The Grand Marlin offers private dining for parties of 20 to 100. Our Grand Banquet Room seats 100 for completely private dining. For smaller parties our semi-private Santa Rosa Room seats 40-55 while our Club Room seats 20-35. The rooms overlook Santa Rosa Sound with views of the Gulf Islands National Seashore and Pensacola Beach. Rental of the entire restaurant and bar is available for parties of up to 300.

helpful from beginning to end in managing all the details and making the planning so easy on us. The venue is exceptionally beautiful with water views and such classy modern décor. The food and service got rave reviews, and the staff, Lisa and Jimmy included, made our guests feel welcome and made the logistics easy for us to manage.
