The Golf Club at Yankee Trace

Yankee Trace is A) so beautiful, B) so easy and fun to work with C) delicious food and D) reliable! We had an amazing reception between Jason the coordinator being super helpful, the servers, the ability to drive around the golf course for amazing pictures and hot fresh delicious food. Yankee Trace is seriously the best bang for your buck for a relaxing yet semi fancy reception!

Jason was very helpful and responsive during the planning process for my recent wedding. Yankee Trace was very accommodating and flexible with our requests. We were receiving our cupcakes from an out of town vendor a few days before our wedding and they allowed us to store them at the venue until the big day. They were also great with the room flip. I had never been to a wedding at YT, and at first I was hesitant to want to do a room flip, but the seamlessness of their set up was perfect. Our guests were able to enjoy a cocktail and the room was set up within 15 minutes of the ceremony ending. The fact they also have a room to use for the girls to get ready, that can then be used during the reception as a "babysitting room" was also a HUGE benefit. Everything about this place made it the perfect venue.

Yankee Trace is a beautiful reception venue & everything was carried out to perfection, but the absolute BEST thing about this venue is Jason. Jason coordinated everything about our special day to perfection. He was so laid back, but in a good way that you can appreciate with all the stressful details that go into a wedding. This all started from our first meeting with Jason and followed all the way through to the day of the wedding. I felt confident in leaving all my wedding decorations & that Jason would place them correctly & they were perfect. We had free reign of the golf carts & this allowed us to get beautiful pictures. Yankee Trace is a great place to have your wedding & Jason is great!

Jason and the Yankee Trace team were wonderful. Any problem or question I had was easily solved or answered. They were easy to work with and very accommodating! Yankee Trace is beautiful! The Clubhouse, where we had the reception, is located on the golf course, has a wrap around patio, and nice foyer area for a cocktail hour. We also had access to the Academy Room to get ready in. We had access to the Clubhouse starting at 8AM the day of the wedding which made it so nice to have time to make sure everything was set up and decorated! There are so many beautiful spots for pictures and the ballroom is so nice, that really no extra decorations are needed! We were very happy with the service we received and the food was awesome too! Everyone complimented the dinner! We were very happy and would highly recommend Yankee Trace and their staff!!

Great staff, Amazing food, Beautiful view!!

Yankee Trace was a wonderful venue to hold both our ceremony and our reception. Jason was absolutely fabulous to work with. He was extremely responsive throughout the whole process. On top of that he was always very excited but easy going as well which made the whole planning stress free and fun!! We were able to have our ceremony indoors in front of the fireplace which was absolutely beautiful. We then had our cocktail hour in the lobby and on the patio while they flipped the room to have the reception. The venue is really pretty, especially the chandeliers. The food was great too. All of my guests gave me great reviews. Parking is easy for guests and it was great being able to have everything there. Also, the bridal party was able to get ready at Yankee Trace, so as the bride I got there in the morning and didn't have to leave until the evening! It made for a very stress free day! I just had my hairstylists come there because we had a HUGE room to get ready in. I was even able to order a catered lunch to make sure me and my bridesmaids were fed before the wedding. Overall Yankee Trace was just fabulous and I would definitely recommend it to anyway for a wedding!

This was the perfect venue - everything went great and Jason is awesome to work with! The food is sooo good and all of my guests were complimenting it! We did our ceremony inside and had a cocktail hour in the lobby while they reset the ballroom for the reception which worked out great!

The wedding coordinator, Jason, was absolutely awesome! We couldn't have asked for a better place to have our wedding AND reception. The staff was incredible!

They did an amazing job with our wedding reception. It was beautiful and they helped us keep our cost down. The food was excellent! We also had an open bar all night. Our guests were also very happy.

I was so pleased with Yankee Trace. The venue looked amazing, the food was delicious (we got many compliments), and the staff was so helpful! Jason helped us out the most; I could completely trust him to make our day perfect!

We booked out wedding reception with Yankee about a year or so in advance- they were amazing to work with, especially Jason, the events coordinator. They really know what they are doing here. Jason is a great communicator and responds very quickly to emails and questions. They have a wide selection of food, linens, napkins, chair covers and sashes, etc. Our reception literally was flawless. Everything was set up exactly the way we wanted it, all directions and specifications were followed and it was absolutely beautiful. The entire venue was ours for the night and patios were perfect for guests to enjoy during the summer. Yankee even gave the wedding party golf carts when we arrived to take pictures out on the course! The food was great, the staff was great, and they did an excellent job working with all of our different vendors. Nothing but wonderful things to say about Yankee Trace!

the staff was very good about having everything set up and ready for guests to arrive.;before all of our guests had left the reception room the staff was already tearing off the tableclothes. also we had prepaid for a certain amount of bottles of wine(we did not want to run an open tab) and the bartender (without consent) opened extra bottles and we were charged for them.
