icipating and did what they can to make it a memorable, relaxing day for us all. There was a wedding the night before ours and they allowed us to come the next morning at 7 am to start setting up and doing what we needed to have done. We did the wedding/reception here so nobody had to leave from one destination to another. They have a caterer on staff and we chose to use them or else you would have had to pay extra for someone else's services. We told the staff/coordinator what we wanted and they made it happen. I opted for saving money so we served Chicken, Sausage gumbo, red beans and rice with appetizers. I don't feel like we had enough food for the people we invited and to cover our people working for us. We ran out of food and our guests started leaving. Not everyone got food. The people that did bragged about how great it tasted, etc. I personally think for what they charge, you should be allowed to use any of their items for wedding or reception without extra costs. Other venues allow you to use their stuff on hand for Free and this is something I didn't check into. Even though we had a few things we could have looked further into depth, I would still recommend this place because it offered everything I was looking for.
