This was the best venue! The staff were incredible and so willing to help. The weather was all over the place the day of my wedding and they helped to make sure my day still went perfectly! A Historic Utah Treasure for Your Celebration Built in 1895 and lovingly restored, The Grand Victorian is a timeless wedding venue in Layton, UT, where classic charm meets modern luxury. Situated on over 10,000 square feet of lush grounds bordered by oak and cypress trees, this historic estate offers an enchanting backdrop of vibrant gardens, expansive lawns, and a stunning waterfall area. All surrounded by beautiful farmland and serene nature. Versatile Indoor & Outdoor Spaces Whether you envision an intimate gathering or a grand celebration, The Grand Victorian provides flexible spaces to bring your vision to life. Exchange vows in the beautiful garden ceremony space with a built-in sound system and wireless microphones, or choose the romantic bridge by the waterfall as your backdrop. The restored Victorian house features intricate 1895 woodwork, grand chandeliers, and a stunning staircase, accommodating up to 65 guests for seated receptions, 100 for ceremonies, or up to 250 for flowing receptions. Outdoors, the estate can host 400+ guests with two large patios featuring bistro lighting that seamlessly connect indoor and outdoor celebrations. Complete Bridal Experience Prepare for your big day in style with two separate bridal suites featuring six glam-ready vanities, beautiful natural light, and comfortable lounging areas. The groom's party enjoys their own dedicated lounge complete with a pool table, big-screen TV, and built-in bar. Both spaces offer the perfect atmosphere to get ready with your closest friends from 10 AM to 10 PM on your event day. Flexibility & Personal Touches The Grand Victorian's open vendor policy gives you the freedom to work with your preferred professionals (The exception being alcohol service, which must be booked through The Grand Victorian's exclusive bartending service), while their curated décor collection and warming kitchen with all serving items provide everything you need. Whether it’s connecting couples with the area’s top vendors or ensuring every details falls into place on your big day, Sarah is there and loving every moment!
