We held our wedding here. The GM is very difficult to work with. She is not accommodating and does not respond to emails or phone calls in a timely manner. The food was not good at...
all. It came out barely lukewarm, and the steak was red-pink and mostly fat-which is not what New York Strip is-which is what was ordered. There was a table that didn't even get served till at least 20 minutes after the rest of our guests. I have since emailed her but again no response. The ceremony area was beautiful but I would not recommended the venue to any other couple.
The general manager is the contact person for planning a wedding. She doesn’t have time for you, nor is she willing to accommodate to your requests. It is done how she wants it don...
e, and doesn’t take your requests into consideration. She takes days to respond to e-mails and has every excuse in the book for her poor customer service.
