She was easy to schedule meetings with and showed us all of the materials and supplies that the venue already had, so we knew what to buy and what to borrow. On the day of, we and our families were amazed at how attentive all the staff was. Erin was so friendly and effective as the manager for us. The staff was able to re-fill drinks quickly and answer any questions. The Grand did a great job accommodating food allergies. We are so appreciative of everything that the Grand did for us. We would recommend The Grand to anyone who is thinking of having a wonderful wedding reception or any event in general. They are the absolute best!

There wasn’t a single issue leading up to the wedding or on the day, and the amount of time and energy the venue manager, Tessie, invested in our experience was top-notch. We felt very well taken care of, and she responded to all of our questions in a timely manner. It was also raining on the day of our wedding and Tessie and her staff let us come early to The Grand to take photos and they bent over backwards to allow us the space that we needed to take all of our photos!

They provide a wide arrange of options to allow for customizations for your special day and are up front about all cost throughout the entire process. If you're looking for a wedding venue, I cannot recommend McHales's Grand Ballroom enough. It's truly the best place to celebrate one of the most important days of your life. You will not be disappointed!

Additionally, The Grand Ballroom is absolutely beautiful. We looked at a few other venues prior to looking at The Grand but immediately stopped after being shown that ballroom. I'm not sure it can be beat. We highly recommend everything about this venue and the staff who made sure the event was perfect.

We highly recommend their seated meals, as their staff are well trained at taking care of the serving quickly, and really utilize their open door policy to test your decor and see what works and what doesn't. We were so pleased with everything from McHale's.

For the rehearsal and day of needs, Aaron was my go to. He was very supportive and helped with any questions or needs we had. I would absolutely recommend the Grand for anyone who is planning their wedding!

Aaron the banquet manager took care of every detail and was delightful to work with. I can't thank McHales enough, it was a perfect evening.

t there was not a detail missed. One thing that stuck out to me the most was how delicious the food was! We had the steak and tilapia, it was amazing and I am a pretty picky eater. Everyone had such a good time and the venue looks beautiful in person and in photos. The fact that they set up and break down the wedding for you is truly priceless! Hurry and book with McHales because it is a steal!! I would recommend booking them to anyone getting married in the greater Cinci area :)

The prices are incredibly reasonable and you won't be surprised by any add-on fees (because most of what you need is already included... ie. tables, linens, table numbers, even table mirrors to go under your centerpieces if you want them!). So far my mom's side of the family has had THREE weddings at the Grand Ballroom... it's an incredible venue that I'll forever tell everyone about.

Excellent to work with for planning ahead of time and 150% professional and courteous throughout the duration. Everything was perfect! I could write a novel here with all of the good things that happened and still not justify it. I cannot recommend The Grand Banquet Hall enough!

We worked with Jen from start to finish, and she was so incredibly helpful - she was always available to answer my many questions - and she made the process seamless and also fun for us. They took care of everything - set-up, tear-down, catering the cocktail hour and dinner, manning the bars, even setting up our decorations. The place looked absolutely gorgeous. My parents, my husband's parents, and my bridal party never once had to go to the buffet line or to the bar - someone was always taking care of us - we felt like royalty! The food was delicious!! We found that having the 5th hour included was rare, but SO nice! By the time you get through cocktail hour and speeches, you'll want that 5th hour to keep dancing with all of your closest family and friends! Having the cocktail hour upstairs added extra fun and elegance to the event - everyone loved mingling upstairs and it felt like two different locations and events! I can't say enough good things about our experience with The Grand, and I can't even imagine having our wedding anywhere else. The location, the staff (especially Jen and our night-of coordinators!), the venue, having everything included - it was all absolutely perfect and we couldn't be happier!

never stressed! The "night of" staff were also amazing. For example, they took food out early to young kids who were about to melt down. My parents hardly ever had to go to the bar to get a refill. They checked in on my husband and I regularly without being overbearing. It was truly a night to remember! The space is big, but also intimate where I felt like everyone was together the whole night. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect wedding reception venue!

e and helpful - she was very quick to respond to all of our emails. She also helped guide us when it came time to make decisions. And we love that she helped to coordinate with our vendors so that we didn't need to. We brought in a lot of our own decor, and loved that we didn't need to worry about setting up or breaking down. All that was required was that we drop it off with detailed instructions. The staff set everything up perfectly, and then they took it all down for us and packed it up. We had our ceremony here too and the staff was quick and efficient when it came time to change the room over for the reception. Jeremy and Kelsey definitely helped make all of this go smoothly from drop off all the way to pick up. The bar package was incredible. It was one of the reasons we ended up picking this venue. And the food was so delicious! I had a lot of friends comment on how good it was. And personally, I couldn't get enough of the vegetable rotini! The staff on the day of was wonderful. They were all smiles and were so kind! We were surprised and so happy with how attentive everyone was with the two of us, our parents, and our bridal party. We never had an empty glass and during dinner they made sure we had everything we needed. Jeremy even ran to the bar to get us drinks while we were down in the lobby (we had been taking photos outside) and our guests were moving from cocktail hour to reception.
