The Guest Table

Great platform.. No stress.. and a successful event with happy guests! 😊 My event had a little over 380 guests, and The Guest Table was just what we needed to ensure everything went smoothly. The site is extremely user-friendly and uncomplicated. It was so easy for our planning committee to create a floor plan and understand how to manage our event. The interface allowed us to continue to edit the floor plan, move tables around, and add/delete seats even after our guests reserved their spots. My favorite part about the platform was the ability to block off tables on behalf of larger groups and important attendees - this saved us lots of time and allowed me the ability to quickly accommodate my close friends. Our guests were pleased at how straightforward it was to log on and reserve their seats within a few clicks. There was even a place for them to add notes/comments with their seat selection, which was an added bonus. I received multiple comments from friends saying that they truly felt acknowledged, especially knowing that we allowed them the opportunity to choose to where they want to sit. (Let’s be real — nobody wants to attend an event where they have to sit away from their family, close friends, or dates). The Guest Table saved us the hassle of guessing where everyone would sit, and instead allowed our guests to feel included in our journey. Finally, the customer service was truly exceptional!! From the first email contact, the communication provided was excellent and professional, and they replied to us in just a few hours! The Guest Table website also provided us with tutorial videos for how to use various functions on the platform, and while I did not need to use them, it was helpful to know they were easily accessible. 👍🏻 I cannot even count much time I wasted in the past trying to use scrap paper, post-it notes, or excel to organize seating charts and floor plans that still did not come out as I envisioned. The Guest Table allowed me and my team the creative freedom and flexibility to organize our Gala whilst saving time, effort, and energy. This service is an extraordinary asset and I am so excited to use it for future event planning as well.
