We had a wonderful experience working with The Grain Loft! The space is beautiful and was just the right size for our intimate vibe we were going for. Communication with Cher throughout the planning process was simple and responsive which was appreciated throughout the stressful times. They have all the detailed info you could think to ask all there and available for you. The outdoor spaces on the property were great even though we couldn't use them for our wedding because it was in December, we definitely would have if we had the wedding during the warmer months. The bridal suite worked just right for me and having the balcony and loft area upstairs was a nice bonus. Flexibility of bar options was wonderful as we didn't need much and catering in food was very simple. We loved this venue and recommend to any couple!

The Grain Loft is an absolutely wonderful place to have a wedding! There are so many great spots around the property for photos, its really nice getting the full property to yourself, and the staff was SO wonderful! Cher was outstanding and made sure everything was in place, correct, and run smoothly on our wedding day. We would do it all over again here if we could!!

Our wedding was an absolute DREAM at The Grain Loft. We received so much feedback about how our guests haven’t been to a more beautiful spot for a wedding. Cher and the staff were so nice and easy to work with. They made sure everything was exactly as we wanted it and always responded in a timely manner. Absolutely LOVED The Grain Loft! This was the first venue we looked at and it set the bar high right off the bat. We ended up booking our wedding venue here and it did not disappoint one bit! Gorgeous landscape and building interior, that we barely had to decorate. We received so many compliments by our guests. The manager, Cher, was a gem to work with. Extremely helpful with questions and getting back to you in a timely manner. Would 1000% recommend!!

As we exchanged vows among the lush greenery and enchanting floral accents, it felt like stepping into a fairytale. This picturesque location presented the perfect backdrop for our wedding photos, which will be cherished for a lifetime. When it came to communication, Cher, the coordinator, was outstanding. As someone who seems born to help create unforgettable events, she was incredibly responsive and patient, even when we weren't as organized as we could have been. Cher went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met and to address any concerns we had. The Grain Loft staff also played an integral role in making our wedding day a success. Every member we interacted with was genuinely committed to making us feel like royalty. They were professional, attentive, and accommodating, ensuring that the event ran smoothly and that any issues were resolved promptly. The only minor inconvenience was setting up our seating chart due to the three different areas at the venue (our wedding was on the larger side). However, this issue did not at all detract from the overall experience, and our guests did not seem to mind in the least. The Grain Loft offers a sensational wedding experience. The magical garden area, responsive staff, and unmatched service easily earn our unwavering 5/5 rating. We wholeheartedly recommend The Grain Loft to others seeking the perfect venue for their events. The venue was absolutely gorgeous, and my day there was perfect! Cher was very easy to work with, and I got tons of compliments on how beautiful the day was. They let you bring in your own caterer, which undoubtedly saved us a ton of money, and made it pretty customized to us. I would definitely recommend The Grain Loft for your wedding, BUT be mindful of just how much extra fees can add up. They charge extra for chair rentals, to use their new tent onsite, etc. The bar choices are very customizable, but the bar products themselves are very upcharged if you buy a la carte or based on consumption. The only other main downsides are that the location is a bit out of town (which can make transportation an issue) and they don't let you in to decorate until 10AM on the day of. Overall, I highly recommend - just make sure you ask lots of questions and keep the transportation thing in mind!

Our daughter had her wedding at the Grain Loft in June. We heard so many guests comment on what a beautiful venue it was! And the staff were all so wonderful and easy to work with. It could not have gone better. All of our guests were also able to find wonderful lodging opportunities in the nearby area. Would recommend this venue to anyone!!

My partner and I wanted a small, simple wedding with less than 50 guests and did not have a huge budget. The Grain Loft was able to work with us and give us quality service for a reasonable price. We booked with the elopement rate and features and it was an amazing day for us! We are so glad we were able to work with them! 11/10 Best day ever!!

If you are looking for a venue with indoor and outdoor ambiance, this is it! Beautiful garden, pond, paths, wooded area; indoor is rustic, industrial and modern! Very unique!

The Grain Loft was ideal for our wedding! The backdrop was gorgeous and everyone at The Grain Loft were great to work with. Cher was fantastic! She was quick to respond and always able to get us answers for our questions. On the day of, she was great to make sure things ran smoothly on the venue side and between some of our vendors! It was a perfect day, both for the ceremony and reception!

Our family held a celebration of life ceremony at this intimate, beautiful, flawless venue. We hosted a dinner, desserts and a ceremony. So, not a wedding, but it behaved like one. First, the team that produces the experience at the venue is first rate. Second, the design of the grounds is way beyond what you could believe until you go there and see if for yourself. The Ceremony Circle is intimate, yet 60-70 people can easily view from the comfort of their chairs. Thirdly, there are many inside and outdoor locations so unique experiences can be had throughout. Loads of parking. VERY special.

We hosted a family event at The Grain Loft this past weekend and couldn't be more pleased with our experience. From start to finish, Cher and her staff were accommodating, thoughtful, attentive and great communicators. Cher remembered details of our event that made us feel as if we were the only ones hosting an event this summer. Planning an event was as stress-free as I could imagine simply because the options were clear and flexible and Cher listened carefully and followed up to ensure all of our requests and needs were met. I've planned many events in my life and this was by far the best experience! As an added bonus, the venue has endless options for small vignettes throughout the grounds that make this place extra special. Everything is lovely and beautifully maintained. We had our wedding at The Grain Loft this past weekend and they were amazing to work with. Everything was well organized and all workers were very helpful. They help you decide what is best for your day and how to accommodate to your needs. Unfortunately it rained throughout our entire day but Char and the assistants worked hard to transform the indoor space to a dream ceremony venue. They made my day stress free and helped with anything that was needed. I would highly recommend The Grain Loft to any couple.

I don't even know where to begin! We'll start with the venue itself. It is just gorgeous! I didn't have to buy a ton of décor because the beauty of the inside and the gardens was enough! I loved when you walked into the venue you immediately got this warm, romantic feeling. Cher was amazing from start to finish! Whenever I had a question regarding anything she was always there! My wedding day was perfect because of their awesome staff! The bartenders even gave us a good laugh! Overall, just amazing through and through. I couldn't have imagined my wedding anywhere else! :)

I do not have enough great things to say about the service received at The Grain Loft! The staff and owners made the process from start to finish accommodating and provided prompt communication throughout. Every detail was not left out, and the venue was nothing less than beautiful on our special day! We would undoubtedly recommend to anyone!

Stacey and David are the owners, with their event coordinator Cher who does a great job of getting back to emails right away. She was very helpful with the setting up and planning to assure things went smoothly. The venue is absolutely beautiful and the owners are always adding cute details to the property that I didn’t need to leave anywhere else to get photos! We will talk about this venue forever, just gorgeous!

I honestly don’t think I could have had a better venue! My wife and I picked out our favorite venues, The Grain Loft at the top of our list, and from my first call to the venue to the wedding day everything was smooth and easy for me! We visited the venue and fell in love with the property and the owners and Cher were a pleasure to work with! Cher was more like a wedding planner than venue staff, she would reach out if they needed information from us, yet super flexible and understanding while planning a wedding in the middle of a pandemic! They made the wedding planning easy and low stress. Day of the wedding they stepped in and took care of anything that needed help with which made for a day that my wife and I could enjoy more than having to worry about taking care of the little details of throwing an event! The venue is gorgeous, the staff is amazing, I can’t honestly say one negative thing about The Grain Loft!

It was worth every penny. I couldn’t have imagined a more beautiful place. The coordinated went above and beyond to help us and communication was a breeze. The owner was there the day of to help set up which was awesome. My only thing would be if you have your ceremony there, time can get tight since they have a later start time so much sure you have lots of help. We got so many compliments!

From the first day we came to visit the grain loft we knew it was the perfect venue! Its absolutely stunning and the continued improvements make it even more perfect! Cher and the entire team at the grain loft were extremely helpful and went above and beyond for my husband and I from day one to make sure our day was perfect! Even though we had a rain call for noon at 1:40 the sun came out and the grain loft team along with some of our groomsman rushed to move everything outside and we still got married exactly at 2pm! Having our dog be our flower girl was very important to us and they were more then willing to let her participate in the ceremony. I cannot wait to see all of our photos when we get them back and I cant wait to see how the grain loft continues to grow! 10/10!

The Grain Loft staff (led by Cher) were very professional and most importantly, easy to contact and ask questions as the wedding date got closer. The venue has almost unlimited options on how you want your wedding day to look like. Our guests were blown away at the visual appeal of the Grain Loft, as well as the cleanliness and service of the staff.

I fell upon this venue after looking at multiple places in the Green Bay Area, and I book as fast as I could. From the perfect indoor space to a beautiful outdoor arbor surrounded by water, a pond, a beer garden, a masculine space for the guys to get ready and a posh area for the girls, and even an aesthetically pleasing wood walk trail, this place is everything and more. Straight out of a fairytale!! Not only is The Grain Loft truly perfect, but the owners and event manager are quick to respond to all questions and are wonderful to work with. Our day wouldn’t have been as amazing and memorable without this place!! I could go on and on about our experience, but just go check it out for yourself, and prepare to be blown away.

I fell in love with their other venue, "Cupola Barn", and can only imagine how amazing this place is! The amount of detail David and Stacey put into everything they create is impressive and top quality. The style of "The Grain Loft" and it's breathtaking location will open so many new opportunities for future party planners! Checked this venue out with my sisters for her upcoming wedding:D It has such a cool vibe. The upstairs loft area is something I have never seen before, there is an opening through the floor down to the dance floor area and a balcony overlooking the main area below. The lighting is really cool too...I found myself just staring at the huge metal chandeliers and the single hanging light bulbs, I don't even think my sister will need any decor, the area itself is decor, huge plus! The main building is only half of the reason to book this place, it has an amazing outdoor space! Huge gardens, wooded area, a tiny cabin transformed into a beer garden with a deck that you can actually use during your event. So many areas indoor and out to hang out, relax, and have fun! We toured while everything was covered in snow ,but you can already tell how beautiful everything will be outside during summer...we will be stopping back in to see the full set up! One more quick note, the owners were really nice and easy to talk to, I felt like we were talking to genuine down to earth people who really cared about our concerns, wants, or needs. I am so excited that my sister found this venue, I only wish this place was here when I got married!!!
