WE COULD NOT RECOMMEND THE GRAYS ENOUGH! We were lucky enough to have them shoot our engagement and wedding photos this past year. They were incredibly organized, kind, and flexible. Most importantly, they have an eye for taking breathtaking photos and keeping us comfortable the entire time. Both my husband and I agreed, that taking these photos were some of the hightlights of the entire process. They perfectly captured the memories of this day and gave us something we will cherish the rest of our lives!

Food & photography were our "non-negotiables" for our wedding. I had been following the Grays on social media for a few years & knew I had to book them. Best decision! Briana is the absolute best! My husband and I eloped at a courthouse on the COLDEST (we’re talking like -9) day of winter. Briana was a trooper the entire time making us laugh and forget the fact that we couldn’t feel our fingers. She was so helpful in picking spots for us to take photos around KC since we didn’t have a traditional venue. Professional and so friendly. The pictures turned out AMAZING. You look at them and can’t even tell how cold we were. No red (or blue at times) skin, no chill bumps, just beautiful pictures. The cherry on top was when she offered to reshoot us for our remaining hour that we couldn’t get due to the cold. Two months later on a beautifully warm day we met again in KC and shot some amazing casual wear photos. She did not have to offer to do this, but she did and it really shows you the caliber of person she is. Plus, she helped us find the best places to grab a drink at in KC after the shoot. Literally can not say enough good things about her and her photography skills!

Briana and Phil were by far my BEST decision for our wedding day. They are very cool people, (who I would totally want to hang out with), but also professional and talented. They are a perfect balance of time management and amazing photography skills. Briana was able to capture beautiful images while also keeping us on schedule, managing other vendors needs and keeping family and the wedding party moving. All with a beautiful smile on her face. The communication was 10/10. I never had to reach out wondering when I could expect images or to schedule meetings because they were two steps ahead of me. Cannot say enough good things, just hire them!

Briana and Phil went above and beyond to make our wedding day and photography perfect! I can't say enough good things about our experience working with them. From our first meeting with Briana, up until the big day, she was an absolute pleasure to work with. They stepped up and worked with us when our previous photographer had to cancel, and I could not have been happier that they were there to capture our day. One month of marriage and the only thing better than the actual day is reliving the day through the Gray's photos! I knew I wanted The Grays to photograph my wedding since I started following their blog. They always take the most amazing pictures. My husband and I loved their attentiveness before, during, and after the wedding. Brianna was incredibly detail oriented and paid close attention to what I wanted for pictures and made sure my good side (big retro part in my hair) was on display. Phil did a great job of keeping everyone smiling and laughing, my husband definitely laughed the most. Even when the driver of our shuttle didn't take us to the right photo spots Brianna and Phil took it in stride and worked with where were dropped off. They captured our wedding day perfectly.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about these 2! Not only did they capture the most beautiful pictures but they built a relationship with us! They listened to what we wanted and blew our expectations out of the water! They are the best and wouldn’t go with anyone else!

I cannot write enough fabulous things about Briana and Phil! They are the most wonderful couple, and they helped make our engagement/wedding day so special! Briana is timely/prompt with all her replies and goes the extra mile to make sure every detail is thought through and perfect, and Phil is the biggest goofball! By telling a few of his Grade A dad jokes, he somehow made my husband look totally natural in all our photos (no easy feat!) ;) Book them, and you will not be disappointed! I mean it.

Having the Grays document our wedding was one of the best decisions we made! They are a wonderful couple who we enjoyed working with and getting to know. We used the Grays for our October wedding in Kansas City. Ten days out, the forecast called for rain. The Grays were calm and confident the whole time that no matter what the weather did, everything would be okay. The day of, we changed our schedule due to the rain and the Grays, without any issue, captured every picture with every person and group we wanted. We could not have been happier with our results. And we got awesome umbrella shots :)

My daughter chose Briana and Phil as her wedding photographers and it was a great choice! She loved the idea of a husband and wife team. Since she did not want to see her future husband before walking down the aisle, having a husband and wife team worked out perfectly. Phil photographed the guys before the wedding and Briana was with all the ladies. The pictures of the wedding are nothing short of amazing! They captured every single moment of the day. They were clearly everywhere and yet I had no idea they were there. Two wonderful, talented people who are great professionals and now friends with my daughter! What more can you ask for?!?!

Let me start off by saying I'm a wedding photographer and was SO nervous about choosing a wedding photographer for our wedding because well it wasn't going to be me. HOWEVER, The GRAYS seriously ROCKED our Engagements and my nerves flew out the window and then again ROCKED our Wedding Photos. We are beyond grateful to them. They not only captured our day perfectly but they thoroughly tried to get to know Zach and I on a personal level - which made it seem like we had two extra friends tagging along all day during our wedding. Best decision we made for our wedding!!!!!!!! We were referred to The Grays by two other couples who had nothing but great things to say and we definitely agree! Both Briana and Phil were extremely professional yet fun and relaxing to make some of the wedding stress so easy going. They took our engagement pictures in Lawrence, KS and was happy to help get some amazing pictures with our puppy too! From start to finish The Grays answered all our questions, were easy to get a hold of, and had excellent communication. On the wedding day Briana and Phil captured candid moments of us and were always in the right place at the right time. Their eye for detail and creativity truly shows with this couple. Our wedding photos completely surpassed our expectations. The photos are unique to us and our family. They did an amazing job. working our dog into wedding pictures as well. Dare I say they took the best EVER photos of our dog Elwood. We trusted The Grays with picking wedding day photo locations and the places they found downtown. and near The Guild were incredible. It was Red Friday on the plaza (I'm not a Chiefs fan) so Phil made sure to keep us away from all the red! We are so lucky to have met Briana and Phil and have got to known them through our wedding process. They are such a cool couple and have gave us camping recommendations as well. I loved getting to know them and hope to keep in touch. We will definitely use them again!

I can't even describe how amazing the Gray's are! They truly captured the most important and best moments of our wedding day and now we forever have these amazing pictures to look at! They are not only professional and creative, but they are amazing people and make such a great team! They are so easy going and even marched through a sweaty hot sunflower farm just for us to get the best shots they could! They were flexible with us whenever we changed anything on the timeline schedule and truly got the best photos and candids of our day that I didn't even know they were taken until I received the pictures back (in such a short time after the wedding!) They captured our emotions, happiness, joy and love in their pictures with every angle! They are so creative and work so well as a team and were so flexible with us as we live out of town and met with us whenever we could come in town to meet! I can't thank them enough for capturing our wedding day even better than we could've ever imagined. They manage to be completely present and get all of the best pictures without even being noticed by guests-- it's simply perfect! I would recommend them so highly to anyone looking for amazing photography with style and creativity!

Besides the fact that I want to be best friends with the Grays, they are also incredible wedding photographers. They were so helpful in guiding us through the planning process, making sure we didn't forget anything, but also really listened to our concerns and wants. They were also super flexible when I called two weeks before with a complete change in timeline due to a hiccup in scheduling. Lastly, they were assertive with wedding part/family photos so that we could get everyone in and in a timely manner, while also keeping it cool and relaxed. My husband even said (as this is was the fourth wedding he has been in) that they were the best and easiest to work with! Oh, and the pictures are really awesome as well!! They captured all the moments we wanted and then some!

We are overjoyed with the the work The Grays did for our wedding! Briana & Phil were absolutely amazing in capturing all of the wonderful moments of the day, and our photos are beyond breathtaking! They were so swift and efficient with moving things along timely, especially with us having a large wedding party, yet we never felt rushed. Additionally, they were so much fun to work with, AND we got our photos back so quickly! These two have a true art and passion for what they do, and we are so grateful for how they captured our day!

Hiring Briana and Phil was probably the EASIEST decision we made about our wedding. We've used them before for family photos so we knew from prior experience that the quality was definitely there, however that photo session was quick and we were in a big group so we didn't get to experience much one on one time until we selected them as our engagement and wedding photographers. After our engagement pictures, we realized their personalities really clicked with ours and made us feel way more relaxed. My husband is a bit quiet when you first meet him and definitely reluctant to take pictures so it was really helpful to have Phil there to joke with him and get him to warm up a bit. They were very professional throughout the whole process, extremely kind, quick to respond to texts, questions, and emails, and made us both feel relaxed on the wedding day. We LOVE the way our pictures turned out and I can't recommend them both enough!

Absolutely AMAZING photographers!! They were both so helpful throughout the entire process from beginning to the end of our wedding, which was just last weekend! They are wonderful and we plan to keep them as our family photographers as this chapter of our life begins!!

If I could give these guys 100 stars, I would. So professional, so friendly, so creative and flexible! The first time we met, we discussed our photo preferences (what types of shots we wanted) and packages to choose from. They were more than willing to tailor our package since we had already gotten our engagement photos done with someone else (we live in LA, wedding was in Lawrence KS). Leading up to the big day, they kept in contact with us about the timeline and helped us decide which combinations of family/friends we really wanted to capture - something I hadn't really thought of until they mentioned making a list. We got to meet in person a few months before the wedding, and they provided some drinks/snacks, which made for a fun, relaxed atmosphere. On our wedding day, they arrived right on time and really did a great job of being present for all those great little moments but not in the way. We made a last-minute change in location for the wedding party photos because we didn't have enough transportation for everyone, and they totally made it work. For the creative photos, Briana did such an amazing job of helping us achieve those natural poses without looking uncomfortable. Phil was super sweet as well, and kept the mood light and fun. Even though the day was hectic, Grays Photography never made us feel rushed. They stayed almost until the end of the reception, and got so many lovely, candid (and some really funny) photos of our guests. And of course, plenty of my husband and me! The turnaround time was super quick as well. We were not in any hurry, but I was so surprised and excited to know that our photos were ready about 3 and a half weeks later! Some of my married friends have said it took their photographers months to send the final pictures. And there were several hundred to look through, so plenty of great material to choose from for framing, Facebook, thank you cards, and sending to relatives, etc. I highly recommend Briana and Phil of Grays Photography. Not only were they great to work with, they seem to be such wonderful, loving people. We are still FB friends and follow each other on Instagram to this day!

Briana and Phil are an AMAZING duo to work with! The minute I met them, I knew I wanted them to be apart of our special day. We enjoyed meeting with them multiple times throughout our engagement and truly appreciated how they got to know us and understood what was important to us! We had a blast laughing with them through our engagement pictures and loved having them with us all day on our wedding day. I do not have enough space to tell you how amazing Phil and Briana are! Their photography skills are truly spectacular and they capture the hidden moments that are really special. We did our engagement session with them first which was great because they got a feel for our personalities and we were able to learn about them. They are very relaxed and take natural, which is great for my fiancee who didn't want to be posed/model. You spend a lot of time with your photographers on your wedding day, and Briana and Phil are two people you actually want to be friends with. I loved all of my vendors and would do everything over again the exact same way, but if my best friend could only use one of my vendors, it would have to be the Gray's! They are the best!

Phil and Briana are the best! My husband and I used them for our engagement and wedding photos. Not only were they super fun to work with, they make you feel comfortable and at ease. They truly take a vested interest in your love story/wedding to make sure they capture the beautiful moments of the day! We so appreciated Phil's calm demeanor and his way of searching for the "cool" shots. And Briana knows her stuff, and is so on top of it! Even with a wedding planner, Briana still ensured that our wedding schedule was going according to plan and kept this notoriously late bride on schedule! From a guys perspective and being a foreigner, from England, I couldn't recommend The Grays Photography enough. They were professional from ball one and everything flowed very naturally. Being a typical guy, somewhat camera shy and a little nervous due to the occasion, I never felt I had to force a smile. Briana and Phil made me feel at ease the whole way through. Even when we walked out the church to a monsoon they didn't blink an eye and adapted well to the situation with a plan B. Looking back on the photos I couldn't be happier.

Briana and Phil did a phenomenal job capturing my recent wedding. My wedding was held on the property of my husband's family's mountain cabin, and I wanted the wedding to feel homey and like a backyard BBQ with 125 of our closest friends and family. Since Briana and Phil are so easy and natural to work with, they were a perfect fit in this environment, which was admittedly not the typical venue! They caught a lot of candid, natural moments throughout the day that really communicated the story of our wedding. Additionally, they did a great job capturing our love of the mountains and outdoors. Briana and Phil are extremely sweet and personable, but also very professional. They were fun to work with for our daughter's engagement shoot and the prewedding meeting, with amazing results. At their suggestion, we created a "not to be missed" list for the wedding, ensuring no worries for us in that regard on the actual wedding day. In fact, on the wedding day, Briana and Phil just blended into the celebrations, as we enjoyed every minute of that special day! As promised, they captured it all from 2 perspectives and/or were able to capture different special moments occurring simultaneously, such as our daughter walking down the aisle with her father AND the groom's face at first sight of his bride. The Grays had many wonderful suggestions, but were also flexible and open to our requests. Working with them has been a true pleasure and the resulting photos are totally amazing! The Grays were a perfect choice for our wedding photos. They really made the whole experience special from first meeting them at their studio. They asked my husband and I about ourselves to start to get our story, and then we talked about what we pictured for our engagement and wedding photos. The Gray's are hands down the BEST photographers around. They capture the normal family photos that everyone wants on their wedding day, but that's not all they do. Briana and Phil are great to work with and their creativity is unmatched. Our photos really capture the whole experience of our wedding day. Being able to capture every detail as thoroughly as they do and present it as well as they do is not easy. And, they also become pseudo wedding planners on the big day because they have to have the schedule down to a T. You can't go wrong here. Everything is laid out for you step by step and all of your questions get answered almost instantly.

We could not be more thrilled with our experience with the Grays. They shot our engagement photos and our wedding photos. Because they are a husband and wife team, they were able to capture special moments prior to the ceremony (without us seeing each other). We couldn't be more happy with our photos from our wedding day!! The Grays really captured all the perfect moments both formally and informally. They have a great eye and know how to take beautiful photos. Not only were our photos perfect, they were great to work with. They were super organized and created our entire timeline for the day. Our wedding party was a little crazy and I couldn't imagine how hard that must have been to take charge of us but they did a fabulous job!! We knew of The Gray's before meeting with them and that they had a fantastic reputation and we were impressed by their work. We immediately knew we wanted to hire them after our first meeting. Phil and Briana are wonderful and super friendly people. They don't treat you as a job, but as a couple they genuinely care about. They are easy and fun to work with and very professional. We knew we were in great hands and didn't have any worries about our photos. We really liked having a male and female photographer to take getting ready photos with both sides of the bridal party. Where do I even begin? From the first meeting we had with Phil & Briana, I knew they were something special & that they had to be the ones to document our big day. Throughout the whole planning process, Phil & Briana have been nothing short of wonderful! We had so much fun with them during our engagement shoot & they have a way of making you feel like you've known them for years. Now onto the wedding day... Our wedding day ran so smoothly & a lot of that credit goes to Phil & Briana. They were very efficient in getting photos taken without ever making us feel rushed. Keep in mind, you will be spending basically your whole wedding day with your photographer & there is no one else I would have rather done that with than Phil & Briana. They are the perfect team & I think they really do have an advantage because they are married. They are able to communicate what they want the other to do sometimes without even saying anything. Our family & wedding party loved them too! We got so many compliments that day on our photographer. They just have a way of making everyone feel relaxed & at ease (which isn't always easy when the camera is out). They captured our day so perfectly & made my husband & I look like we knew what we were doing. Briana and Phil photographed our destination wedding last April in Florida, as well as our engagement pictures prior in KC. From the first time messaging Briana, I knew she and Phil had to be our photographers. The way she communicated with us, her promptness in getting back to me, the excitement she shares for her couples, and her and Phil's ability to truly capture a couples' love is hard to beat. We never went very long throughout the whole process without touching base, which helped keep me at ease. They arrived to Florida with plenty of time to go scope out the area and see where their prime shots would be and when the sun would be hitting each spot at the perfect time. Our sunset pictures - Ahh! I cannot get enough of them!! I cannot say enough positive things about these two! Dave and I left our pre-wedding consultation feeling like we had just hung out with some long-time friends, which we absolutely loved and it kept us so at ease during our pictures. They had gone over and beyond what we had expected, captured 900+ of the most beautiful pictures I could have ever asked for, and formed a great relationship. There are not enough words to say how great of an experience we had with Briana and Phil. Briana and Phil were amazing to work with. We were able to pick a wedding photography package in our budget but captured our day just as we hoped it would. They took beautiful photos and served as our pep and cheer when the heat was starting to wear us out. If I did the day all over again, I would absolutely recommend them! We hired Shades of Gray Photography to shoot our engagement photos in November '13 and wedding photos in June '14 and could NOT be happier with our pictures! My husband isn't the type to necessarily enjoy posing and smiling for pictures, but Briana and Phil made everything so easy and comfortable for us, we didn't even feel like we were "working hard" for good photos, had no "awkward" moments, and all the photos turned out great! They were affable and so easy to get along with that we felt like we had known them for years. Also, Briana and Phil were a great team on our wedding day, as Briana was able to focus on the bride and bridesmaid aspects of getting ready and Phil was able to capture the groom and groomsmens' time getting ready before joining for group pictures. They caught some very special moments, when I didn't even notice we were being photographed and had very creative ideas and angles for photos, as well as capturing our guests' experience at our wedding. I can not say enough about Shades of Gray Photography. They did such an amazing job capturing every emotion of our special day, we can't thank them enough. The wedding day goes by so quickly which makes these raw emotion pictures so much more special. Allowing one photographer to capture somewhat staged pictures (which were very elegant and not posey) as well as having another capturing those little moments, truly made for amazing engagement as well as wedding pictures that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. I can't say enough good things about Shades of Gray. My husband and I hired them for our engagement photos, and were completely blown away. The results were so professional and unique. After all the photographers I looked at, it was important to me to pick someone that wouldn't give me shots like every other photographer, and to come away with that "one" shot that just blew me away. Briana and Phil succeeded for both. (and gave me MANY shots that blew me away!) We ended up hiring them again for our wedding reception, and again - I can't say anything but good things about them. They even came early to take family shots at my request - and then didn't say a single negative word when our family arrived late and weren't exactly cooperating at getting together. They made the entire event stress-free and fun. They fit right in with the guests so that we hardly even knew they were there - and yet we came away with amazing photos from the event. We have now hired them to take our newborn photos for our son due this week, and can't wait for the session! Briana and Phil just really make everything so easy and relaxing, which is needed when planning such an important event. Plus, they are super FUN - and I love how they interact with each other and guests - which makes the personality that comes out in the photos so genuine and bright.

After getting married exactly one month ago, my husband and I cannot say enough great things about Briana and Phil. From the first time we met this incredible husband and wife team, to the engraved wooden box and matching USB flash drive we received in the mail today, they are the absolute BEST photographers out there. Briana and Phil take into consideration and listen to every single detail and request and off the wall idea you have. They are wonderful. My husband and I really are passionate about photography and it was quite hard to hone in on a photographer for the big day. We saw Shades of Gray's website initially, yet didn't contact them because we assumed they would be way out of our price range. Lucky for us... they weren't!!! Please do not be afraid or intimidated to contact them because of the stunning quality of their work. You will be so glad you did. When we eventually did contact them were almost certain they would be booked already. Briana emailed us back immediately on a Saturday morning and offered a phone consultation within the hour (seriously!) to run our ideas by her and see what she (and her husband) were all about. She also said that they happened to have that ONE weekend open for our wedding! My husband, who is typically quite hard to persuade, was sold within the first couple of minutes in speaking with Briana (enough to suggest we upgrade to include an engagement photo session!) We initially met inside Union Station over Thanksgiving weekend for our engagement shoot where I initially felt nervous and somewhat shy... they were so great at helping Jason and me to relax and be ourselves. We headed to the Nelson Atkins Museum of Art (which initially I had nixed because I felt so many couples had taken photos there; or so it seemed).. Briana and Phil found unique little niches and spots that I'd never thought of before as well as completely embraced the idea we had of photographing by the Bloch building to see the glow at dusk... after I thought I would freeze to death (we were all frozen) spending about 45 minutes in the crisped wind chill of late fall..but, they gave us a pep talk and suggested we hop into our cars until after sunset.. all to capture some of our FAVORITE and most memorable shots!! We absolutely adore Briana and Phil and still chat with them occasionally to this day.

I don't even know where to begin with this review. When I think back to the whole wedding process, I'm overwhelmed. It's such a special, crazy, stressful time. My (now) husband and I sat down at the beginning, because we were working on a tight budget, and decided what the most important thing was for our upcoming wedding. We decided on photography. We knew the day would be a blur-as it was- and we wanted photos that really told our story. I had heard of Briana and Phil through a friend and loved her engagement photos. I met with Briana and instantly knew that this was a good decision. She made me feel comfortable from the beginning. She did our engagement photos as well which turned out awesome and gave us a chance to get to know Briana. Over the next year, she kept in touch with us and was on top of the whole process. We got to know her and her husband Phil and enjoyed doing so. On the wedding day, Phil and Briana worked hard to make sure everything went smoothly. We had a big bridal party-there were 17. I was worried about getting pictures done in a timely matter but Briana is so assertive and everything ran like a well oiled machine. It took so much stress off of me! The pictures were absolutely amazing. They told the story of our day and really captured little moments that I didn't even realize had happened but I so enjoyed reviewing after. However, I do believe there are a lot of good photographers out there. So picking a photographer is even more than just the good pictures they can shoot. Phil and Briana took such care in every little aspect. They were so professional and took such pride in the little details of their company. I have heard horror stories of people who were so disappointed with their wedding pictures. We were so blessed by Shades of Gray. The day happens to fast and I treasure these pictures to help me relive the day. And they are awesome people so we made some friends along the way!

After looking at a lot of different photographers, We choose Shades of Gray Photography, and we couldn't have made a better decision. Briana was so great through the entire process over a year of wedding planning. She kept in touch in between meetings and planned our engagement shoot with plenty of advanced notice. A huge thanks to Briana and her photography crew for making our day a huge success! Briana took the ease out of planning our pictures and shoot locations, taking much stress off our shoulders! After wedding pictures at the church in north Kansas City, our first location was a spot off 24th st and SW blvd. Very colorful buildings and urban scenery. Between each stop we also had fun photos taken on our trolley to capture a lot of behind the scenes moments. We made a stop at the Cashew for a drink and more photos. Overall, I can't say enough about Briana and her team, we appreciate everything they did and love the finished products from our wedding. Wow...What an incredible experience we had with Briana and Phil of Shades of Gray Photography. Choosing a wedding photographer was the hardest/most time consuming part of our wedding planning process because photography was the single most important vendor to me in our wedding. I did hours of research on wedding photographers in the KC area and got numerous referrals from other brides before finally sitting down to "interview" 3 potential photographers. After meeting with Briana, I knew that I had found the person I wanted to capture our special day. She was fun, outgoing, professional and most of all, extremely passionate about her work, which is evident in the quality of the pictures she creates. She and Phil were very accommodating in scheduling our engagement shoot (as both my fiancé and I flew in to KC on a whim to get this photo shoot taken before Briana gave birth to their daughter) and they could not have fit in more perfectly on our wedding day. They run a very successful business (and rightfully so) but I never once felt like "just another bride" or "just another wedding." They really took the time to get to know us and captured us as a couple perfectly on our wedding day! I hired Shades of Gray Photography to shoot my engagement pictures and I had such a great experience with them! Briana was so much fun to work with. She chose great locations for our pictures and did a great job with making my camera shy fiance and I feel really comfortable. The results were great and I would definitely recommend them to other couples.

Briana and her husband Phil are fantastic to work with. They came all the way to Columbia, MO to shoot our engagement photos (last year) and our wedding day. They were great on both occasions. Briana made sure we had phone meetings before both shoots to run through everything so they would go smoothly. And they did. We got our photos back quickly (for both shoots) and loved looking through them all - they didn't miss a detail! Briana and Phil were able to capture the emotions and atmosphere of our wedding. We absolutely loved Briana & Phil from Shades of Gray!! Our destination wedding (in Puerto Vallarta) was perfect thanks to them. They took pictures of our family and excursions the few days before the wedding, gave us several ideas throughout the week, and when we got the pictures, we were blown away. Briana and Phil were great! Everyone was really impressed when we got our engagement photos back, and then even more impressed with the wedding photos. We used Shades of Gray for our beach destination and engagement shoot and we couldn't be happier with the final product! They were flexible, easy to work with, and down to earth. I was blown away at the quality of my pictures. They were a little more expensive than other photographers I could have chosen, but they were worth every penny. I've received so many compliments on my wedding photos! One of my co-workers said she was "picture jealous" because she wished her wedding photos were as good as ours. :) Briana was a joy to work with and even traveled to O'Fallon, Missouri, to take our photos for us - about 3 hours away from Kansas City - ALL while about 6-7 months pregnant! She's an amazing and talented person, and I would recommend any and all to hire her for photos. :)

It such a pleasure working with Briana. She is absolutely professional. Planning a wedding from out of town, I was nervous about choosing vendors, but she was flexible and happy to answer all our questions...no matter how crazy.
