Aimee the event coordinator is very nice and easy to work with. She liatens to what your vision and delivers! Nate (aimee's husband) is the dj and amazing to work with. The whole...
team is great and very professional.
Very good and organized place, had all my decor ready and done for my big day :)
This is a MUST HAVE wedding venue! The catalog of options and packages (dinner selections, bar options, decorations, etc) made it so easy and fun to plan. The staff were wonderful ...
and easy to communicate with! As a new bride and groom, we truly had no worries and could enjoy our night. Our guests loved the space! Camelot is perfect from the hall space, outdoor ceremony garden, and beautiful scenery. Wish I could attach a photo to this review, because the memories this place created was breathtaking. So easy for our photographers to move around and capture the day as well! Married on 6.6.2020. If this venue could be an outstanding wedding through COVID-19, I have full confidence they will make your day amazing just as did ours.
Kari, the event planner, was very professional and helpful with the planning and day of details. I would recommend her to anyone. Only issues we had were lack of communication to t...
he owners of the club that were not very pleasant to us on the day of our wedding. We had agreements written in our contract that they wanted to change on the day of. It was stressful dealing with that, but in the end we got what we wanted out of the contract and our day was perfect.
Everyone at the Camelot is wonderful! They are very accommodating and great at what they do. Many compliments on the food and service from bar staff and wait staff!! The place is b...
eautifully decorated and clean! I would recommend this place to anyone!
Camelot Golf Course Royal Hall is where my wedding reception was held. It was absolutely beautiful decorated before I even booked the hall for my wedding. On my wedding day the wor...
kers were so pleasant and helpful to all guests. The food was delicious minor a few mix-ups in the kitchen with what table had what for their plated dinner meal. Our hall needed minimal decorations due to the hall being beautiful all by itself. The hall was spacious with a large bar, fireplace, and large dance floor. I am very happy and couldn't even a better place to have my wedding at.
The place is very elegant and the food is one of the best in the area. The staff needs to change though. The coordinator needs to retire. I went to the hall for 2 hours the morning...
of the Big Day and she told me she would help me but instead she complained about her hours and how tired she was for way too long and didn't get everything finished. She displayed a very lazy attitude and in no way made me feel like a bride. At this venue, you pay a $700 some dollar fee to pay for the coordinator and such and I did not feel like it was money well spent by any means. The staff also MADE people get up to clear the tables when they were still eating their cake yet. VERY rude!
The Kings Lodge is georgeous for a reception, but even prettier for our wedding day was the outdoor setting and all the beautiful pictures we took on the golf course. It was great ...
being able to have an outdoor ceremony at the same location, but they could definitely invest in this area more by paving the walkway up the hill and adding speakers or some sort of sound system. The staff was very nice, but didn't take care of every detail as I was told they would (candles weren't lit, and napkins I invested in were never put out for use). The food was very good, and we did receive many compliments.
If you are looking for a reception site that can accomodate a large number of people, Camelot is an excellent choice. The reception space gives you an opportunity to leave the room...
as is if you are going for a simpler look, but you can also completely transform it. Throughout the planning and day of the wedding, staff was more than helpful, and unlike some places, arent trying to get all your money. Anything they can do to help you save money they will suggest. Anything nice thing was that you got to go in for a food tasting to help customize a meal for your wedding. Not only was it fun but the food was absolutely delicious. The only negative thing I will say is that during our wedding dance, we had several cars that were broken into in the parking lot. There are no security cameras outside, and supposedly this is not the first time this has happened. So either make sure you recommend to guests that the make sure they bring their purses inside the reception site, or talk to Camelot to see if they have installed any cameras outside yet. Just know though, this this incident would not stop me from recommending Camelot to others. It is an excellent choice!
This is really a lovely place! There are a variety of facilities available for your use, both outdoor or indoor. The price can't be beat - and they offer awesome off-season rates...
too! The entire staff is warm and helpful, and Kay, the site coordinator, really made everything so easy for me throughout the planning process and the big day! You are required to use their on-site caterer for your event - but the menu is broad and sophisticated and the food is DELICIOUS!! I was also really pleased to see how inexpensive beverages at the bar were - everyone was so happy with the experience!
We had a fabulous wedding day, and the folks at Camelot were a huge part of what made that possible! I highly recommend them!
