A staple in the historic arts district of Forth Worth, The Guitar Studio specializes in guitar instruction for all ages as well as retail instrument sales, weddings, and special events. Our group of professional guitar instructors can offer you a one-of-a-kind experience for your special events. Originally established by Michael Dailey in 1983, it is now run by his long-time friend, student, and colleague Dr. Will Douglas. Together with Dr. Kevin Manderville, Matthew Naizer, Xan Watson, and Jose Andrade, they strive to preserve the Studio's prestigious legacy by sharing their love of classical guitar with the world.

We loved having Dr. Will Douglas perform our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour! He was a stellar player and professional in every way. He helped us determine the order of the music for our ceremony and even printed a copy of the special song he transcribed for us as a gift! He was helpful in so many ways and is also a great wedding resource!
I work in Marketing at a retirement community. Will Douglas (The Guitar Studio) has provided musical entertainment for our residents and guests on numerous occasions. Recently, he provided background holiday music for our Open House in December 2022 and we received comments from guests after the event that they enjoyed the ambiance that his music provided. It was very soothing and set the mood perfectly. We were very pleased! We have signed with him again for our Open House in May 2023!
