed to get past your guests into the rows to get side angles, where you also complained about the guests being in those shots while they photographed over and through their heads. We aren't sure what we could have done differently to make you happy given they covered every angle they possibly could in the space and with the guest count during your ceremony. After speaking with you on two occasions prior to your wedding about the details of the day, we have ample notes about certain shots we should be aware of, but were never told about any of the specific requests you mentioned in your review that are "missing". We offered you a complementary album since we had to replace your photographer, which did include revisions. What it did not include was continuously swapping out images that you had requested retouching on for similar images to have to be further retouched. We have to put a cap on a client repeatedly changing their mind with the images they chose for their album for different ones after they requested work to be done to them. We are still happy to complete your album for you. We only ask that you thoroughly go through your images to make sure you chose the exact ones you would like to use in it. What needed clarification was that you didn't have to swap out pictures, you could have just added a few for a small fee. We were always willing to complete your last changes and retouching as we had done so already. Again, we are deeply disappointed that you were so unhappy with us on your wedding day. It is always our main goal to provide the most optimal, professional service to every one of our couples and we are disheartened that you feel we did not provide that for you. We will continue to do what we can to rectify all parts that are in our control and continue to uphold the high standards in which we strive to maintain as a company in business for over 85 years.
