We got married at The Grand, and I truly cannot say enough amazing things about our experience! From the atmosphere and beautiful setting to the incredible food and outstanding service, everything exceeded our expectations. Our wedding day was everything we dreamed it would be, and so much of that is thanks to the incredible team at The Grand.
I especially want to recognize Mark, our maître d’, who deserves the biggest shout out of all. Mark has been working with us for over a year, and throughout the entire planning process, he has been nothing short of amazing. He was always patient, responsive, supportive, and willing to answer any questions we had along the way. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail never wavered. When our wedding day finally arrived, Mark made sure everything ran smoothly and that all the little details came together to bring our vision to life. He gave us so much peace of mind throughout the process and allowed us to truly enjoy our day without worrying about what was happening behind the scenes. Having someone we could trust so completely meant the world to us, and we are incredibly grateful for everything he did to make our wedding day everything we dreamed it would be. Mark went above and beyond for us, and I genuinely cannot imagine our wedding day without him!
I also want to recognize Ralph, who welcomed our guests as they arrived. He was so sweet and welcoming, and it was such a lovely touch to have someone so kind greeting our family and friends as they entered the venue.
Gary was also wonderful to work with when we dropped off our decorations the day before the wedding and picked everything up afterward. Although we didn’t work with him as closely throughout the planning process, he was incredibly sweet, helpful, and down to earth. He made everything so easy for us during an already busy time, and we truly appreciated his kindness.
A huge thank you to Jason, the general manager, for being so genuine, kind, and attentive. He consistently checked in to make sure we were happy and that everything was going well. It was clear that he genuinely cared about our experience and wanted our day to be everything we hoped for.
Last but certainly not least, our bridal attendants, Natalie and Iriyana, were absolutely wonderful! They were by my side throughout the day, constantly checking on me, anticipating what we might need, and making sure I was comfortable and taken care of. They helped make the entire day feel so much less stressful, allowing me to be present and enjoy every moment rather than worry about the little things. I am so thankful for the care and attention they gave us throughout the day.

I especially want to recognize Mark, our maître d’, who deserves the biggest shout out of all. Mark has been working with us for over a year, and throughout the entire planning process, he has been nothing short of amazing. He was always patient, responsive, supportive, and willing to answer any questions we had along the way. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail never wavered. When our wedding day finally arrived, Mark made sure everything ran smoothly and that all the little details came together to bring our vision to life. ating that he allowed us to bring our parents for a 2nd tour and gave us his personal number to reach out to with any questions. Out of all the venues we looked at, we decided to go with The Grand because of how pretty every room, wall, and even the bathroom was. The bridal suites were spacious and the wedding package included everything we wanted- lots of food stations and big open bar. On the wedding day, we met our Matre Di team, Sal and David, who did a fantastic job coordinating with our MC and Photographer on the wedding time line. I wanted to do a Chinese tea ceremony before our Western ceremony and the team helped organize the space and set up the props. Everything went so smoothly I did not have to worry about anything or answer any hard questions because everything was already being taken care of by the team. Our guests had a wonderful time too, telling us how amazing the cocktail hour food and how surprised they were when the dinner was still full portions. Pizza station was a crowd favorite from all of our friends! We chose the tiramisu for our dessert and had guests coming up to us throughout the night telling us how good it was. After the wedding ended, everyone was so happy. The vibe set by the venue exceeded everyone’s expectations and I LOVED every moment of it. Only regret I had was not booking the venue for longer so I could’ve enjoyed the day more. Overall 100000/10 for me.

They were by my side the entire time, making sure I was where I needed to be and that everything ran smoothly. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better team.
The food was phenomenal—people are *still* talking about it! So many guests told us this was one of the best weddings they’ve ever been to, and the food played a huge part in that. There was so much food that people didn’t even realize there was more coming. The dessert table was absolutely amazing, and everything looked beautiful and tasted even better. The pizza during cocktail hour was such a fun and appreciated touch.
The entire day ran seamlessly. From organizing vendors to keeping everything on schedule, the team handled every detail flawlessly. The value we received for hosting our wedding at The Grand was truly worth it, and we are so grateful for everyone who helped make our day so special.

d three years ago. My now husband attended my sister's wedding with me and he loved it. When we got engaged, it was the only place he wanted to get married. We have been to a number of weddings and none compare to The Grand.
The atmosphere is elegant, sophisticated, gorgeous, warm and inviting. The grounds are well maintained, the garden is immaculate and they are adding more to enhance their already 5 star look. We had our wedding in the grand ballroom and it is just stunning. Each room has its own vibe and is just as grand as the next.
The people that work there are exceptional human beings and deserve everything.
To start, the General Manager, Jason, is THE BEST person. He is kind, personable and truly wants to make sure you have the event you envision. He went above and beyond for our families and us. He checked in on our parents and us throughout the night as well as checked in with his team to see if they needed anything. He treats his staff with care and you can see that they just vibe off of his positive energy. Words cannot express how much gratitude I have towards this man and everything he did to make our wedding day the most special day. He worked with us on the menu and the seating chart, explaining what works, looks and tastes best. He knows this business inside and out and you can absolutely trust that he will take care of you and your vision.
David, our maitre d, bought the energy we needed when we arrived. He was constantly asking if we needed anything like food and drinks and also just talked to us to get to know us. David and Jason handled a situation that a guest brought to his attention with efficiency and grace. He also checked in with our parents multiple times and truly made our day run smoothly. We were honored to have him be a part of our big day.
Our bridal attendant Cheryl (her name tag has a different spelling but I cannot remember how to spell it) was literally carrying water around for us while we were taking pictures, you can’t ask for better service than that. She was incredibly sweet and caring and was there whenever we needed her.
The Grand’s team were professional and made our guests experience something they would not forget. Period.
THE FOOD. You do not need a taste test. Everything that was put out for the guests I can assure you the chefs are proud of. Our guests are still talking about the food at every point in the day, cocktail hour, dinner, dessert and the NJ Diner take away station at the end of the night. Nobody went hungry.
We had THE BEST DAY and The Grade made sure of it. Our guests are still talking about the experience they gave them and the love that was put into the day.

There were no surprises as to what the day would look like and the staff was there with us on the wedding day at all times to ensure we had everything we needed. I was lucky enough to have two bridal attendants (one in training) and they both went above and beyond for us- - ensuring we had drinks, tissues to wipe the sweat off on the hot day, and carrying my train behind me everywhere! We always knew exactly what was happening due to their organizational skills and impeccable communication with both their own team and our photographers. Everything ran on time and moved like a well oiled machine. The venue is very clean and well taken care of. The bathrooms are beautiful which is something I always pay attention to! Staff is all friendly and helpful! We especially want to shout out maitre d’, Sal, who went absolutely above and beyond. Not only was he knowledgeable and on top of everything, he is also very charismatic, easy to talk to, and supportive even while doing what seemed like 500 other things all at once. If anything was going wrong, we didn’t even know about it because he was quick to work with the team at The Grand to solve any issues. He was attentive throughout the night and fulfilled even the smallest and most ridiculous requests that I had! Overall, The Grand truly knows how to run an event and helped us to have a beautiful wedding! Thank you again to all the staff there who work hard to make these things possible!

Everyone was floored by the delicious cocktail hour, which included an obscene variety of food, everything from hand-pulled mozzarella to an Indian food station that we picked ourselves. Our guests could not believe The Viennese Hour either, with its live cotton candy station, dessert pizza, chocolate fondue, and more. So many guests told us that this was easily the best wedding that they have ever been to. Jason was our main point of contact, and he is truly a gem! Everyone at The Grand was professional, polite, and capable, but Jason went above and beyond to answer our many questions, host large family meetings, and humor our specific requests. I cannot stop talking about how incredible he is, as he truly helped bring our vision and dream to life while making the entire wedding process fun and stress free. Jason and his entire team were phenomenal to say the least from start to finish. He always made us feel like we were the only couple he was working with, as he made us feel so special. The entire staff was so friendly and professional; AMAZING!
The day of the reception was just as perfect! I can truly go on and on about how happy we are and how much we love The Grand and the entire staff. Thank you all for making our dreams come true. We wish we could revive this day over and over, and hope to be back as guests at future weddings. We also will be dreaming about the incredible, delicious food and desserts for the rest of our lives! There is truly not one thing that we would change about our reception day and we are so blessed to say that we had our reception at the most beautiful, amazing venue, The Grand!

As a bride, I am extremely disappointed and upset at how my wedding day went. I hate to leave bad review but it is warranted. As the day started, my maid of honor had to track down...
service for the littlest things (water, sodas, and other non-alcoholic refreshments). Not one time was my mom or mother in law asked if they needed anything to drink. When we asked for cocktails, I was offered champagne that was malt-based, and they knew I have severe celiac disease. I expressed I cannot drink malt based (thank god I read the label otherwise I would have been ill and missed my own wedding day). They only had one bottle of traditional champagne in the entire venue for 8+ people to split. I was promised gluten free and celiac safe options, but was served cross contaminated food during cocktail hour. People were scooping fried food with the same spoon as my "celiac safe option" so I couldn't eat ANY of it. However, during booking I was informed I would have a dedicated section of cross-contact free food which clearly was not the case. Again, I was told I would be offered gluten free chicken piccata as my dinner (my favorite dinner), but the night of was directly told "the piccata is off the table at this point, we could probably get you a steak"... I informed the staff I was told the chicken would be a safe gluten free meal option but they had absolutely no plan of what I could eat. I ate a salad with dressing that they later said was meant for the groom to eat, thank god I had no reaction to it. Traditional bread put next to my dinner plate that could have also made me sick. I was served "chicken piccata" after expressing that I was supposed to have that for dinner and I was given an extremely dry piece of chicken with just capers sprinkled on top, no sauce.
During my photos, I had NO ONE attending to me. My FLORIST was fluffing my dress, grabbing me a seat to rest on, and reapplying lipstick for me.... NOT my bridal attendants or maitre'd. There were hour-periods where no one was there to help me, THE BRIDE. I was also told that I could take photos "anywhere except the cocktail room and garden area" before my ceremony (which I understand because there was another bride on-site who had her time slot in those areas), however I was NOT told that we would be limited to a literal shoe-box size of a lobby for photos that was not at all senior citizen friendly, no seating for my grandparents, etc. We had to cut 5+ photos from my photography list because the lobby space was not large enough for my family portraits. ON TOP of that my photographers went out of their way to find an outdoor location AWAY from the other bride, but we were told we couldn't go there either. So I had 10+ people there for first look photos with no where to take photos.
The vendors literally saved the day. My florist went above and beyond to care for me.

We had a live chef making mozzarella and a brick oven pizza to name a few and it truly gave a wow factor to it all. Ontop of that, the food was delicious, everything was really well done. We also had a bridal attendant who was beyond helpful the entire day. During pictures she remembered my bouquet when I kept forgetting it everywhere, we always had a drink in our hand without asking, and we were well taken care of. The venue itself is also stunning and we had soo many places to take pictures. The venue is also very spacious with plenty of seating for cocktail hour. They were even able to provide us with to go sandwiches at the end of the night for our guests that we did as party favors. He was very easy to get in touch with, always willing to answer any question or worries we may have, made a lot of helpful suggestions, and made sure we were completely happy with every decision we made. He is very professional and very detail oriented. It was all the little things that really helped make the big event come together.
The food was incredible. Cocktail hour had a great variety of options and so so much food. Our guests are still telling us how impressed they were with everything. And the dinner was great, everything was cooked perfectly and the food was full of flavor. The dessert station was another part of the event that wowed the guests. The international coffee station, variety of small desserts, cheesecake, wedding cake and chocolate station were all great editions to the night. And then we ended the night with the diner send off station, with little pork roll sandwiches, burgers and fries. 100% worth it.
Everyone we worked with on the day of, Sal, Manny and Sharol, helped make the day run smoothly. They were extremely attentive with us, assertive when they needed to keep the timeline on track and very kind and thoughtful throughout the whole event.
A huge thing to me was how everything was timed perfectly. Guests had enough time to relax from cocktail hour before dinner was served, and before dessert was served. I feel like this helped everyone enjoy everything even more.
The venue itself is beautiful. We had our ceremony outside. Everywhere you turn inside and outside is a great backdrop for a photo. We had our reception in the Grand Ballroom, but each room inside the venue offers a unique feel and works for so many different events. We hope to visit the Grand again in the future and recommend this venue to anyone looking to plan a wedding in the area! You will not be disappointed!

As a bride, it was so nice to completely trust Jason with our big day and know I had nothing to ever stress about, especially without me having a wedding planner. He was super responsive and I could not have asked for anyone better. The support staff was also amazing. They brought us little things all day and checked in just to make sure we were doing okay which is much appreciated on such a busy day. The whole staff helped with set up and clean up. The outdoor area was so beautiful and the inside was classy and elegant- so many great places for wedding pics! Our cocktail hour was one that our guests said was the best they’ve ever been to- they’re still talking about it months later! There was so much food that people were shocked we still had a whole dinner during the reception! The food tasted amazing and they sent us home with a ton of food which was so nice to have the next day. The getting ready rooms were also great and newly renovated. I had 10 bridesmaids and there was more than enough room. Overall, I’ll never stop talking about how amazing my experience was with The Grand and I can’t wait to have more events here. They made my wedding better than I even imagined (and I had high expectations) and I wish I could experience it all over again. If you are planning a wedding and want amazing staff, food, cocktail hour, ceremony, and reception for a reasonable price- this is the best place to go!

We had a specific vision for our wedding and The Grand helped bring that vision to life, which we really appreciate. The prices are also very reasonable. There was a tropical storm the day of my wedding and you would never know - Mark and team made sure the day went off without a hitch. It's also one of few venues I toured that have a separate ceremony room so we didn't need to just curtain off the ballroom.
I've had family / bridal party members approach me after the wedding about how much they loved Mark and our bridal attendants. Similarly, all my vendors raved about the venue, how well the staff treated them, and how easy they were to work with, which definitely says a lot. If you have your wedding here, you will not need to worry about a thing. Multiple guests have said it was the best / nicest wedding they've ever been to and I have no doubt that's the truth. I couldn't recommend this gorgeous venue more!
