You may choose to get married under the beautiful gazebo or pergola nestled among the 100 year old pecan trees. We have several other outdoor options that include the front lawn, with The Grand Magnolia House as the back drop, on the spacious 4000 sq ft deck over looking 3 acres of beautifully landscaped area or in a fun little spot over by the 50 foot bamboo garden; the options are endless. This setting is perfect for Georgia outdoor weddings and can accommodate up to 200 guests.

I'd recommend this venue any chance I got. Ian was great to work with and helped make a crazy day great.
Despite COVID-19 interrupting our original wedding date. Tamara Joiner at the Grand Magnolia house did not hesitate to move our date no matter how many times we needed. She never charged us extra and worked tirelessly to make this day amazing for us. She turned a nightmare of an experience into something memorable for us. We will always recommend them. Every time. Without fail.
All the praise and love!!
If I could give 10 stars, I wouldn't think twice! Tamara and Bruce Joiner, the owners of The Grand Magnolia House, are just exceptional! They made our experience so special and I couldn't have asked for a better team. From the moment we first met the owners, to touring the beautiful property, and the entire experience along the way, it was more than I could have asked for.
Tamara served as the wedding day coordinator and she 100% made my vision (and DREAM) come to life! She was very professional, always communicated well, she made me feel very comfortable and confident (as well as the groom) that everything would go smoothly. And it did! Without question. Everything was executed just as I had hoped and met every expectation!
As a bride, on the day of the wedding, I was tucked away in the bridal suite all day, getting hair and makeup done with my bridal party, and I wasn't really able to separate myself from my hiding spot so the others couldn't see me. This being said, I had no idea what was really going on around me and couldn't take the lead on making sure things were being set up as I had requested.
But! Rest assured I was very pleased to see that all my wishes had come true. I didn't need to take the lead on anything because Tamara made sure it was exactly as I had desired. And it was. Down to every single little detail! I do believe she has begun the process of offering an all-inclusive wedding package for her couples to be and hands down, I would trust her to do it over and over again.
Every bride dreams of her dream wedding and it was more than I could have ever imagined. The venue is just incredibly beautiful and I couldn't wait to share our special day with all our friends and family in such a beautiful setting. If you love timeless, Southern charm, set amongst beautiful pecan and magnolia trees, on meticulously maintained gardens, then this completely restored historic plantation style mansion is for you!
This venue is one of 3 that Waterstone Events owns. It was beautiful!
They were relatively cheap when comparing to other vendors and they made it so easy!
They provided the cake, the flowers, and the food, along with a coordinator who made everything stress free on the day of the wedding.
The only hesitation I would have with recommending them is that they sometimes seemed a bit unorganized. I would have rather them faked having it all together and had peace of mind. Everything turned out great and they executed everything we asked of them perfectly, but I had some doubts leading up to it.
The venue was beautiful! The pictures turned out wonderful because the natural backdrop was so pretty! The inside of the house is wonderful as well. Lots of refurbishing and upgrading has been done and they're still adding more.
Thankfully, it didn't! But they have a nice covered, raised patio in case of rain.
The Bridal suite is gigantic and fantastic! We got some really great pictures there!
Having a day of coordinator was a priceless addition! I was a part of one of my best friend's wedding 2 weeks after mine and she didn't have a coordinator. It was disorganized and they missed details that they didn't even know were missing.
Basically, yes! I recommend you use this or another of their venues!
Beautiful venue and Tamara, the owner, is great to work with! I'm so glad I had my wedding & reception at the Grand Magnolia House.
