The Grand was the best. When I was looking for an indoor wedding space in the Valley this was the only place that fit the bill. And the service was amazing too. Planning during a pandemic was very stressful and it took us forever to pick a date and book it, but once we did Stephanie made sure to keep us in the loop about any changes. She met with out coordinator and we get a great walk through close to the wedding. They provided a host for the night and security guards which you really can't find anywhere else. Stephanie worked to get everything perfect for the day. When guests dropped out, her staff moved extraneous tables out. They were very flexible with our set up so I didn't have to stress too much that week. We were able to use the downstairs ballroom for first look photos since there was no other wedding that day. The lighting and atmosphere the 10th floor has is just beautiful. It really set the stage for an elegant wedding. It was a great choice. The photos outside with the doors and architecture are just stunning. Great people to work with and just a fabulous, beautiful wedding location. Our only hiccup was that a few bats flew in during the reception but they didn't harm anyone and apparently they are a good symbol for the Chinese so it worked out for our half Chinese wedding!

From the time I first called The Grand to inquire about availability for my wedding I knew this was the space I wanted to be at for my special day.I spoke with Liz, and she welcomed me like an old friend. During the course of planning my ceremony and reception (both were held at The Grand on 10)Liz and Amy were there to provide me with guidance, recommendations, and positivity. Wedding planning was not stressful because these women are so good at their jobs.All of our amazing vendors were recommended by these women and our wedding was flawless. This venue is not only beautiful and unique but is a gorgeous piece of Fresno history. Perfect for the bride who envisions a vintage glam wedding!Thank you Liz and Amy!

The tenth floor has beautiful architecture and fabulous views of downtown Fresno. The staff there is top notch-especially Crystal, the coordinator. We were able to have both the ceremony and reception on the same floor (thanks to a nice partition) to save money.

The Grand 1401 has two beautiful venues, but we held our wedding on the tenth floor ballroom, which overlooks downtown Fresno. It was absolutely perfect! Crystal was amazing, she helped us through every step of the process and was so accommodating to our requests.

I had such a beautiful wedding without having to do a lot of decorations because the place is beautiful with the marble floors, chandeliers, staircase. Wonderful people to work with!
