late for food, due to pictures, but remained professional and just went with the flow. We were able to see the venue several times before the wedding and had a great feel for the place beforehand. I adore the Grand and their staff!

e and they comped us the ceremony fee plus free appetizers. The food was phenomenal and we had lots of compliments on it and the outdoor site. They have their own chair covers that perfectly fit their chairs so you don't have to worry about anyone tripping over them. Overall it was fabulous. Everything turned out really well and after the initial stress on the front end with the time situation it worked out. But I believe everything happens for a reason...our wedding time was sunny and beautiful and the one we should have had ended up pouring rain...someone was looking out.

scommunication with how much time we could spend decorating Friday night. We were rushed and had to leave 1 hour earlier than what we thought. That was my only complaint. Saturday morning, we finished up decorating and everything worked great. We had amazing service and the food was decent. You have the option of tasting the food if your food option is being prepared for a wedding. We actually didn't even try our food before. Everyone said it was amazing. They even included a bride & groom ice sculpture in our buffet line. It was so elegant and classy. The service was great too. We had to be out of the room by 12:30. Most of our guest left by 11:30 and we started taking down our centerpieces/decorations & chair covers. The staff was so kind to help take off our chair covers and untie every sash. It was so thoughtful with our crunch time. Overall would recommend this venue to anyone. We had our ceremony here as well so it was great for our guests as we chose the 4:00pm venue. The guests could go inside after and start snacking & drinking while the bridal party took pictures outside around the golf course.

d rainy on our wedding day. They set up an indoor room across from our reception area for our ceremony and it was perfect. They were so accommodating to us. They even found a aisle runner for us to use for the indoor ceremony. Brian helped us so much in setting up. He even helped us tear down at the end of the night. Everyone we worked with there was fantastic. They are very helpful and flexible there. The food was fantastic! They also included a beautiful ice sculpture on the buffet line. I was very impressed with the venue. I am so glad we had our wedding at The Grand, it was perfect!

Jennifer did a good job at telling us what the place would look like with all of the flowers and decorations. Great selection of food and it is all DELICIOUS! Having a wedding on friday or Sunday and you save a lot of money on food and beverages. I did think it was a little rediculous that i had to pay for the full bar price for persons ages 13-20 even though they are not able to drink alcohol. We were able to get to the space the day before our wedding to set up (I had a friday wedding). The ceremony went well from what i heard- about set up. At the end of the night (12am) we felt like we were being rushed right out of there at midnight to hurry and take our stuff out of the facility. Workers were stripping the tables and were pushing guests to leave (which i understand but thought they would be a little more considerate). Overall- I would recommend the Grand for your ceremony and reception space!

dding venues. I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with them; their wedding coordinator Jennifer was always helpful and would go the extra mile to make the wedding of my dreams happen. I really wanted a lemonade bar instead of fruit punch so they specially made that for me and someone serve it. Their prices were also incredibly reasonable compared to other venues. Just going to say the food was amazing, when family talks about the wedding they always mention how delicious the food was. I had the wedding outside in the garden and everything was beautiful, they provided decorations for the archway and hanging baskets over the gazebo and down the aisle so we didn't need to provide any decorations. Even for the reception the ballrooms are already beautifully designed we also didn't need many decorations there either. The chairs are not the prettiest but we just made some simple chair sashes and that worked perfectly, plus the Grand also has covers and sashes they rent at reasonable prices. The outside garden area is great for pictures, and there are many cute little chairs benches and bridges to pose on for the camera. My parents said clean up was easy, as the staff even helped take down the centerpieces and chair sashes (even though they were not responsible for taking those down). Overall I had no problems with the Grand and would highly recommend them to any bride. Great experience and I'm so grateful I chose them for a venue.

ide and the reception on the bottom floor. The food was good, the servers were informative and polite, and the room itself worked out perfectly for our reception. Flowers were in full bloom, so the ceremony looked awesome. Our wedding photos afterwards looked great. Jenn was quite helpful all the way through the planning process. The Grand was a great value and a great experience. The only complaint we could think of is that the TV couldn't play the DVD we created because I guess the DVD player was stolen. Kinda wished I hadn't spent all the time creating the slideshow if I knew we couldn't play it. DVD players are like $10 at Walmart anymore. Either way, we would highly recommend The Grand from our experience.

n the beautiful Gazebo and Flowers everywhere! They maintain them all summer till mid October! Our wedding was September 17th and the flowers were perfect! I rate this venue a 4 though because the day before we had rehearsal at 5:30 and they booked another wedding rehearsal at the same time as us so we had to rush so the next group could get in. I was not happy about that at all.

sted alright, it was not presented in an elegant way at all. There was not a nice presentation of appetizers either. They do not serve nor cut the cake. We had ordered swan ice sculptures and received a dolphin instead. It would be nice if they offered valet parking and someone (or a sign)to direct the guests to the correct banquet room...several of our guests walked into the wrong reception.
