The Gray Estates Barn is a working farm, and the original historic farmhouse is still in use. The property has two barns, previously used for dairy and crop farming. The milk house was converted into a changing room and bathroom with modern amenities. The dressing room features a cooling fan, full-length mirrors, and crisp white walls, ideal for getting ready in luxury and style. Ceremonies are hosted outside on their treelined lawn before an elegant ceremony arch. From there, you can make your way into their charming banked barn for your banquet reception. This space has a warm and welcoming atmosphere with exposed wood beams, billowy drapes, and twinkling market lights. It also boasts mesmerizing views of the crop fields and horse pastures surrounding the property.

Ken is a graduate of The University of Toledo where he majored in Business Management. He is also a graduate of The Walton School of Auctioneering. He is active in the community volunteering at charity auctions and as a wrestling coach.

t amazing kind sweet staff as well. When we were running behind she had them step in and do what would couldnt complete so we could get our ceremony going. Josie will help the newly weds with any and everything she can. she even went to the store and bought my daughter nail polish and a marker for my guest book we and even water for my guest. The whole establishment is so beautiful, so many of our guest kept telling me We picked such a lovely beautiful venue. Josie most definitely had decorated the place beautifully. she also has horses you can take your wedding photos with I didnt get to because we were trying to get stuff done before the rain came rolling in. she has a wagon as well with hay bells you can take photos on. She just makes the whole experience delightful and tries to keep the bride and groom from any stress that she can control I wish I could give her a million star review. We even ran out of bottled water. halfway through the night. She ran to the store for more! Josie goes above and beyond for people. She cares so much!Such amazing friends she has as well. Me and my wife invited her and her friends to partake in the party. They danced, sang karaoke and you would have thought they were family. Not to mention the venue was AWESOME and BEAUTIFUL! ut so much effort into making this barn the perfect wedding location. We barely had to decorate, we just brought in small decorations for our centerpieces to add our colors and a touch of who we are, otherwise, they had everything. Secondly, Josie was the BEST venue contact- she was so thorough walking through the venue and telling us everything that was included, she was in constant communication and even sent photos of the barn set up the week before our wedding, and kept asking us what we needed help with. She truly had everything covered and made it one less thing to worry about on the big day. Josie went above and beyond to add small touches to make our special day even better- for example, she added our initials to the wall at one of the entrances. Since our wedding we have received multiple comments about how beautiful the venue was. If you are looking for a rustic venue with great owners and that is so beautiful it will have your guests talking about it over a month past your wedding- the Gray Estates Barn is your place!

Josie (& her crew) are on top of everything (THE BEST!) and if we needed help with anything, it was offered right away. The communication was top notch, and they’d check up on us if there were anything else we’d need. When I saw the venue set up, I had tears because it was more than I expected.. it was beautiful and they went above and beyond, all the hard work was put into just to make sure our wedding day goes smoothly with no stress.
I highly recommend having your wedding in this amazing venue. The barn (ceremony & reception area) is beautiful. The bridal & groom suites are such a vibe for a rustic theme. The views, our wedding pictures turned out amazing.

Josie quite literally made our wedding so uncomplicated, she had solutions for anything that came up, and even answered questions before I knew I needed to ask. We decided to hold the ceremony inside because it is stunning and really complimented our theme. The cocktail hour was separated from the reception hall and that made the entrance into the hall so magical. The reception area was stunning and very spacious. It was just beautiful. The day of the wedding we got there around 9am and Josie greeted us as we arrived, she then went and got the stuff to make us girls mimosa’s, which were delicious. The barn venue was beautiful by itself but having owners who are so thoughtful and willing to help make it so much better. If you are looking for a place to have your wedding this is the venue. Beautiful setting and the owners are amazing.
