o say we chose another venue. 2 days after I wrote that email, the owners responded answering the questions I had. Obviously they did not read my email saying "We chose another venue"
There are other venues nearby for under $2000 - check them out: Red House in Cassadaga ($1900), Den Adelsman's Klub in Gerry ($950), and many others in the surrounding area (Jamestown, Fredonia/Dunkirk, Westfield, Cherry Creek...)

just far enough to be out in the quiet countryside, but still convenient to the city. I would have preferred better communication with the owners, but that is just me. I will say that Debbie and Steve were incedible and bent over backwards for us! They were available when we needed them and had great suggestions for local vendors. They even arranged our linen rentals for us so I didn't have to worry about it. Overall great experience.
This was the perfect place to have my Entire Wedding. Both the Ceremony and Reception were held here. It's just beautiful. I had a fall Wedding on September 17. It's set on a hill ...
and over looks the valley of trees. There is a pond, gazebo, and I used the outside patio for my ceremony. My day was magical and I couldn't have asked for a better Wedding. The owners are very polite and helped us out so much. The place is just so nice that you don't have to do much decorating. We had the reception inside and we had about 200 guests and there was plenty of room. - Just great!
