The Grand Willow was the perfect wedding venue for us! The property is very pretty, has a ton of different spaces, plus air bnb rooms for the bride and groom and family and/or wedding party. So many of our wedding guests commented about what a beautiful and unique venue it was and the term “hidden gem” came up a lot. The food was also really good. There are great options and everything was delicious. On top of that Kari was just amazing to work with. She was very responsive and helped us bring our vision to life and we ended up under budget. We had a great wedding weekend at The Grand Willow and highly recommend the property and Kari.
As a wedding DJ I can say this is a lovely venue and charming house. The food is great and you can do a lot with the reception room. I recommend uplights for the white drapery and there is a spot for a monogram. The staff is friendly and everything is done on site

With every season in mind, The Grand Willow is landscaped to look gorgeous no matter the time of year. Almost an acre in size, the historical outdoor grounds offer couples space to host up to 200 guests. Knowing the weather in Washington is always changing, they also have the Grand Room, perfectly named with its palace-like architecture. In addition, The Grand Willow is conveniently located 45 minutes from both Seattle and Bellingham.
The interior spaces of The Grand Willow are simple, with neutral white walls throughout the traditionally-styled mansion. However, as a nod toward the venue’s historical roots, subtle moments in the decor, such as the delicate molding around the fireplace, point toward the age of the grounds. Twinkle lights shine from the fireplace for feeling of enchantment. For a royal entrance, the couple has the option of the winding staircase, sure to make for a head-turning start down the aisle. Beige carpeting throughout provides a dose of warmth. This simplicity married with the tasteful touches of antique charm allow couples a blank slate with a dash of vintage romance.
All-inclusive packages are available to ensure a flawlessly executed wedding. Part of this package includes complete setup and breakdown, tables, chairs, linens, and all the needed dinnerware, giving couples a one-stop location for their decoration needs. Also included is an appointment to work out the custom decor ahead of the special day, leaving no detail unattended to. All of these elements are overseen by their day-of coordinator and seasoned staff, who are experienced in making weddings run as smoothly as possible. Cuisine is provided through the local La Conner Seafood & Prime Rib House, offering delectable delights through their full-service catering. In addition, they have limited accommodation available for the comfort of either guests or the wedding party.
We offer a “Tiny Wedding” package that completely takes the stress off of you! It is designed for up to 30 guests and includes: venue, flowers, cake, DJ, officiant, photographer, day of coordinator, bar package, food and all the set up and breakdown of the day! We want you to just show up and get Married!
