ave is to install a half bath on the second level so the bride and her wedding party don't have to go down stairs to use the restroom while getting ready. I wouldn't recommend this venue for guest counts over 100. We had around 80 people including wedding party and some guests had to sit upstairs while they ate and were not able to see the head table during dinner.

I came across the Grain loft in my search the videos and pictures had me hooked. The venue is gorgeous and the grounds are so beautiful. From the very start Cher was amazing to work with she was so inviting and always so willing to answer all of our questions. We did the tour and then we also went to open houses and they let you bring like your table cloths and decor to see if it works. I found that so helpful because we were coming from Milwaukee and it really helped with the planning. There was also back up options and flexibility if it did rain but luckily the weather was perfect! We also really liked the flexibility of being able to choose with the bar and extra items as well. They are also always improving the property and options. The new tent option was amazing as well and so beautiful. Our guest had nothing but great things to say about our wedding they loved the grounds and the outdoor space as well. The only thing if you have people eating upstairs in the loft they do feel disconnected from the dinner but we figured that was a very short time of the night so it didnât make to much of a difference. Also they donât let you on the property until 10 am and have to be off by midnight so just make sure you are organized with setting up/ take down along with where you will be getting ready. We had the hair and make up ladies first go to our Airbnb to get ladies ready and then come to the venue to get the bride and the rest ready. Our day turned out so perfect Cher and her staff helped with the day run smoothly with all the vendors and my day of coordinator. We cant recommend the Grain Loft enough!

l as the menâs hideaway room. The venue made sure when it got hot from dancing they didnât even ask they turned on the AC. The services were awesome, if they had a questions they would always go to the âimportant people listedâ first before having to go to the Bride and groom. They made sure everything was moved before eating and dancing started you donât have to worry about that. If itâs a windy day thereâs a lot of trees to hide that wind which was very nice during ceremony. The only thing we werenât fans of was the fact that your venue price didnât include ceremony chairs (you pay $3 per chair) I wish I just had people stand, but good thing I didnât (I was late to my ceremony) oops. Also, water for dinner was not included so youâll have to make sure your caterer has that with them. Over all the venues was a very great experience and it was very memorable and beautiful. Shout out to Cher for always getting back to me when I had any questions!

ghout the planning process was simple and responsive which was appreciated throughout the stressful times. They have all the detailed info you could think to ask all there and available for you.
The outdoor spaces on the property were great even though we couldn't use them for our wedding because it was in December, we definitely would have if we had the wedding during the warmer months. The bridal suite worked just right for me and having the balcony and loft area upstairs was a nice bonus. Flexibility of bar options was wonderful as we didn't need much and catering in food was very simple. We loved this venue and recommend to any couple!

When it came to communication, Cher, the coordinator, was outstanding. As someone who seems born to help create unforgettable events, she was incredibly responsive and patient, even when we weren't as organized as we could have been. Cher went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met and to address any concerns we had.
The Grain Loft staff also played an integral role in making our wedding day a success. Every member we interacted with was genuinely committed to making us feel like royalty. They were professional, attentive, and accommodating, ensuring that the event ran smoothly and that any issues were resolved promptly.
The only minor inconvenience was setting up our seating chart due to the three different areas at the venue (our wedding was on the larger side). However, this issue did not at all detract from the overall experience, and our guests did not seem to mind in the least.

your own caterer, which undoubtedly saved us a ton of money, and made it pretty customized to us. I would definitely recommend The Grain Loft for your wedding, BUT be mindful of just how much extra fees can add up. They charge extra for chair rentals, to use their new tent onsite, etc. The bar choices are very customizable, but the bar products themselves are very upcharged if you buy a la carte or based on consumption. The only other main downsides are that the location is a bit out of town (which can make transportation an issue) and they don't let you in to decorate until 10AM on the day of. Overall, I highly recommend - just make sure you ask lots of questions and keep the transportation thing in mind!

ul, attentive and great communicators. Cher remembered details of our event that made us feel as if we were the only ones hosting an event this summer. Planning an event was as stress-free as I could imagine simply because the options were clear and flexible and Cher listened carefully and followed up to ensure all of our requests and needs were met. I've planned many events in my life and this was by far the best experience! As an added bonus, the venue has endless options for small vignettes throughout the grounds that make this place extra special. Everything is lovely and beautifully maintained. If you're looking for a special venue for your special event, look no further!

the wedding day everything was smooth and easy for me! We visited the venue and fell in love with the property and the owners and Cher were a pleasure to work with! Cher was more like a wedding planner than venue staff, she would reach out if they needed information from us, yet super flexible and understanding while planning a wedding in the middle of a pandemic! They made the wedding planning easy and low stress. Day of the wedding they stepped in and took care of anything that needed help with which made for a day that my wife and I could enjoy more than having to worry about taking care of the little details of throwing an event! entire team at the grain loft were extremely helpful and went above and beyond for my husband and I from day one to make sure our day was perfect! Even though we had a rain call for noon at 1:40 the sun came out and the grain loft team along with some of our groomsman rushed to move everything outside and we still got married exactly at 2pm! Having our dog be our flower girl was very important to us and they were more then willing to let her participate in the ceremony. I cannot wait to see all of our photos when we get them back and I cant wait to see how the grain loft continues to grow! 10/10!

From the perfect indoor space to a beautiful outdoor arbor surrounded by water, a pond, a beer garden, a masculine space for the guys to get ready and a posh area for the girls, and even an aesthetically pleasing wood walk trail, this place is everything and more. Straight out of a fairytale!! Not only is The Grain Loft truly perfect, but the owners and event manager are quick to respond to all questions and are wonderful to work with.
