I cannot say enough wonderful things about Karen. She was not only our day-of wedding coordinator, but she was a sounding board when moments felt overwhelming. From the moment she ...

stepped in, everything felt calm, organized, and completely under control. She offered to review vendor contracts and provided helpful feedback on areas that needed to recused. She handled every detail seamlessly, kept the timeline running smoothly, and solved problems before we even knew they existed. For example, I had no idea who would light the candles at our tables, and Karen assured us she would make sure it was taken care of. Because of her professionalism and attention to detail, we were truly able to relax and enjoy our wedding day without any stress. She worked effortlessly with our vendors and made sure everyone was where they needed to be, coordinated vendor parking and meals, and even stepped in to fix my hair before making our grand entrance to the reception. Our day was absolutely perfect, and that would not have been possible without Karen. We highly recommend Karen to any couple looking for support and ease on their big day.
