Ken is the founder and Manager of Gray Estates, LLC. He is a full-time, licensed Real Estate Broker and Auctioneer. He is a Veteran of the U.S. Navy having served honorably for 25 years. Ken is a graduate of The University of Toledo where he majored in Business Management. He is also a graduate of The Walton School of Auctioneering. He is active in the community volunteering at charity auctions and as a wrestling coach.

The venue itself is stunning and was the perfect backdrop for our wedding. Every detail was beautiful, and the entire day flowed seamlessly thanks to their care and support. Both my husband and I felt completely at ease knowing Josie had everything handled.

our daughters wedding. The entire day was amazing. All of our guests gave us and the venue so many compliments. The owners worked so hard to make sure everything went perfect. The venue has 3 beautifully decorated areas for the ceremony, cocktail/bridal area, reception which helps to make the day go smoothly. Our daughter and Son in law will never forget their special day, as will our family and friends l. I would highly recommend this venue.

ut so much effort into making this barn the perfect wedding location. We barely had to decorate, we just brought in small decorations for our centerpieces to add our colors and a touch of who we are, otherwise, they had everything. Secondly, Josie was the BEST venue contact- she was so thorough walking through the venue and telling us everything that was included, she was in constant communication and even sent photos of the barn set up the week before our wedding, and kept asking us what we needed help with. She truly had everything covered and made it one less thing to worry about on the big day. Josie went above and beyond to add small touches to make our special day even better- for example, she added our initials to the wall at one of the entrances. Since our wedding we have received multiple comments about how beautiful the venue was. If you are looking for a rustic venue with great owners and that is so beautiful it will have your guests talking about it over a month past your wedding- the Gray Estates Barn is your place!

Josie (& her crew) are on top of everything (THE BEST!) and if we needed help with anything, it was offered right away. The communication was top notch, and they’d check up on us if there were anything else we’d need. When I saw the venue set up, I had tears because it was more than I expected.. it was beautiful and they went above and beyond, all the hard work was put into just to make sure our wedding day goes smoothly with no stress.
I highly recommend having your wedding in this amazing venue. The barn (ceremony & reception area) is beautiful. The bridal & groom suites are such a vibe for a rustic theme. The views, our wedding pictures turned out amazing.
You and your guests will be accommodated at best.

ting was gorgeous and we can't wait to get all the pictures back. Taking pictures with her animals was amazing, they were so well behaved and it was very generous of her to let us do that. Josie quite literally made our wedding so uncomplicated, she had solutions for anything that came up, and even answered questions before I knew I needed to ask. We decided to hold the ceremony inside because it is stunning and really complimented our theme. The cocktail hour was separated from the reception hall and that made the entrance into the hall so magical. The reception area was stunning and very spacious. It was just beautiful. I can not recommend this vendor and her team enough. 100/10 Josie is amazing and will work tirelessly for her client and their guests. We absolutely loved working with her.

enue up! She set it up I didn’t have to do anything but bring my centerpieces and any other decorations I had. It looked amazing by the way! The day of the wedding we got there around 9am and Josie greeted us as we arrived, she then went and got the stuff to make us girls mimosa’s, which were delicious. The barn venue was beautiful by itself but having owners who are so thoughtful and willing to help make it so much better. If you are looking for a place to have your wedding this is the venue. Beautiful setting and the owners are amazing.
