The milk house was converted into a changing room and bathroom with modern amenities. The dressing room features a cooling fan, full-length mirrors, and crisp white walls, ideal for getting ready in luxury and style. Ceremonies are hosted outside on their treelined lawn before an elegant ceremony arch. From there, you can make your way into their charming banked barn for your banquet reception. My husband and I had our wedding at the Gray Estates Barn this past October and we could not recommend this place enough! First off, the venue is absolutely beautiful- the owners put so much effort into making this barn the perfect wedding location. We barely had to decorate, we just brought in small decorations for our centerpieces to add our colors and a touch of who we are, otherwise, they had everything. Secondly, Josie was the BEST venue contact- she was so thorough walking through the venue and telling us everything that was included, she was in constant communication and even sent photos of the barn set up the week before our wedding, and kept asking us what we needed help with. She truly had everything covered and made it one less thing to worry about on the big day. Josie went above and beyond to add small touches to make our special day even better- for example, she added our initials to the wall at one of the entrances. Since our wedding we have received multiple comments about how beautiful the venue was. If you are looking for a rustic venue with great owners and that is so beautiful it will have your guests talking about it over a month past your wedding- the Gray Estates Barn is your place!

We had our wedding in this beautiful venue in October and it was the perfect place for a very special day of our lives! From the planning, putting things together and until the end Josie (& her crew) are on top of everything (THE BEST!) and if we needed help with anything, it was offered right away. The communication was top notch, and they’d check up on us if there were anything else we’d need. When I saw the venue set up, I had tears because it was more than I expected.. it was beautiful and they went above and beyond, all the hard work was put into just to make sure our wedding day goes smoothly with no stress.
I highly recommend having your wedding in this amazing venue. The barn (ceremony & reception area) is beautiful. The bridal & groom suites are such a vibe for a rustic theme. The views, our wedding pictures turned out amazing.
You and your guests will be accommodated at best.
I cannot thank Mr. & Mrs. Gray enough for their kindness & support during the a very special day of my life.

We can not thank Josie and her staff enough for making our wedding the most special day ever. The venue was flawless, the communication leading up to the day was top notch, the setting was gorgeous and we can't wait to get all the pictures back. Taking pictures with her animals was amazing, they were so well behaved and it was very generous of her to let us do that. Josie quite literally made our wedding so uncomplicated, she had solutions for anything that came up, and even answered questions before I knew I needed to ask. We decided to hold the ceremony inside because it is stunning and really complimented our theme. The cocktail hour was separated from the reception hall and that made the entrance into the hall so magical. The reception area was stunning and very spacious. It was just beautiful. I can not recommend this vendor and her team enough. 100/10 Josie is amazing and will work tirelessly for her client and their guests. We absolutely loved working with her.

I just got married at The Gray Estates Barn and I have nothing but amazing things to say about it. I could not have asked for a more beautiful venue than here and not to mention the owner Josie is the most amazing ever. Anything I needed she had for me, she was always there to help me with everything from setup to wedding ceremony to reception to cleaning up. She was very communicative through out the whole wedding process to the time my special day was over. Very accommodating for all my vendors and has amazing decor inside this beautiful barn with an amazing view & landscape. Needless to say my special day was a complete success !! 🥹🥰 definitely recommend.

This has to be one of the most beautiful venues I have ever been to. Josie is absolutely amazing! She made my daughter’s wedding the perfect day she always dreamed of! From beginning to end she was there helping! Anything you need she had or would be willing to help you figure it out. She was so accommodating and professional! The barn and the property are absolutely stunning. I honestly could not have asked for a better place for our daughter!! Can not thank Josie enough for everything she did for us! Truly an amazing experience!

I had my wedding there on 5/20/2023, Josie was the absolute best! She called me a couple days before my date and asked me to stop out, she wanted to see if I like how she set the venue up! She set it up I didn’t have to do anything but bring my centerpieces and any other decorations I had. It looked amazing by the way! The day of the wedding we got there around 9am and Josie greeted us as we arrived, she then went and got the stuff to make us girls mimosa’s, which were delicious. The barn venue was beautiful by itself but having owners who are so thoughtful and willing to help make it so much better. If you are looking for a place to have your wedding this is the venue. Beautiful setting and the owners are amazing.
