The Hair District

n did my hair. She has been my hair dresser for the last two years and always delivers every time. She did not fail me on my wedding day, either! Alli had a trial run with me before my wedding day after discussion and a few pictures she was able to capture the picture in my head for my wedding day. She was very receptive to positive and negative feedback during the trial and encouraged me to tell her anything I liked or did not like. She made me feel so comfortable during the whole process. On the day of the wedding, her and Shanna were promptly on time (they came to us!) and were ready to go. Between the two of them, they styled my mom and my mother in law, 5 bridesmaids and myself. They gave us a rough estimate of the total time it would take to finish everyone's hair and they were right on track. My hair was absolutely stunning! My bridesmaids and mom and mother in law were all very pleased with how there turned out as well. I can honestly say that I have NEVER been in a wedding or attended a wedding where every single person truly was happy with their hair until mine and with the work of Alli and Shanna. The price point was also very reasonable in comparison to what other salons charge. I would absolutely recommend considering the Edina Hair District for your wedding hair or if you are looking for a new stylist in general! Shanna did awesome, but my heart belongs to Alli :)

ir styles, and we have finer hair that doesn't hold curl well. We both told her that multiple times, but before we even left for the ceremony both of our hair was starting to straighten. The styles both looked fantastic, but it takes very special products and knowledge to get fine hair just right. We were able to touch up what had fallen flat, and use our own hair spray to help it stay. I would definitely reccomend her, especially if you're doing an up-do (where pins hold most of it in place) or have thicker hair.
